Woohyun, Jiyeon, Infinite

Woohyun’s a jerk and he's trying to get Jiyeon to fall for him but she doesn't fall for him… that easily anyways. Angst-ish! oh and Sungjong is Jiyeon’s best friend something bad happens to him and Woohyun the only one there for her.

“Jiyeon-ah!” Sungjong ran towards a girl in a distance, as his friends stood at their previous spots while staring at him weird.

“Since when did he know a girl?”

“Yeah! I thought we’re his only friends!”

“Look! They’re chatting so happily, and so touchy!”

“Is that his girlfriend?”

Woohyun looked at the duo and indeed, the duo was doing what they said. Sungjong was hugging the girl, and he was ruffling her hair happily.

After a few minutes, she walked away, and Sungjong returned to his friends.

“Yah! Lee Sungjong!”

“What?”

“Since when did you have a girlfriend?!” Sunggyu nudged his elbow, but the latter simply smirked proudly.

“Surprised right, hyung?!”

“Psh! As if! Just curious, okay. Curious!”

Hoya smirked and placed his arm around the youngest shoulder, “But seriously… We thought you only have us.”

“Hyung! I have lots of friends too, okay?!”

“Oh really~?”

Sungjong scoffed in disbelieved before shoving him aside, “Fine fine! Only you guys and her.”

Dongwoo joined in too, “Who’s she?!”

“She’s my best friend. We grew up together, and we went to the same school, up till now! Just that we’re in different class this year.”

“What class is she in now?”

“2-2! But she’s the same as usual. She doesn’t like to mix around with people. Her only friend is me.”

“Why don’t we be her friend then?”

“That will be a good idea!” Sungjong agreed at once, since he wanted to help Jiyeon open up to society too.

Woohyun was the only one who had a new plan forming in his mind. *That pretty girl will be our friend? Assa~ It’s time to get a new girl~ She’s beautiful too~*

“OPPA!!!!!!”

Alright, yes. It’s the fan-girls. They were screaming for their school most popular group of guys, of course.

And they named them ‘Infinite’.

It’s weird and lame, but they named them Infinite because it totally suited them, all 7 of them. They will be handsome and charming for infinity.

That’s it.

That reason was enough.

And well, the boys accepted it since they had no interest at all. Yes, they weren’t interested to be some popular group in school, except for Woohyun.

He loved attention, and he loved girls.

Everyone knew that too, and they simply loved him even more because of his traits. They find him charming that way.

How weird.

Woohyun sent a wink to a random girl, and she almost fainted.

“Would you stop doing that, Nam Woohyun?”

Woohyun looked at Sunggyu as he pouted sadly, “Why can’t I do that?”

“Because it looks disgusting.”

“YAH!” Woohyun yelled as he smacked Sungyeol on the back of his head, “You’re worse, okay? Stop saying I’m disgusting.”

“Oh please. Hyung, you’re the worse.” Myungsoo hissed and walked out of the school, heading back home using his car.

The rest of them too, returned home by their own cars.

Well, not only were they charming, but they’re rich too.

It was another day in school, and Sungjong was gone. Woohyun sat on his seat at their usual table in the cafeteria and scanned the whole room, “Yah, where’s that maknae?”

“He’s off to get his friend over. He said he wanted to introduce her to us!”

“Oh! His best friend? That girl?”

“Yeah~”

“Hyung! I’ve brought my friend over!” Sungjong cooed as he pushed Jiyeon towards the group, “Her name is Jiyeon! Park Jiyeon!”

Jiyeon lowered her head in embarrassment and fiddled with her fingers shyly, “Hello…”

“Don’t be shy!” Dongwoo cooed as he pulled her down to his side, “We can be real good friends! Since you’re friend of Sungjong, you will be friend of ours too!”

Jiyeon sent him a small smile before turning her head down again.

“Let me introduce myself then!” Hoya smiled as he moved to her side, “I’m Lee Howon! But everyone called me Hoya since it’s easier. You can call me Hoya oppa or Howon oppa, it’s up to you!”

Jiyeon smiled and finally brought her head up to look at him, “Howon oppa sounds nicer.”

“Then Howon oppa it is!”

Soon, the rest of them introduced themselves to her. Woohyun was the last, and he cleared his throat loudly before pushing Dongwoo away.

He took the seat next to her and wrapped his arm around her shoulder when he sat down, which surprised her, “Hi beautiful. My name is Nam Woohyun. You can call me Woohyun oppa~ Or you can call me Jagi~ I don’t mind.”

