Plot: Jiyeon is ice princess in her college. Many men like her & confess to her. But she always rejects them because she has a trauma. Her parent divorce when she was child. Because of that she afraid to has relationship with man. Jiyeon live with her grandfather and her cousin who same age like her, Hyunjung. In Chanyeol (Hyunjung's oppa) - Suzy's wedding, Hyunjung introduced her boyfriend, Hyunsoo, to Jiyeon. Hyunsoo is Jiyeon's sunbae in her college. Jiyeon & Hyunjung study in different college. One week later, Hyunsoo's twins, Myungsoo back to Korea from Japan for holiday (only one month). Myungsoo saw some photo of Chanyeol-Suzy's wedding and become fall in love in first sight to Jiyeon. With Hyunjung and Hyunsoo help, Myungsoo pretend to be Hyunsoo to attract Jiyeon.

“YAH! YAH!”

Jiyeon peeked from under the table as her mother just shouted for his father to stop walking away from the house.

“STOP RIGHT THERE!”

Her father stopped, indeed.

But he only spat something hurtful to her mother instead. “LET’S GET A DIVORCE! I’M SICK AND TIRED OF YOU!”

“JUST ADMIT YOU HAVE AN AFFAIR, BASTARD!”

“ YOU!”

With that last yell, her father left the house once and for all, with his belongings prepared in his luggage.

She didn’t know where her father went to and after which, her mother sent her to her grandparents’ house, pushing her responsibilities to her grandparents.

That was it.

That was the last time she saw her parents, when she was only 8 years old.

Jiyeon woke up from her bad dream, once again, and breathed hardly as she recalled her nightmare, “Gosh. Not again?”

She had been having the same bad dream for long, ever since her parents left her all alone.

She was living well with her grandparents too, but of course, who wouldn’t be upset when their own birth parents left them.

“Damn it. Just get out of my dream.” Jiyeon couldn’t help but mumble to herself as she left her room for the kitchen to get a cup of water.

“Jiyeonie!”

A girl of her age ran up to her and smiled brightly at her, “You’re still up?! It’s 1AM and you normally off your lights at 11!”

“I got bad dream.”

The girl sighed and patted her back as she gulped the water down . “I’m fine. Don’t worry. You just came back?”

The girl giggled sheepishly as she played with the tip of her hair, “I went out with my darling and he just sent me home~ Jiyeonie, he’s so sweet to me!”

Jiyeon narrowed her eyes and glared at her, “Park Hyunjung, you don’t have to try to get me into dating. I’m not interested in guys.”

Hyunjung grabbed her arms and swung it back and forth while pouting her lips out, “Jiyeonie~ How could you not like guys?! You don’t like girls too! I know you’re sad and afraid of loving someone since your parents, well, yeah…”

Hyunjung cleared to finish what she meant and continued, “But you have to open up your heart to guys! You had never been in a relationship before and I think you need one. You’re already 20 for God’s sake!”

“So? 20 sound young to me.”

That was it.

Hyunjung widened her jaws at her reaction as she rolled her eyes, annoyed with her cousin, “Seriously. Park Jiyeon. You’ll be the death of me!”

“You’ll be the death of me.” Jiyeon washed her cup and walked towards her bedroom, “Off the lights once you’re done here. Grandma left it on for you.”

“Psh!” Hyunjung brought her fist up and punched the air behind her cousin, as though she was really hitting her. “I hope you won’t die as a old poor woman alone!”

“I will!”

Hyunjung scoffed in disbelieved when her cousin replied that. “ARGH!” She ruffled her hair hardly, due to frustration, and off the lights before heading off to her own bedroom.

“Someday. Someday, I hope your prince charming will appear and you will be attracted to him and you will have a boyfriend then.”

The next morning arrived, and of course, Hyunjung was the last to appear at the dining table. “Good morning, everyone~”

“What time did you came home last night?”

She froze up at her grandfather’s harsh tone and gulped hardly, “Erm… 11PM, grandpa~”

“She came back at 1AM.”

Hyunjung glared at Jiyeon who was innocently eating her bread down, “PARK JIYEON! YOU TRAITOR!” She pointed accusingly at Jiyeon who was still innocently gulping her milk down .

