Soojung looked up and down at her herself in the mirror with a smile of satisfaction on her face. She was wearing a black Champion hoodie with light blue ripped jeans and white high-top Converse sneakers that she bought yesterday after school.

The sleeves of the hoodie engulfed her hands but she didn’t mind. She actually liked it because it kept her warm.

She grabbed her black Jansport backpack and walked to school. 

“Soojung!” Alice and Jennie ran over and linked their arms with hers.

“Ooh, new shoes?”

Soojung beamed and nodded. “Bought them yesterday.”

"I thought you said you were busy helping your mom yesterday?"

Oh shoot. I forgot. 

Before she could explain, Jennie sighed as they continued to walk across the quad to their first period class. "I really need new shoes. Mine are almost three years old.” She looked down at her own white sneakers that were gray and wearing out.

“Why don’t we go today?”

Soojung bit her lip. “Uh, I can’t today.”

Alice furrowed her brows, “Why not? You know, you’ve been busy for that past couple months. Are you avoiding us?”

Soojung immediately shook her head. “No! Of course not!”

“Or are you hiding something from us?” Jennie asked with a suggestive brow. “You have a boyfriend, don’t you?”

Soojung’s eyes widened as she stuttered, “O-Of course not! I would be dead is PSA found out.”

Jennie rolled her eyes. "Right. You go to PSA. Gosh, why can’t they just let their students date and actually have a life? They watch you guys 24/7.”

Alice smiled, “That’s why I quit.”

“And that’s why I never went.”

Soojung pouted as they walked into class. I wish I could quit.

“Oh my god. Soojung, look.” Alice nudged her to look up. “Isn’t that Youngk? You guys are literally wearing the same exact thing.”

Soojung’s jaw dropped as she scanned his outfit. Youngk was wearing the same thing.

Her stomach lurched as she glanced around to see if anyone else noticed. She met eye contact with Youngk who smirked before going back to talking to his friends who were surrounding him.

I should’ve worn a shirt underneath so I can take the hoodie off.

Soojung sat the farthest away from Youngk and his group of friends to prevent getting any more attention for their matching outfits.

“Dude, you two look like you guys are a couple," Jennie whispered.

Alice dreamily sighed, “Lucky. I wish I was matching with Wonpil, but we have totally different styles.”

“How does it feel? Matching with Mr. Popular?” Jennie teased while wiggling her brows.

Soojung put her head down and groaned, hoping the day would go by fast.

“I’m home!” Soojung yelled out into the empty house, not expecting an answer back. Her parents were always at the law firm.

“Hey, babe.”

Soojung whipped her head up and gasped. Leaning on the upstairs railing was none other than Mr. Popular.

She put her backpack down and stormed upstairs. “You said you’d never wear yours to school!”

Youngk’s smiley face turned upside down as she stomped over and hit his chest. “Ow! I forgot, okay?” He grabbed her arms and pulled her close to his chest.

“I forgot,” he repeated softly. “Is it a sin to wear what I bought with my girlfriend?"

"Ughhhhhh," Soojung leaned on his chest and shut her eyes. "My friends were teasing me. What if people find out? PSA is going to kill me. Or even worse, they'll kick me out! Then who will help me with my college apps?" She frowned while looking up at him with puppy eyes.

Youngk squished her cute face and couldn't help but kiss her. "My brother can always help. He got into the top schools in Korea."

"That's because he was born smart. I have to study my off to ace tests." She gasped and pushed herself away from him. "Which reminds me, I have a stinking stats test I have to study for."

Soojung yelped when she was pulled back into his embrace.

"Oh, come on. Let me hold you for a bit longer." Youngk rested his chin on her head and squeezed her tight. "Do you know how hard it was to not talk to you and hold you and kiss you today? Especially when you looked so tiny and cute in this hoodie."

Soojung giggled and hugged him back.

After a minute, she pushed him back again. "Okay, cheesy time over."

Soojung walked into her room to her desk and sat down as Youngk complained and flopped face down onto her bed. 

"Why can't you just cuddle with me? I'm lonely."

Soojung threw one of her sweaters at his face. "Here, you can pretend this is me."

Youngk scowled at her back but stayed put until he fell asleep with the sweater in his arms. 

Soojung finally finished studying an hour later. "I'm done!" She spun around in her chair. 

Youngk was crawled up in a ball, looking as fluffy as ever. Who would guess that Mr. Popular had this soft side to him? 

Soojung crawled onto her bed and wrapped her arms around his waist. He slowly opened his eyes, smiling. He pulled her closer so that her face was snuggled against his chest. 

"You know, I think we make a great couple. We should just wear the same thing every day."

"Do you want me to get punished?"

He looked down at her with a raised brow. "Depends on who's giving it and what kind of punishment it is."

Soojung gawked at him and turned around to face the other way. "I'm not talking to you."

He grunted in protest and lazily turned her back. He put his lips on her forehead. "It's okay. There won't be much talking when we're- Ow!" 

Soojung glared at him with her fist up to his face. "Next time, say bye bye to your lowe-"

"Okay, okay. I'll stop." He chuckled in a deep voice that made her heart thump. "Let's stay like this until your parents come home."

"They're not coming back until tomorrow."

"Exactly."
