"I'm home!"

Crystel dropped her book and carefully walked to the front door. "Back already?"

Hyungwon flashed his signature bright smile. "Yup. And I brought strawberries! You've been craving them lately, right?"

Crystel sweetly smiled at his efforts. She tiptoed and kissed his cheek, catching him by surprise.

"I'll wash the strawberries. You should shower. You've had a long day."

Hyungwon grinned, kissed her forehead, and headed to the bed room.

Crystel hummed Monsta X's newest song as she washed the strawberries.

Ever since Crystel got attacked by his so-called fans, Hyungwon made sure to come home early and make sure she was okay. Especially because of the baby she was holding.

Hyungwon thought that the baby and her suffered enough from the fans. He publicly told everyone to stop bothering her and to leave the family alone.

Crystel was almost done washing the strawberries when she felt arms wrap around her waist from behind.

She could smell his sweet scent that always calmed her down whenever she needed him.

He affectionately touched her belly. "Our baby is due soon." He said as a matter of fact.

Crystel turned the water off and turned around. "Two more months." 

They sat on the couch and cuddled while eating the freshly washed strawberries.

Hyungwon fed her one before popping one in his mouth. "Did anyone come today?"

Crystel shook her head. "Not after your announcement. Thanks, Hyungwon."

Hyungwon held her closer and shook his head. "I'm doing this for us. For our family. For me, you, and our baby."

"Girl."

Hyungwon raised a brow in confusion, "What?"

"It's a girl, Hyungwon. We're having a daughter."

Eyes wide, Hyungwon couldn't contain his smile. He ended up laughing and hugged her tighter while gently rubbing her stomach.

"The guys will be so happy when they find out they're having a niece."

Crystel bit her lower lip. "That's why I invited them today. To celebrate the news."

Hyungwon gawked at her. "Are you crazy? They're going to go wild and you might get hurt. Remember the last time Wonho got drunk and almost pushed you into the pool outside? You can't swim. I was so scared that something might happen to you."

Crystel chuckled and touched his hair. "No drinks. No pool."

Hyungwon thought about it and finally agreed. "Fine. But they better leave before eleven. You need your sleep. Our little girl needs it too."

Crystel smiled and nodded. "I love you."

Hyungwon gazed down at her and brushed her bangs away from her face. "I love you too."

Hyungwon leaned down to kiss her. She smiled and kissed him back.

Things were getting heated when-

"The kings have arrived!"

The couple jumped back.

They looked toward the front door to see the guys awkwardly staring back at them. "Er, bad timing?"

Hyungwon groaned. "This is why I don't like it when they come over." He muttered under his breath, causing Crystel to laugh.
