"Do you have to go?" Mingyu pulled on her sleeve and whined as she walked to the front door.

"I already arranged the meeting. I can't back out now."

Mingyu pouted. "What if they get sick? What if they're hungry? Have to poo? Cry for no reason?"

"I wrote everything down on the paper on the coffee table."

Mingyu blocked her way and frowned. "What if I miss you?" Arei softened and cupped his face. "You can always call me."

She tiptoed to kiss him and said goodbye to the kids before leaving out the door.

Mingyu turned around and looked at the big eyes staring up at him. He sighed, "It's going to be a long weekend."

Just then, his two year old son started to cry.

Alarmed, Mingyu quickly picked him up and patted his back while rocking back and forth. "Sh, Daeul-ah. Daddy's here."

No matter how much he tried to comfort his son, nothing worked and he kept crying.

"What do you want from me?" Mingyu frowned and looked at his son who was still crying.

"I think he's hungry." Mingyu looked down at his five-year old daughter. "Hungry?" Soeul nodded.

She walked into the kitchen and came back with a bottle in her hand. Mingyu took the bottle of milk and fed the milk to Daeul.

Right when the bottle touched his mouth, he stopped crying. Mingyu's eyes widened. "What is this magic?"

Soeul tugged on his sleeve. "Daddy, I'm hungry too."

"Right. I'll make you something." Mingyu walked to the kitchen with Daeul still in his arms and opened the fridge.

He looked at all the food and ingredients and sighed. "Cereal it is."

Mingyu poured cereal and milk into a bowl and gave it to Soeul who was already waiting in her chair.

Daeul finished his bottle and calmed down. Mingyu set him down on the couch and sat down. He sprawled his long limbs out and closed his eyes.

Just when he thought he could rest, Daeul started crying again. "What do you want now?"

Soeul poked Daeul's face and smelled his diaper. "He pood."

Mingyu scrunched his face and brought Daeul over to the sink. He cringed at the smell when he took the diaper off.

He put Daeul in the sink and did his best to clean him before bringing him back to the living room where Soeul was playing with her dolls.

He lay Daeul down and looked at the diaper in confusion. "How does this work?"

He looked at the notes Aeri left him and gave up when he didn't understand.

Mingyu looked at Daeul who stared back at him with a blank face. "Maybe you can just go ."

Daeul blinked at his dad before crying again. "What now?!"

Mingyu tried his best to play with Soeul, comfort Daeul, and make them food.

By the end of the day, the house was a mess. "Aeri's going to kill me." Mingyu lied down on the floor and looked up at the ceiling.

His vision was suddenly blocked and he smelled something funky. Daeul was sitting on top of Mingyu's face with his diaper filled with poo.

Mingyu yelled and quickly got up. Daeul laughed at Mingyu's sorrow.

Mingyu playfully narrowed his eyes at his son. "You did that on purpose, didn't you?"

Daeul giggled and squealed as Mingyu chased him around the house.

Three days passed and Mingyu thought he was going to die. The house had tissues, new diapers, and empty take out containers everywhere.

"Mommy's coming back today!" Soeul jumped on the bed, waking Mingyu up. "What? She's coming back?"

Mingyu stretched his arms and legs and stopped mid-stretch when he realized, "Shoot. She's coming back."

He scrambled off the bed and quickly gave Daeul his bottle before going around to clean the house.

Exhausted, Mingyu sat down on his bed. Soeul climbed up and handed him a cup of water.

Mingyu smiled and pinched her cheek. "Thank you, princess." Soeul beamed at him before snuggling next to him.

She handed him a book and asked hm to read it for her. Mingyu held Daeul in his arms as Soeul sat on his lap.

"...and the prince and princess lived happily ever after."

Mingyu closed the book and looked down at his children. They were both snuggling next to him and sound asleep.

"My prince and princess." Mingyu kissed them both on the forehead and let sleep take over him as well.

The door opened and Aeri came rushing inside. "I'm back! Is everything okay-"

She stopped when she saw the beautiful scene in front of her.

Mingyu was sleeping on the bed with Soeul next to him and Daeul on his chest.

Arei softened and set her things down and bent down next to the bed. "I knew you could do it."

She kissed Mingyu's forehead before washing up and joining them.
