Partner: BTS's Jimin

Jaewon plopped down onto her full sized bed after washing up after a long day. She had woke up early this morning to drop her parents off at the airport and headed straight to her friend’s wedding. After the reception, Jaewon had to babysit her cousin and came home at 10 after putting that little rascal to sleep. She yawned and pouted because of her busy schedule for the past week. Because of her new internship, she hadn’t been able to see Jimin after their three year anniversary two weeks ago.

Jaewon picked up her phone from the nightstand to check her SNS. “Wow, UKISS's Dongho is getting married?” She kept scrolling through Twitter and went to her pictures to look at her boyfriend’s face before falling asleep. “I miss you.” Jaewon smiled at the memories from the beach with Jimin and his friends. She decided that it was finally time to let her exhausted body rest and snuggled against her bed before falling asleep.

BANG.

Jaewon groggily opened her sleepy eyes. Confused, she just closed her eyes to go back to her dream with Jimin until another loud sound came from downstairs. Her eyes snapped open and she immediately went into alert mode. It couldn’t be her parents because they were in Singapore and her best friend was on her honeymoon.

Jaewon snatched her phone from the nightstand and unlocked it to call Jimin. She hesitated to call him, remembering that he had an interview the next day for the biggest electronics company in Seoul. Groaning, she mustered up all the courage she had and got up from her bed. Maybe it’s just an animal.

CRASH.

Jaewon covered her ears and crouched down, shivering. Okay, maybe she couldn’t do this. As the noises continued to ring from downstairs, Jaewon grabbed the nearest object and rushed downstairs with the little ounce of courage she had inside her. As she headed closer to the sounds, Jaewon witnessed a broken vase, dropped frames, and knocked down chairs. This was obviously not done by an animal. She ultimately reached the kitchen and gripped tighter onto the object in her hands.

“AHHHHHH!” Jaewon held her arms up in the air and ran into the dark kitchen and saw a figure in front of her open fridge. She quickly started hitting the person on the back as hard as she could. “GET OUT! WHO ARE YOU? I’M GOING TO CALL THE POLICE!” The intruder grabbed onto her arms, trying to stop her.

“Ah! Get your hands off of me!” She kicked him on the shin and he winced in pain, holding on to his bruised leg. “Jaewon!” Her eyes widened when the intruder groaned her name out in pain. “How do you know my name? You stalker!” Before she could hit him again, the intruder put his arms up as self defense. “It’s me! Park Jimin! Your awesomely cute and handsome boyfriend that you love!”

Jaewon finally put her guard down but stayed firmly on her spot two feet away from him. “Jimin?” The intruder looked up  at her with frosting on his lips and smiled. “Hi.”

Jaewon sighed and stepped closer to hit the back of his head. “Ow! What was that for?” Jimin pouted and rubbed the sore spot. “I thought you were a robber! Do you know how scared I was? It’s freaking 3 am in the morning. What are you doing here?”

Jimin gave his girlfriend a meek smile before hugging her waist. “I was hungry.” Jaewon pushed him away. “So?” Jimin played with his fingers. “Hello to you too.” Jaewon gave him a look.

“So…..I came to eat.” Jaewon placed her two arms on her waist with raised eyebrows. “When the suns not even up. Yeah, because that’s perfectly normal.” Jimin raised his own eyebrows at her. “Says the girl who brought a mirror to defend herself.” Jaewon stared at the object in her hand and mentally groaned. “Whatever, that’s not important. Really Jimin, why are you here?”

Jimin fiddle with the end of his shirt like a little boy getting scolded by his mom. “Hoseok hyung and Taehyung kicked me out because I didn’t pay rent this month.” He quickly lifted his head up. “But I’ll be able to soon once I get the job tomorrow!” Jaewon walked up to him and touched his cheek. “What am I going to do with you?”

Jimin smiled widely. “Maybe I can live with you until then.” She thought about his suggestion. “Fine, be glad that my parents are gone for the rest of the month.” Jimin hooted and picked her up by the waist to spin her around. Laughing, they both stopped from the dizziness.

“You said you’re hungry, right?” Jimin nodded. “Wait here, I’ll make you my famous kimchi fried rice.” Jimin beamed and obeyed. After the meal and finishing the cupcake he started eating before, they headed upstairs. Jaewon showed him the extra room next to hers where he would stay. She was surprised that he obediently went to bed without complaining.

She thought too early.

Once she laid down and closed her eyes, she felt a pair of strong arms wrap around her waist. Sighing, Jaewon opened her eyes. Of course he wouldn’t listen.

“Jimin?” He buried his face into her hair before muttering, “I missed you.” Jaewon’s heart melted at those three simple words that she’s been wanting to say for so long. Smiling, she turned around in his arms and met eyes with his. “I missed you too.”

“You went to Yeonhee’s wedding today?” She nodded. “She looked really happy with Jihoon. They’re perfect together.”

“Are you jealous?” Jimin teased. Jaewon scoffed. “Well don’t worry, because we’ll be just like them, and others will be just as jealous of out perfect chemistry.” Jaewon laughed and hit his chest. “You’re cheesy.”

“And you’re mine.” Jimin kissed her forehead. “Maybe I should miss the interview tomorrow so I can stay with you forever like this.” Jaewon smiled. “That’s sweet but then how are you going to raise money for our kids?”

Jimin’s eyes widened. “Did you just imply what I think you implied?” Jaewon hugged his waist and buried her face into his chest. “Just go to sleep so you’re not late tomorrow.” Jimin beamed and kissed her hair. “I love you, Yu Jaewon.”
