Lunch break was a complete mess of noises, students coming and going, all eating their food, and having their fun. But a usually very chatty group was quiet for once.

Chanyeol, Baekhyun, Jongae and Sehun were all gathered around a mash of their tables, eating their packed lunches all simultaneously distracted.

“Hey.”

Jongdae called out, not looking at anyone specific, and only getting a grunt of acknowledgment from his friend before carrying on with his thoughts.

“What do you think we’re going to be like when we get old?”

He asked, a very philosophical discussion ensuing on his mind, and he hoped his friend would join. Unfortunately, no everyone was in the same thoughtful atmosphere as him.

“We’re gonna be wrinkly.”

Sehun said, and then started laughing in a stupidly childish manner, with Chanyeol and Baekhyun following behind.

 “You know what I mean…”

Jongdae sighed, trying not to get annoyed.

 “I’m going to be rich!”

Baekhyun declared, and the other boys on the table seemed to get excited.

“Me too! Me too!”

Chanyeol and Sehun screamed, clapping their hand and pointing at themselves. Jongdae sighed one more time.

“Never mind.”

He knew he wasn’t going to get the deep talk he wished for right now, so he’s just safe the question for a later time, when his friends were in more serious moods.
