S.coups stepped out of his car and walked toward the orphange with a heavy heart.

Seven years ago, S.coups fell in love with a lovely girl named Yang Jungah.

They were so in love that he thought nothing could break them apart.

Seven years ago, Jungah got pregnant and S.coups got accepted into Pledis entertainment.

Jungah was only eighteen years old and S.coups was young and naive.

Seven years ago, he chose his dream over her and left her without a goodbye.

He regretted ever since and kept their promise ring on his finger the whole time.

For seven years, S.coups wondered everyday where his kid was. What did she look like? Did she look just like her mother? Did she have her smile?

S.coups walked inside the gates and looked at the playground.

His heart raced when he saw a little girl around seven-years old playing on the monkey bars.

Just by one look, he knew it was his daughter. He stepped forward and watched as she played with the other kids.

S.coups opened the letter with no name on it.

"It must be a from a fan. It was taped outside out door." Jeonghan handed it to him that morning before the others left for a radio braodcast.

S.coups' grip on the letter tightened as he read the letter.

"Oppa, it's me Yang Jungah. I know you're busy with Seventeen and I want to say congratulations. I also wanted to tell you that I'm sick. And I don't think I have much time left. Can I ask you to do me one last favor? Take care of Yang Jiyoon, our daughter. She's seven-years old and a happy, good girl. You'll love her. Please, oppa. It's my last wish before I go." 

S.coups quickly typed in the address of the hospital she was at and rushed inside but it was too late. She was already gone. 

S.coups felt someone tug on his pants. "Why are you crying, ahjussi?"

He didn't even realize that he was crying. He quickly wiped his face and looked at the little girl in front of him.

His heart stopped. Jiyoon stared up at him with big eyes.

S.coups bent down and hugged her. Jiyoon didn't protest and patted his back, trying to comfort him.

He sobbed as he buried his face into her small shoulders.

S.coups abruptly pulled back and stood up and wiped his eyes. "Sorry for hugging you. Go on and play with your friends now."

He turned around and started to walk away.

"Dad!" He stopped in his tracks and stopped breathing. He slowly turned around.

Jiyoon ran up to him and smiled. "Dad."

S.coups felt his eyes watering again. "How..."

Jiyoon took out a necklace with a ring on it from under her dress.

"Mommy gave this to me before she left. She said if I keep it with me, you'll come back."

S.coups looked at the ring and almost sobbed again. It was their promise ring from seven years back.

She hadn't thrown it away either.

Jiyoon held his hand and touched the ring on his right hand and smiled up at him. "You came back."

S.coups finally smiled and bent down. He touched her cheeks and breathed out a chuckle. "You're smart, you know that?"

Jiyoon smiled back and hugged him. S.coups hugged her back as tears ran down his face.

He would never let go of her again. Thank you, God. For giving me another chance.
