Jiyeon has a boyfriend and they've been together for 3 years. Unfortunately he died from cancer. Before he die he told Jiyeon promise him to be happy girl, she promise him. 2 year later she met Kris who looks exactly like her ex-boyfriend, but the thing is Kris is cold and quiet guy. She is always around him, annoying him, and confessing him. It always bothers him. But one day he can't take it anymore so yelled and say something that she really hate, so she ran away from him. After that day she didn't come to school. Weeks later Kris overheard some students talking about her past. He felt sorry so he asks her teacher about her address. After asking her the address he went to her house, but she wasn't there. He searches everywhere but couldn't find her. When he was about to give up she was her sitting underneath the tree. When he was about to apologize to her, he heard her talking about her ex. As he heard her sweet voice he fell in love. When Jiyeon was about to leave she saw him, she then act like she didn't know. She keeps on ignoring him, Kris doesn’t know what to do so he back hug her, apologize to her, and confess to her.

“Baby… Remember our promise?”

Jiyeon sat on the ground and cried madly, “Hmm…”

“Smile for me?”

Jiyeon forced a smile out, and wiped her tears away.

“Stay happy, baby.”

“I will.”

And he was gone.

Jiyeon sat up on the bed in a hurry, and her tears dropped mercilessly, “Oppa… Why did you leave me alone…?”

She sniffled sadly as she wiped her dropping tears away, “Oppa… I miss you…”

It’s been four weeks since her boyfriend passed away after a huge fight with leukaemia, and she had nightmare about it since that night.

But miraculously, she dreamt about her boyfriend who was smiling at her that night.

She remembered their promise at once.

He told her to be happy on his last breath, and she finally woke up from her senses. She would fulfil her promise she made.

And she would be happy again, since her boyfriend would be in her heart forever.

Two years had passed just like that, and Jiyeon lived these two years fruitfully.

It was another new year in the university, and it was the last year for her before she graduate from it. “Last year, oppa… I can pull it through easily right? You will look after me, I know.”

She was talking to her phone again.

Of course, her wallpaper was the photo of their selfie.

Jiyeon let out a happy sigh before walking into the school building confidently. She walked into her class and sat on an empty seat near the window.

That was her favourite seat.

She just loved watching the sky.

It was as though he was smiling down at her.

Jiyeon pulled out her stationeries and books before scanning the whole classroom. She found familiar faces in the lecture hall, and let out another small smile.

“Oppa, this year would be another great year right?”

The professor walked into the hall, and at once, the class began to quieten down. He was about to begin his lesson, but the door opened again.

It was a new face.

“Oh God…” Jiyeon could feel her breath taken away.

That guy looked exactly like her boyfriend who had lost the battle with cancer.

“Oppa…”

The new student bowed, and walked to an empty seat nearby before the professor cleared his throat for attention again.

The lesson began, but Jiyeon had her eyes on the new face the whole time.

She was simply awed at his appearance.

And she made up her mind to get to know him at once.

He looked exactly like her boyfriend, but she doesn’t care. She just felt the need to know the new student.

She wanted, and she needed to know him.

When the lesson ended, and after the professor had left the lecture hall, Jiyeon rushed to the new student at once.

She beamed widely at him and waved happily, “Hi! I’m Jiyeon! Nice to meet you! What’s your name?”

The new student raised a brow and brushed her off before walking away, but Jiyeon wouldn’t give up. She followed him.

They reached the door of the hall and Jiyeon blocked his way at once, “Why won’t you tell me your name? Can we be friends?”

The new student simply glared at her.

“Hmm? Why aren’t you talking to me?”

He nodded his head to his back, and Jiyeon turned embarrassed at once. She moved away and bowed apologetically at the students who were being blocked too, but they simply laughed it off.

Jiyeon stretched her neck to search for the new student when she lost sight of him, but it was an easy search, thanks to his height.

She rushed to his side and walked with him, while she blabbered about everything else.

Of course, he was annoyed.

“What’s your name? Why can’t you tell me that? You’re making me sad~ I just want to know your name! It’s fine then! But we can be friends right? I find you so cool and suave, new friend!”

