Jongin stared into what used to be his mirror, which now did not present his reflection, but showed him a door.

Reaching for the knob, he felt a spark run through his body as soon as he touched it. Turning it slowly, he started to open the door, to reveal what was on the other side.

He had wished for Narnia, or something in a similar build and grand. Somewhere he could go to live an adventure. But what he got was an exact replica of his room, in black and white.

He used to think his life couldn’t get more depressing, but now seeing it in black and white, he realized it could.

How could it be, that even something weirdly magical happened, it turned out to be something as mundane as a room with lack of colors?

That summed up his life pretty well, he thought. As he got older, the world to him had felt like it was losing it’s colors. Now he went through a door and it happened literally.

Maybe it was better that way. Maybe he didn’t belong to the world of colors after all. It was better if he just stayed there, in the black and white, letting the colors of his life be erased.
