The title seems unique, but I prefer "Everything Doesn't Always Go As Planned" or "When Life Doesn't Go As Planned". Nonetheless your title is unique so there's no really problem with it.

Graphics: 6.5/10
The poster is fine and simple, and the angst feeling is there which is a good thing. In the poster, you could've just put the title. It's better if you didn't put the short phrase below it or you could've just chosen a different quote. Also, you might want to think about putting up a background for your story to make it more attractive. Choose a dark background that matches your poster.

For me, your description is too short. You can add something like "Plans are funny things. Most of the time, when we make them, we aren't really the ones who control their outcomes."