The guy finally stopped, which made Jiyeon stopped too.

“Shut up and get lost.” That was his first sentence to her, and he walked off proudly.

Jiyeon widened her jaws and stared at his figure, “You’re so cold! Why aren’t you like oppa…?” She shook her head and sighed sadly before chasing after him again.

The boy felt annoyed but he could do nothing.

All he could do was to close his ears and eyes, pretending she was invisible, and treated her as a annoying mosquito.

Jiyeon followed him wherever he went, even when he went to the washroom, she would wait outside for him.

That caused many commotions among the crowd, of course. But to Jiyeon, she doesn’t care about such things.

She just wanted to get closer to him.

And thanks to her following skills, she noticed they had same classes together. Well, they took the same course too.

When school ended, Jiyeon even followed him back home.

Kris slammed the door hardly into her face, and that was when she finally returned back home in defeat.

But she wouldn’t give up.

The next day, she got to class early, and there he was. The new student was sitting at the same seat as the day before.

Jiyeon got the information from the professor, and finally knew his name.

“KRIS~~~~~~” She squealed happily while rushing to his side when the professor left.

That caught the attention of the other students. No one stood near Kris since he had the cold aura, and he looked so fierce and cold, but Jiyeon just called him by his name.

Of course, they were curious about how Kris would react.

To their expectation, Kris rolled his eyes and left the hall, and show’s over for them.

But not for Jiyeon.

She rushed after Kris, and finally grabbed his arm when she reached his side. “Kris~~~ Why did you walk so fast?!”

The tall giant just yanked her hands away harshly before walking ahead.

Jiyeon sighed as she stared at his back sadly before running up to his side again, “Kris~~~ Talk to me~ I’m your friend now, aren’t I?”

Kris, once again, ignored her voice and walked ahead to the cafeteria.

The girl followed closely, and made sure she won’t lose sight of him the whole day. When school finally ended, she followed him back home again.

“Yifan, who’s that girl outside?”

Kris walked to the window, where his mother was, and indeed, Jiyeon was still standing outside his gate. “Nobody.”

“But she was there yesterday too. She’s not your friend?”

“Nope. Just some stalker.”

Mrs. Wu frowned when her son walked back to his room, before turning her attention back to the girl outside. “Are you sure she’s just a stalker…?”

She too, walked back into the house when Jiyeon finally walked away.

And the whole routine lasted for the whole week.

Jiyeon followed Kris to wherever he went.

She would do the talking, not bothering if Kris was listening to her, and blabbered on about her daily routines.

Kris, of course, was annoyed at her voice.

Weekend was finally his noise-free days, and he couldn’t be more than thankful for that.

A new week came again, and Kris groaned inwardly when he spotted Jiyeon waving so brightly to him when he entered the lecture hall.

The lesson ended in an hour, and Kris attempted to leave at once to avoid her, but Jiyeon was faster in the end.

She reached his side even before he could step out of the lecture hall.

With no other choices, he walked out of the hall with Jiyeon following him again.

Jiyeon started blabbering about her weekend, which he totally has no interest in. “You know something, Kris? I had curry rice last Saturday for lunch! And I thought of you immediately! Do you know why? It’s because you looked so hot like curry! HAH! I’ve complimented you now~ Do you like it?!”

Kris clenched his fist tightly while gritting onto his teeth hardly. *Can’t she just stop?!*

“Kris~~~ Do you know I like you a lot?! I’ve been dreaming about you for the past few days too~ You’re so good looking and kind~ Even though you look so cold, I know you have a soft side inside! Right? Right right right?”

That was the final straw for him.

Kris stopped in the middle of the auditorium, and finally turned around to face her.

She beamed widely, thinking he finally will talk to her, but to her surprise, it wasn’t how she imagined.

“Do you know you’re damn irritating and annoying?” Kris hissed lowly, which made her speechless.

“I… I thought I… I thought we’re friends…”

“Friends? FRIENDS?!” And he finally yelled.
