The title screams romance. I think that if someone were to scroll through any of the tags that you used, they'd be curious about your story just from the title. The title has aspects of it that isn't that unique, but it works and does the job of drawing readers in.

Graphics: 4/10

Your graphics aren't really graphics; just pictures taken from the internet, I assume. It's fine if you don't have any graphics, but usually readers tend to look at graphics as well as anything else. Why would most review shops have a graphics section if it wasn't important?

Anyway, the 'graphics' convey who the story is about clearly. I can't really comment on much since you don't have any proper graphics. I think you should get them, if you have spare time. They're nice and readers do indeed pay attention to graphics. Also, the font you chose- it doesn't really go well with the story. Sadly, it's also an eyesore. I think it would have been better if you used a different font.

Description and Foreword: 9/10

Since the foreword is just an author's note, I'll just comment on the description! Your description is very short; but it works well. It's short and sweet, as the phrase goes, and it triggers curiosity in the reader. I like the dialogue you used. It makes the reader curious; why did that person have to learn sheet music? Why only for a day? The only thing I actually have to point out in the description is this-
