Hajae smiled in delight as she popped another strawberry in . She was currently nine months pregnant and all she wanted to do was sit in front of the tv eating strawberries. 

She also wanted to cuddle with I.M but he was away on tour so that obviously can't happen. So she was satisfied with the strawberries for now.

"Do you need anything else?" Her friend asked as he walked out of the kitchen.

"No, it's fine. Are you leaving?"

Hoshi plopped down next to her on the sofa and grabbed a strawberry before taking a bite out of it. Hajae glared at him and protectively put her arm around the bowl of her precious strawberries.

"My best friend can go into labor in any second. I'm not leaving your side until I.M comes back."

Hajae smiled and pinched his cheek. "Aw, you're the bestest friend ever."

"I know." Hoshi reached over and grabbed another strawberry, earning a slap on the arm.

"He said he's boarding the plane soon and they're in Japan so it's not too far away."

Hajae turned her attention to the screen. A rerun of Music Bank was on and I.M was the special MC with Momo of Twice. I.M made a heart with her and kept on flirting with her, making Hoshi snicker.

"Are you jealous? Do you hate her now?"

"Or course not. Why would I be when he's already mine? It's all scripted."

"But still. He's saying those sweet words to her and making hearts and smiling and-"

"Hoshi, if you don't shut up I'm going to-" Hajae froze. 

"You're going to what? Hit me? Man, I wonder if your daughter knows how abusive you can be," he joked.

Hajae's face paled. "Hoshi."

"Yeah?" He was busy finishing her strawberries.

"Go get your car keys. Now."

"Why? Shinee is about to come on-"

"Hoshi. Now."

"But-"

"I'm freaking going into labor!"

Hoshi's strawberry fell out of his mouth. He sat still for a good five seconds before screaming and running around the house to find his keys.

"Oh my gosh! You're going into labor! My best friend is going into labor!"

"You don't have to tell the whole world, Hosh. Just take me to the hospital!"

I.M got off the plane and turned his airplane mode on on his phone. His phone got bombarded with messages and missed calls from Hajae and Hoshi.

His eyes widened at Hoshi's message. 

"Hyung! Hajae's in labor! Take me to the hospital!"

Hajae groaned and complained and gripped onto Hoshi's hand as sweat beads ran down her forehead. 

"Breathe in, breathe out. In, out. Deep breaths, Hajae." He inhaled and exhaled with her as he tried to not pay attention to his hand that was goin numb.

"What if I.M doesn't make it? What if he's not here when our daughter is born? How am I going to name her?"

Hoshi touched her shoulder to calm her down. "Don't worry about that right now and focus on breathing, Jae. Come on."

He continued to calm her down as the nurses prepared everything.

"I feel her kicking. She's going to come out soon! What do I do?"

A nurse guided Hoshi toward the door. "If you can please wait outside. We'll call you when it's over."

Hoshi frowned and reached out for Hajae's hand. "But she needs me! Her husbands not-"

"I'm here." I.M walked into the room wearing scrubs. 

Hajae's face lit up. "I.M!"

Hoshi quietly stepped out. I.M quickly walked over and held her hand.

"It's okay, baby. I'm here now. I'll be right here."

Tears ran down her face, mixing in with her sweat. 

"You made it."

"Wouldn't miss it for the world."

"I thought you wouldn't be able to make it. I'm so gla- Ah!" 

Hoshi stood up when the doors opened. 

"You may go inside now."

He walked in and immediately crooned at the scene before his eyes. Hajae was holding a newborn baby girl in her arms while I.M had his arms around her, looking at his daughter.

Hajae softly giggled, "Hey, baby. I'm your mom."

"And I'm your dad." I.M chuckled before kissing Hajae's forehead. 

"You did great, babe."
