It’s the fifth time Jiyeon sighed for that day. She was shopping alone down the Myeongdong streets. Going into shops after shops, she bought many tops, bottoms, dresses, socks, shoes, whatever you name it.

It’s not that she likes to shop alone, it’s just that…

“Sigh…”

She could only sigh when she thought of that reason.

She has no true friends anywhere. She knows the reason exactly. Girls hate her pretty face and her sweet character while guys just love her pretty face, not her true self.

“Thank you!” She greeted the salesperson and left the shop with her eighth bag on her hands.

Finally deciding to rest somewhere, she went into Twosome Café just beside the shop she just left.

Placing all the bags on the seat opposite her, she sat down on her seat after ordering some latte.

She turned her head to see the humans walking on the streets and can’t help but to let out a huge sigh again.

“Sighhhh…… Happy couples walking in the streets, this single lady drinking latte with her shopping bags…”

She took a sip of her latter and took out her mini notebook. She would jot down some information or any thoughts she had at that moment.

And after looking at the couples on the streets, she added one more point to the ‘must-do’ list when she had a boyfriend.

She giggled to herself after adding that point.

“Wait… It’s too simple.”

She whispered to herself and added something to that sentence.

She squealed and doodle some cute stuff beside that point.

“But I’m still single… Forever alone…” She sighed and closed her book before keeping it back into her shoulder bag.

“AHHHH~ JIYEONIE!” Jiyeon jumped a little at that sudden shout and turned around.

But only to see one of her friend jumping over to her side with the café’s uniform on her. “Eo? Hyominnie?”

“What are you doing here?!” Hyomin giggled and sat down beside her.

Jiyeon smiled, “chilling out~”

“I see.” Hyomin nodded in understanding.

“You work here?” Jiyeon noticed her uniform then and asked her. Hyomin nodded her head happily, “Yup! Part time here~” She giggled before continuing, “and it’s because the boss here is the most handsome!”

“Serious?” Jiyeon raised a brow in suspicion in which Hyomin nodded her head rapidly to double confirm it.

“Who’s handsome huh?” Jiyeon turned around when he heard another voice again, but this time, it’s a guy’s voice.

“Woohyunnie!” Hyomin squealed and pounced onto him which made Jiyeon slightly surprised.

“Hey babe.” Woohyun chuckled at her behavior and pecked her cheek.

“What’re you doing here?” Hyomin asked, being the curious girl she is.

“I came to chill out with some friend.”

“Where’s he?”

“He’s waiting outside. I told him to wait for a while since I want to see my girlfriend.” Woohyun grinned.

“Awww~ Honey~ you’re so sweet~” Hyomin chuckled and pecked his cheek in response.

Jiyeon sighed once again.

*Even my friend has a boyfriend.*

“Erm… I think I should go. Something’s on.” Jiyeon announced and picked her shopping bags before leaving the café.

“Bye Jiyeonie! Come back again~” She could hear Hyomin shout but she ignored and left the café instead.

She finally stepped out off the café and heaved a deep breath out, “Damn… Even Hyominnie has a boyfriend…”

She was fixing her dress while walking thus she didn’t know what’s in front of her.

“AHHHHHH!!!”

“OH MY GOSH!!!!”

Yes. She knocked onto some stranger which made both of their butts touched the floor.

Jiyeon huffed and stood up slowly, fixed her dress and picked her bags up. She glared at the stranger in front of her and accused him, “YAH! WATCH WHERE YOU’RE GOING!”

*Damn… Such an unlucky day!*

“YOU SHOULD WATCH WHERE YOU’RE WALKING, CLUMSY!” The stranger shouted back and accused her.

“YAH!! HOW DARE YOU SHOUT BACK!?”

“WHY CAN’T I?! YOU SHOUTED TOO! DAMN IT!”

“YOU!!!!!!!”

“Yah, Myungsoo-ah!” Jiyeon turned her head to that voice and saw Woohyun walking out of the café with Hyomin beside him.

He walked to Myungsoo’s side and patted his shoulders. “Let it go, gentleman. She’s Hyominnie’s friend, eo?”

Myungsoo brushed off the invisible dirt off his own attire and rolled his eyes at Jiyeon, “Clumsy woman. I’m letting you off because you’re her friend.”

Jiyeon widened her eyes and gritted her teeth angrily, “I’m letting you off, not the other way round!” She walked straight and stomped on his feet when she walked passed him.

“AHH!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!” Myungsoo held on his feet and jumped around on the spot which made the couple giggled together.

He glared at the couple and hissed, “You told me to be a gentleman! But she’s not being a lady!”

“Aigoo… Myungsoo-ah, don’t you think she’s cute?” Woohyun shrugged and placed one arm around Hyomin’s shoulder.

“I agree! And she’s pretty!” Hyomin nodded her head approvingly.

“Oh please… Pretty? More like clumsy…” Myungsoo rolled his eyes and walked off to the opposite direction.

“Bye honey~ See you soon~” Woohyun gave Hyomin a goodbye kiss before catching up with his buddy.

“Aish! So unlucky today. Seen so many couples and shopped alone… And even met some irritating jerk…” Jiyeon crossed her arms and plopped down on her couch when she returned home.

“ARGHHHH!” She ruffled her own hair into a mess and glared into nowhere in particular. “DAMN IT!”

That same night, Myungsoo and his buddy when to some club again.

“Aren’t you sick of this place? Why are you always coming back here?!” Woohyun sighed and sat down on the couch beside him.

“I know you have a girlfriend. If you don’t like here, just get lost then.” Myungsoo smirked at a woman standing near his table.

Woohyun shook his head disapprovingly and stood up, “fine then. Don’t ask me to pick you up when you’re drunk then~ I’m off to meet my girlfriend.”

He placed one of his hand on his shoulder lightly, “Seriously my friend. Find a girlfriend and settle down. You will feel different.”

Myungsoo scoffed and pushed his hand away, “I know what I’m doing.”

It’s not that he didn’t want to settle down. It’s just that…

“Sigh… Of course I want to settle down with some good lady. It’s just that, every one of them just want to get into my pants and then, poof, gone with my money. Chi, women… Creatures who can’t be trusted…”

That woman he smirked to just now sit herself down beside him when she saw Woohyun left. “Hey handsome.”

Myungsoo gave her an eye contact and smiled, “Hi.”

“H… Hi…” The moment they contacted with their eyes, she fell into his trap immediately.

Myungsoo smirked at her flustered face, “Got to go.”

He clink his drink with hers and left the table, leaving her all alone on the seat, still flustered.