“One more time, young lady. And you’ll be grounded.”

Hyunjung hopped to her grandfather and hugged him tightly around his neck, “Grandpa~ You know I won’t do it again, right? Lift that rule off please?”

“No can do. Rule is rule. It’s dangerous to stay out at night.”

“Grandpa, it’s fine. Her boyfriend sent her home every time.”

Their grandfather raised a brow and nodded his head willingly then, “Fine then. Latest timing, 1AM. After 1AM, grounded.”

Hyunjung pouted sadly and dragged her feet over to her own seat, “Grandpa~ Why did you listen to Jiyeonie and not me?!”

“Because she’s responsible.”

“Now now, let’s stop this.” Grandma appeared at the right time and poured fresh milk into Hyunjung’s cup, “No scolding when we’re at the dining table.”

“Grandma is the best!” Hyunjung poked her tongue out at her grandfather and Jiyeon before grinning widely at her grandmother, “Only grandma treats me the best!”

“Don’t say too early. I will reprimand you when you’re back home after 1AM next time, darling.”

Jiyeon smirked and poked her tongue out at Hyunjung as revenge, “Disadvantage of having a boyfriend. I rather not have one at all.”

“PARK JIYEON!”

Jiyeon shrugged her shoulders lightly and nibbled onto her second toast, “I’m just saying my thoughts out. Don’t have to mind me.”

Hyunjung took a big bite of her toast and glared at Jiyeon dangerously, “You’ll fall in love with someone, I’m sure of it. Just wait for your prince charming to appear!”

“Alright girls. Let nature takes it course.” Grandmother just had to cut in again, “Hyunjung-ah, when is your brother’s wedding again? I haven’t seen Chanyeol since he moved out to a new apartment with his wife.”

“Oh right!” Hyunjung turned happy once again, “This coming Sunday, dinner at Lotte Hotel! He had been so busy with his wedding preparations, grandma. Don’t worry, we will see them this Sunday!”

“How are both of them doing now?”

“Let me tell you something, grandma! Suzy unnie helps with the chores at home and she made sure our oppa eats well and sleeps well! Like me! I treat my boyfriend the best! I help him with his food and chores at home too~”

Jiyeon burst out into laughter and placed her palm on her tummy as she stole some glances to Hyunjung, “You?! You can’t even cook! And look at how messy your room is now! How could you even take care of your boyfriend?! Grandma, listen to her. She’s married to her boyfriend already. Doing chores and helping him with food…”

Grandfather butted in this time round and smacked Hyunjung on her head, “Silly girl! You two aren’t even married! Don’t go to his house so often! It’ll look bad! And you’re so going to be home by 11PM every night.”

Hyunjung widened her jaws and grabbed his arms, “GRANDPA~~~”

“Nope. Final rule. 11PM.”

Jiyeon burst out into another fit of laughter again, which gained the attention from her cousin, “PARK JIYEON! YOU’RE SO DEAD!”

She tried to chase Jiyeon but the latter had already run back to her room to change out of her pajamas.

“YAH! PARK JIYEON! OPEN UP!”

“LALALALALA~”

“GRANDMA! TELL HER TO OPEN THE DOOR!” Hyunjung stomped her foot on the ground childishly which earned laughter from her grandparents then.

“She’ll come out eventually, silly. Come and finish your food so you two can go to school.”

“Psh. I don’t want to walk with her today!” Hyunjung snatched the toast from her plate and stormed back to her own bedroom, “STUPID COUSIN! PARK JIYEON, YOU’RE DEAD!”

“I’M STILL ALIVE!”

“ARGHHHH!!!!”

In the end, they still walked the same route to the bus stop together.

Right, although they attended different schools in different directions, but their bus stop was the same.

“Bye, my baby cousin~” Jiyeon teased and ruffled Hyunjung’s hair playfully since her bus came first. But Hyunjung glared at her and poked her tongue out again, “No goodbye for you, stupid cousin.”

“Love you too~”

Hyunjung walked up the bus and sat by the window while pouting sadly.

Jiyeon could only smile widely at her behavior since she was the total opposite of her, and obviously, she found her cousin damn cute.

“Bye~” Jiyeon waved as she smiled brightly up to her.

