Tao sat quietly with a disgusted look on his face, not paying attention to what the teacher was saying and just staring at the dead frog placed on the tray over his desk.

“Ew… I’m so not doing that…”

He whispered, getting the attention of his lab partner.

Kyungsoo just looked at him at first, feeling angry that he had to pair up with such a squeamish boy like Tao. All the work was going to fall onto him, and if he tried to force Tao to do it, he’d probably just do it badly anyway.

“I’ll do it.”

Kyungsoo whispered back, making Tao look relieved.

“But at least pretend to pay attention, so the teacher won’t scream at us.”

Kyungsoo added and his partner nodded, but he really didn’t look like the type to focus.

It was dreadful just to think that they’d be paired up for the rest of the semester, but Kyungsoo would just have to deal with it.

“Here I go.”

He said, after the teacher allowed the class to begin. He picked up the tools, and promptly started to dissect the frog, completely serious and not at all hesitant like most of his fellow classmates were.

“Oh god… I think I’m gonna be sick.”

Tao said as he moved his eyes away from the action, having seen enough already. That was definitely more than he could handle.
