Description of Story: When Cupid* himself gets his heart broken, all the arrows he shoots draw others in his misery. He is given one final mission (before he is stripped of his ‘powers’ and ‘immortality’) and that is, to find the perfect love for a mortal named Seo Joohyun. There is only one rule he must NOT break: DON’T FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR TARGET.

Story Title: 2.5/5

Your title wasn't my favourite as it was mismatched. Broken Hearted Arrow, honestly it doesn't seem quite right and the words you used were too common, Broken Hearted Arrow together is kind of unique but Broken, Hearted, Arrow -> those are common words used in titles for these types of fanfics. Something alot of the reviewers tend to do when grading the title while reviewing for a story, is search it up on AFF and you will see how many fanfics have the same title or atleast have the same words as you. For example using the words; broken,hearted/heart, arrow, here are some titles on AFF 
- Broken Arrow
- Broken Heart
- Bow and Arrow
- Broken - itself
- Broken Doll 
See it's really common, so many users may skim/overlook it as it is commonly used. Especially the word "Broken"

You have neither a poster or a background which is a big no-no, if you want your story to attract readers. The main thing people judge the story on, is the poster, backgroung, meh not so much. But a poster is heavily needed. If you look through most of the 'feutrued' stories, most or all of them have a poster, even if it's bad, they still have one, why? Because they have a poster. Adding a poster is like an A+ on your report:
Have a poster: READERS FLOCKING TOWARDS YOU (EXXAGERATED XD)
No poster: Meh, not really interesting.
Posters, are really important, I know people say don't judge a book, or in this case a fanfic by the cover but by the summary ect ect, but many don't do that and just search for the poster, trying to get a little summary from the poster, as a poster/picture speaks 5000 words XD 
For the background, honestly it could be a picture of the cutest animal on earth and I wouldn't care. If you have a picture which attracts the readers attenti news, they're going to be way too distracted and not actually focus on the story, if you want something for the background, try a solid colour that isn't bright/vibrant. Honestly it should be the poster that should attract your attention because as I said, that's the first thing many people see/search for ^^
