Partner: Monsta X's I.M.

It's been three weeks since his second year of college started and Changkyun still couldn't get Brianna off of his mind, the bright and funny girl he spent the whole summer break with.

After showcasing his dancing skills at a charity concert held in Seoul, Changkyun got noticed by one of most famous Korean dancers in the world and got offered a free admission to his dance camp in New York. Without a second thought, he took the offer.

"Welcome to NYYDC! I would like to introduce you all to the daughter of the owner of this camp who will be joining us for the summer. Brianna Park!"

Changkyun gasped when the instructor said her name. The Brianna Park? The one who won trophies at world competitions and had the chance to meet the president?

Changkyun's draw dropped as she walked onto the outdoor stage. She had short brown hair, long milky legs, and a smile that could brighten anyones day. She's more beautiful in person.

"Hey, you're the own who came from Korea, right?" Changkyun froze when she approached him during the first week of camp. 

She's talking to me. 

Brianna furrowed her brows and waved her hand in front of his face. "Hello? Earth to I.M.?"

Changkyun blinked and finally processed what she said. "I-I.M.?"

She pointed to his shirt. He looked down and realized that the letters I and M were printed on the center of his shirt.

The random shirt that he picked up for five dollars at the supermarket.

Changkyun looked up at her and nodded. "Yes. Korea." His ears visibly turned red, thinking that she'd think he was stupid for not knowing how to speak English.

Brianna smiled. "I was watching you guys practicing and couldn't take my eyes off of you. You're amazing! No wonder my dad picked you."

Changkyun barely understood what she said but smiled anyway. She was talking to him!

"Well, see you around. And if you need help with anything, you can always ask me." With that, she left.

Changkyun looked down at his shirt and smiled. I.M. I like it. 

He walked back to his cabin and began to think that buying the five dollar shirt was the best decision he ever made.

"Changkyun, I like I.M. better. Don't you?" Changkyun just nodded.

After their first encounter, they frequently met up to talk and get to know each other better. Sometimes they would dance at night past curfew while everyone else was sleeping. She would teach him English and try to talk to him in Korean, even though it wasn't her first language.

Changkyun didn't understand what was wrong with him. His heart skipped a beat whenever she smiled at him. His stomach would do flips whenever she said his name.

He didn't understand until he came back to Korea.

He liked her, not just as a role model, but as a girl.

Changkyun stared out the window and wondered what she was doing at the moment.

Is she sleeping? Eating? Dancing to her favorite song?

"Changkyun? Changkyun!" Changkyun jolted in his seat.

Minhyuk sighed, "You keep spacing out. Is something wrong?"

Changkyun abruptly stood up, startling his friend. He grabbed his jacket before rushing out of the dorm.

"Yah! Where are you going?"

Changkyun ran across the campus. I can buy a plane ticket and go to her. And I'll ask her...I'll tell her. What would I tell her? 

Changkyun was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't see the student walking his way.

"Oomph!" They both fell on the ground with books scattered everywhere.

"I'm so sorry."

"I.M.?"

Changkyun's stomach did that flippy thing again.

He looked at the stranger and gasped. "W-What are you doing here?"

"I transferred to this school. I got tired of living in New York and wanted to experience the culture of Korea. Especially after everything you told me during summer."  

Brianna shyly pushed her hair behind her ear. "Well, and there's someone I wanted to see again." She admitted and blushed.

Me? Changkyun tried to work things out in his head until he realized that they were still on the floor. He quickly got up and helped her up.

"Where were you running off to?"

To go see you. Changkyun swatted his hand in the air. "It's nothing. It doesn't matter anymore."

"Good! Then can you show me around? I'm so lost."

Changkyun smiled, "Of course!" He held all of her books and led the way. It's as if God answered my prayers. 

"After the tour, do you want to...to"

"To eat dinner with you? I'd love to." Changkyun's smile grew as Brianna laughed at his shyness.
