The younger boy’s fingers were quickly, hitting various key of his keyboard one after the other, without much pause. The text he was writing was getting quite long already, but he was on a roll, and couldn’t stop now.

“What are you writing?”

Xiumin asked, approaching with caution, not wanting to startle the boy. Tao didn’t even look at him, not daring to take his eyes away from his computer screen for even a second.

“A fanfic.”

He answered shortly, his fingers not even stopping. Xiumin hesitated slightly, trying to see if he could make out any of the mandarin he could see on the screen, but he could only make out a few ‘him’ s and ‘I’s, and so making a mental note to study more.

“About?”

He finally asked, and again didn’t have to wait at all for an answer.

“Us.”

Xiumin didn’t answer. There was really no proper answer to that, so he just backed away, making another mental note, to have a serious chat with the Chinese maknae.
