Myungyeon, Chanyeol, Yura

Jiyeon is the "it" girl, she's rich, pretty and smart but her attitude is cold and people see her as an arrogant even though she's actually not, she's just not trusting people after her childhood incident but almost everyone on college hates her and jealous of her including Myungsoo's best friend, Yura. One day Yura trap Jiyeon in an event, and made Yura look like the victim and it makes Myungsoo mad at Jiyeon. Being a good guy here, at first Myungsoo just want to warn Jiyeon, but seeing Jiyeon cold and condescending respond towards him he become furious and it makes them an everlasting enemy. One night they encounter each other at college event, Myungsoo got drunk and he Jiyeon. (Part one)

“Jiyeon-ah.”

The said girl looked up and found her brother walking into her room, “Yeah, oppa?”

“Let’s go to school now.”

She looked at her watched and back to her cousin, “I’ll be down in a minute, oppa.”

“Okay~”

She went down in just a minute as said, and went out with her brother. They studied in the same school, and even lived together.

Both lost their parents since the adults went for a trip but that plane got into an accident. Things happened.

And Chanyeol, Jiyeon’s brother, took the responsibility of Jiyeon, and took care of her ever since.

They used to stay with their grandparents who were really rich, but when they grew older, they wanted to be independent so they went out to live in a apartment together.

“Jiyeon-ah.”

“Hmm?”

“Aren’t you going to open up to people again?”

Jiyeon stopped her tracks and lowered her head, which made the guy stopped too. “I didn’t mean it, Jiyeon. Let’s pretend I never said before. Let’s go.”

Jiyeon sighed deeply and looked back to Chanyeol, “I can’t, oppa. I want to but I can’t. It still haunts me.”

“I understand.” Chanyeol sent her a smile and ruffled her hair playfully, “I’m sorry for even bringing it up.”

“It’s okay. Let’s go now or we’ll be late.”

Chanyeol smiled at her maturity and rushed up to her side, as they walked to school together.

But right before they make the turn, Jiyeon pushed Chanyeol ahead, “Go, oppa. I’ll meet you here after school.”

“Do we really have to do this?”

“You know it too. I don’t want you to get hurt.”

“But we’re siblings!”

“They would talk about you if you’re seen with me. Go, oppa. I’ll be okay. I’ll just move out in 5 minutes.”

Chanyeol sighed heavily, but he moved in the end. He can’t win his sister too. Jiyeon always win in these kinds of talks.

Everyone had been talking about her attitude, her cold personality, her arrogant self, and how y she was.

So she doesn’t want Chanyeol to get hurt.

If he was found to be near her, he would be the talk of school soon, which she doesn’t want that to happen.

Chanyeol was a fine young man and he was liked by everyone in school, and Jiyeon couldn’t possibly break that.

She can suffer alone.

It’s totally fine.

After 5 minutes were up, she moved out from the corner and walked towards the school alone. And that walk to school earned herself quite a few stares already.

Once she appeared, students were beginning to talk about her.

They just loved gossips.

But Jiyeon ignored them.

She ignored all of those whispers and murmurs which she could hear, and walked to her classroom as usual.

Nothing will change.

Just that the talk of her was different every day.

She had no idea how they could talk about her whenever they saw her too. She doesn’t even know she has that much of things for them to say.

But well, Jiyeon doesn’t care at all.

The lessons went on as usual when the teacher walked into the class, and that was the only time the talks about her would subside.

She was used to it too.

It always happened, ever since that incident.

It was when she was 6, where her best friend betrayed her.

They were enjoying the lesson together, in their pre-school. Jiyeon went out for a second to get water from the water-dispenser, but when she returned, she heard her best-friend talking about how y and evil she was behind her back.

When she walked in, everyone was looking at her differently, and her best friend had the nerve to act as though nothing had happened, and smiled happily when she saw Jiyeon again.

Jiyeon pushed her hard, and from that day onwards, she had no friends.

She made no friends.

She was alone until Chanyeol entered her life.

So she was used to it.

She was already used to being alone.

It was another day of school, but that day was different.

A girl from another class appeared right in front of her when she was getting her books out from her locker.

Jiyeon closed her locker’s door and found the girl standing right beside it.

She ignored her, but the latter simply pushed her against the locker, and walked up to her with a smug look on her face.

“Yah, Park Jiyeon.”

Jiyeon eyed her name tag and glared at her again, “Nam Yura, what do you want?”

“What do I want?” Yura scoffed and crossed her arms while rolling her eyes, “Don’t be so arrogant, .”

“What the hell do you want?”

“I want you to get down from the top this semester, . Or else you’ll get it from me.”

Jiyeon smirked and walked up to her right then, “Are you that incapable to get to the top to even threaten me?”

“YAH!”

“What? I was just stating the truth.”

Yura gritted her teeth and clenched her fists up angrily, “Don’t give me that look, Park Jiyeon. Don’t be so arrogant.”

“You’re the one who talked to me first, Nam Yura.”

Yura was boiling in anger right then. “Yura! Are you in the locker’s room already?”

But her brain snapped with a good plan when she heard her best friend’s voice. She smirked in victory and slapped herself hard.

Jiyeon widened her jaws and looked at her in disbelieved, “What the hell are you doing?!”

Yura simply smirked and hit herself again, and again. She even knocked her head against the wall, and finally, fell onto the ground and groaned in pain.

Right on time, the door opened and a guy walked in with a horrified expression.

“Yura! What happened to you?!” He ran to her side and brought her up to his arms, “Oh God… Who did this to you?!”

Yura sobbed and pointed to Jiyeon, which made her mad. “YAH! NAM YURA!”

The guy pulled Yura up and glared at Jiyeon angrily, “Don’t yell when you’re the one at wrong, Park Jiyeon! Everyone knew you’re such person! Why are you hitting Yura?! What did she do to you, huh?!”

“I-”

“Don’t ever touch Yura again. I warned you, Park Jiyeon. Don’t be the first woman I hit.”

Jiyeon watched the both of them leave in disbelieved. “What the just happened?! That !”

But she could do nothing too.

All she could do was to leave the room in disbelieved as well.

She told no one about it, not even Chanyeol since she doesn’t want him to worry, and well, rumors started to go around in extra fast speed.

Of course, Yura spread it herself but no one knew.

“Yura. Are you alright now? Does your head still hurt?”

“I’m okay, Myungsoo.” Yura smiled as she saw her best friend walking into the nursing room, when the school finally ended.

“Can you walk home? Need to get a cab?”

“I can walk, Myungsoo. Stop being a worrywart.”

“How can I not? You’re my best friend, Nam Yura.” Myungsoo let out a long sigh and guided her out of the building, “Don’t go near that weird girl again, okay? She will hurt you the next time too.”

“I will, oppa. Don’t worry.”
