You're title is a little common. It wasn't intriguing but it is relevant to the story.

The poster is fine and simple but it really gave off an angst vibe. The title though is a little bit blurred but still readable. You might also think about putting a background for your story. A lot of readers won't even bother giving your story a try if the design is not that attractive enough.