In the end, her cute cousin softened and waved back to her. *I can’t stay angry with you for long, could I, Jiyeon-ah? My only cousin.*

Jiyeon bus soon came and she too, went off to school immediately.

However, once she reached school gates, she was already bombarded with confessions. All she could do was to squeeze her way through while rejecting all of them.

She had no friends in school, since she doesn’t find the need to get one.

And that was the cause of her being the ‘ice princess’ in school.

She had no friends, and she turned down all the guys who confessed to her with straight faces all the time. She doesn’t speak or join events in the school at all.

Girls found her snobby, but guys found her attractive.

But that was how she was.

She doesn’t find the need to please the rest of the population. She was just who she was. And she needed nobody to tell her what to do.

That was why she was being named as the ‘ice princess’ in school.

Cold and mysterious.

And once school ended, she would return home right away.

Otherwise, she would head over to the café to work when her shift was on for that day. That was how her life worked for her.

And she found that awesome already.

Because that was who she was.

“PARK HYUNJUNG! ARE YOU DONE OR NOT?!”

Hyunjung strolled out from her bedroom with a silky dress, which fell right above her knees, and her hair was nicely done. “Done! How do I look?”

Jiyeon nodded her head with a small smile, “Perfect.” She had to admit, her cousin was this beautiful.

“PARK JIYEON! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WEARING?!” Now, it was her cousin’s turn to shout.

“What? It’s just a dinner right? I can’t wear a top with my jeans?”

“OF COURSE NOT!” Hyunjung shrieked in horror and pulled Jiyeon into her bedroom. “Thank goodness I have lots of dresses with me!”

“I don’t need one.”

“Oh yes, you so do need one. You’re attending your cousin’s wedding dinner, for Pete’s sake! Be pretty for once!”

“I don’t find the need.”

“But I do.” Hyunjung retorted, “AHA! FOUND YOU!” She pulled out a dress, which also fell right above the knees, and it was low-cut.

“NO WAY!”

“YES WAY!” Hyunjung tried to peel her top off and she did at once, “LOOK AT YOUR BRA. OH GOD. RILAKKUMA?!”

“What?!” Jiyeon hugged her body and glared at Hyunjung, “IT’S MY FAVORITE!”

Hyunjung shook her head and dug her closet again, “You’re so lucky we got the same cup sizes.” She pulled out a colored bra, same color as the dress, and pushed them to her.

“Change it at once. No arguments.”

Jiyeon stopped resisting and changed out of her ridiculous outfit at once.

“I have no shoe.”

“I have. Before that, your hair needs to be done.” Hyunjung sighed and brought the straightener out. “Just a small touch will do.”

Jiyeon obeyed and listened to her instruction well.

In the end, she turned out to be a beauty too. “Perfect, cousin. You’re so pretty! Prettier than the bride!”

“Psh. Stop joking with me. Let’s go now. We’re late.”

Indeed, they went to the hotel at once, and the dinner went on smoothly. Chanyeol and Suzy, the groom and the bride, was the happiest amongst all that night.

Jiyeon congratulated them and that was all. She returned to her seat and scanned the whole ballroom as the others interacted.

Her grandparents were happily chatting with the adults, and other teenagers were chatting among themselves too.

Even her cousin was out of sight.

“Jiyeonie!”

Right when she thought of her, she appeared.

“Look! Let me introduce you to my boyfriend!” She hugged the guy’s arm tightly and smiled at Jiyeon, “This is Hyunsoo, my boyfriend. And darling, this is Jiyeon, my cousin! You guys are schoolmates!”

“I know.” Hyunsoo chuckled as he brought his hand out for a shake.

Jiyeon took it, out of politeness, and raised a brow instead, “You know me?”

“Of course. Who wouldn’t? You’re the famous ice princess in school. My friends confessed too but all were being rejected. Even though you’re the junior, you don’t give chances huh?”

Hyunjung scoffed and leaned closer to Hyunsoo, “Darling. She’s like this. She won’t ever get a boyfriend at all and she said she will die as an old woman, alone.”

Hyunsoo laughed madly at his girlfriend’s speech. She always amused him indeed. “How could you say this, darling? She’s your cousin!”
