Kyungsoo stared at his cellphone, Jongdae’s number siting still on it, just waiting for the call button to be pressed.

He wasn’t going to call. Ever since he left the restaurant he had no intention of calling. He didn’t understand why he said he would. His mouth just didn’t follow his brain’s commands that day.

He wasn’t going to call, he didn’t want to call. But his finger ghosted over the pretty green button on his phone.

He had no intention of calling. No matter how nice, and funny, and charming Jongdae was. Kyungsoo just couldn’t handle being with him. It would probably be too much drama.

He wasn’t going to call, but his finger pressed down, and he raised the phone to his ear.

He didn’t want to call, but he patiently waited until Jongdae picked up.

“Hello, Jongdae? It’s Kyungsoo.”
