“PARK JIYEON IS HEREEEEEEE!” One of the guy classmates shouted while running into the classroom.

All the guys in the class stood up from their seats and rushed towards the window and squeezed beside each other to see their school’s well-known queenka, Park Jiyeon.

“JIYEON-AH! LOOK HERE!”

“JIYEON! I LOVE YOU!!!”

Shouts could be heard throughout the whole corridor when Jiyeon walked past their classes. She smiled at every one of them and blew kisses to some of them.

The guys who received her kisses smiled brightly and pretended to faint like they’re being shot by the cupid’s arrows.

Jiyeon smirked to herself, “guys are all the same.”

She walked into her classroom and sat on her current boyfriend’s lap.

Her boyfriend wrapped his arms around her automatically and pecked her cheek. “Honey, you’re here.”

“Yes yeobo. I have something to tell you.”

“What is it honey?”

Jiyeon showed her poker face.

“Let’s break up.”

She stood up from his laps and moved towards the other end of the classroom, where her seat was, leaving the guy dumbfounded on his seat.

Jiyeon saw the look on the guy’s face and smirked, “same old reaction… same old…”

The teacher came in and lessons continued as usual.

Jiyeon was smart by nature. She buried her head into her arms on the table and began her daily routine: sleeping in class. She didn’t even have to listen to class and she can ace the tests.

On the other side of the school,

Just a level down from Jiyeon’s classroom,

The same respond happened on a suave guy as well.

“KIM MYUNGSOO IS HERE!” One girl screamed when she stepped into the classroom and all the girls rushed to the windows, squeezing each other just to catch a glimpse of Myungsoo.

“MYUNGSOO OPPA! SARANGHAE! I LOVE YOU!”

“OPPA! MARRY ME!!!!”

Shouts could be heard as usual.

Myungsoo walked past the classrooms and waved handsomely at the girls, sending them flying kisses as well.

He met his current girlfriend just outside his classroom. She gave him a kiss on his cheek and smiled at him, “Hi honey!”

“Hey. Well, I’ve got something to tell you.” Myungsoo looked at her, expressionless.

“Yes honey? Why are you acting this way?”

“Let’s break up. I’ve had enough fun with you.”

Myungsoo smirked released her from his grip, before moving into the classroom.

Just like Jiyeon, he could study well thus allowing him to sleep in the lessons since he aced everything.

The playboy and playgirl of the school faced the same routine daily.

Myungsoo and Jiyeon were not like that in the past.

They were sweet and lovely to everyone around them.

But one day, things happened and it changed everything.

They were sick and tired of loving someone sincerely and truthfully since them both for hurt by their past lovers.

They vowed never to love anyone again and promised themselves to play with the opposite partners just like how they were being hurt by them.

But both of them knew that deep down in their heart, they yearned to be loved and doted by somebody.

“Home alone again.” Myungsoo sighed and stepped into his house. He returned home when school ended since he had nothing better to do in school.

His parents were not at home since they’re always out on business trips.

Myungsoo was used to it already.

He wanted his parents to love him. Maybe that’s too much of an expectation. Maybe just praising him was enough.

But his parents were busy as always.

He rested for a while before washing up and changed into new sets of clothes for clubbing.

He picked up his coat and walked out of the house coolly.

Driving his Ferrari, he headed to the club he always went.

On the other side of the town,

Just down the streets,

Jiyeon reached home almost the same time as Myungsoo and walked into her room.

She didn’t bother to find her parents since they’re always out of town, making business.

They claimed to be making money for her but she guessed it’s all for themselves.

She yearned to be loved and praised by her parents as well, but they just ignored her presence like Myungsoo’s parents did.

She bathed and changed out of her uniform.

Putting on a tight-fitting short dress and make up, she drove off to the club she always went as well.

Soon, it was 9PM and the club was filled with party-goers.

Many were dancing on the dance floor.

Some were sitting down by the bar and drinking.

Some were standing near the corner and drinking.

A few were making out at the corners.

Jiyeon was sitting down by the bar and ordered a whiskey for herself.

“Well, well, well… Isn’t this our school’s playgirl?”

Jiyeon turned to that direction of that voice and raised an eyebrow, “same to you, playboy.”

Myungsoo smirked and offered himself the seat beside her.

“Same with this pretty lady here.” He ordered the same drink as Jiyeon when the bartender asked him.

“Why are you here?” Jiyeon asked.

“Obviously to play, right? Same goes to you, I guess?” He stated, instead of asking her, since it’s the obvious as well.

Jiyeon smirked and nodded her head. “Obviously.”
