‘Stare’ is excellent choice for the story title;it’s very unique and catchy, it is not overused in AFF world. Does it draw reader’s attention? Yes.

I can’t grade you in this section because you don’t have poster nor background and that is not good. My advice: get them fast if you want more readers. If you want I can suggest you few graphic shops. 

Description and Foreword: 9/10

Both sections are good, except for minor mistakes I found but they are barely visible, so for that try to read chapter before you post it. But I got confused by this sentence: ‘Eyes, the thing that decides everything for you.’ I have been reading this for more like 20 times trying to figure out on what did you mean? A lot readers would be just as confused as I am. I would suggest you to change this sentence into something else. Other than this everything was written nicely.

I can't give you full mark in this section because I didn't see much from characters description through chapters, maybe later but for now I took off only one point. You only posted so far two chapters so I really can’t say much for this