Jiyeon smiled awkwardly as she tried to pry his hand off her, “I think Woohyun oppa is fine.”

“Okay~ If you say so.” Woohyun smirked and leaned closer to her, “Say, do you want to date me?”

“Eh?”

“Hyung! She’s my best friend! She’s not your usual girl!” Sungjong pushed him away and took his seat, before turning back to his best friend. “Don’t mind him. He’s a flirt!”

“YAH! LEE SUNGJONG!”

“HYUNG! NO MEANS NO!”

The youngest finally flared, and that surprised the rest of them. Jiyeon smiled and hooked her arm around his, pulling his attention back to her, “Sungjongie~ Shall we eat now?”

“Sure~” And he returned to his usual self. Sungjong and Jiyeon went off to get their lunch, leaving the rest of them in the table.

“Nam Woohyun.”

Woohyun looked at Sunggyu, “What?”

“Don’t make him mad, stupid. I don’t want to see Sungjong mad again.”

“I was just playing!”

“Nam Woohyun.”

“Okay, fine fine!” Woohyun huffed in annoyance, but he wouldn’t back down. Of course! How could he back down when the girl was so hard to get?

Every other girl was always slamming their bodies on him, but not this one.

And he felt that he was being challenged.

The best friends returned to the table, and Jiyeon eyed them in confusion, “Oppa~ Aren’t you going to get your food?”

The boys stood up at once, and smiled widely at her before scurrying off. Woohyun walked real slowly so he could whisper something in her ears.

Jiyeon frowned in annoyance and glared at him, which made him happy.

He loved how she was hard to get.

“What did Woohyun hyung say to you?” Sungjong noticed the change of expression on her, and he knew it was Woohyun at once.

“He said I will be his someday, and I will be the one clinging on him when he wanted a break up.”

“Seriously! That hyung is crazy about girls. I shouldn’t introduce you to him at all!”

“It’s okay, Sungjongie~ I can take it. I’m not an easy girl, and you know it too!”

“Alright, alright. I know.” Sungjong gave her his best smile, and they started eating when the rest of the boys returned.

The days passed, and Jiyeon grew closer with the boys.

Thanks to Sungjong, she found new friends.

Well, not Woohyun though.

She was close friends with the other guys, except for Woohyun since he was being flirty again. “Hey, beautiful~ My Jiyeon~ What’s for lunch today~? Do you need oppa to get it for you~?”

Jiyeon growled as she glared at him, “I don’t need your help, Nam Woohyun!”

“Call me oppa, dear~ Just like before! You used to call me oppa too~”

“Nam Woohyun! Stop being annoying!”

“But I just want to be closer to you. Get to know you. And we can be together! I love you!”

“No, you love girls.”

“No, baby~ I love you! Only you!”

Hoya sighed and pushed Woohyun’s head away, “Stop annoying her, Nam Woohyun.”

“YAH!”

Just when Woohyun was about to attack Hoya, the latter pulled Jiyeon away from the table quickly, “Let’s go and get our food now!”

Woohyun huffed in frustration as he glared at Hoya, burning holes into his back.

“Stop glaring. You’re being too much, Nam Woohyun.”

“But I just wanted to be with her!”

“Everyone knows you’re a playboy. You don’t love her, so stop it. Don’t force her. You don’t know love, Woohyun.”

Woohyun was left alone on the table, and he was thinking real hard on what Sunggyu just said. It was true that he was a playboy, but somehow, he could feel his heart getting weirder each day.

The more he saw her, the more he wanted to be with her.

Jiyeon was in the café she worked at, happily serving the customers.

Finally, it was non-peak time.

“Baby~ Have you done serving others? It’s my turn now!” Woohyun cooed. He had been sitting in the middle of the café for the past 3 hours.

And finally, he spotted a lower human traffic in the café.

“Nam Woohyun! Don’t call me that!”

“Why? You’re my baby!” Woohyun pouted sadly as he walked into the counter.

Jiyeon yelped and pushed him out, back to his seat, “Don’t come in again! It’s for staff only! I’ll get scolded!”

“But I have to see you~”

“You’ve been seeing me for the past 3 hours, Nam Woohyun.”

“It’s not enough~”

“It’s enough. You can go now.” Jiyeon turned around, heading back to her counter, but Woohyun tugged her wrist and pulled her down to his laps at once.
