Pairing: Hani-Kyungsoo, Sehun, Kai, Tao, Kris

Plot: Kyungsoo just moved to the neighbourhood. Hani is Kyungsoo's neighbour and also classmates. At first, Hani thought that kyungsoo is a gangster, bad boy and annoying bcoz he rarely smiles and talk plus his housemates had very y looks (in which deserved to be called as gangsters). But one day, she realized that Kyungsoo was completely opposite from what she thought.

“Alright class, settle down.” Hani looked up from her book and changed her vision to the front of the classroom where her homeroom teacher was standing.

But it’s strange.

There’s a new face beside her homeroom teacher.

Right when she was thinking about that, the teacher answered her thoughts.

“Class, this is Do Kyungsoo, your new classmate transferred from Ilsan. Introduce yourself, Kyungsoo-ah.”

Kyungsoo simply bowed a little and put on a straight face, “Do Kyungsoo.”

That short introduction left the students taken aback, even the teacher was slightly shocked. “Right. So… Sit over there.” He pointed to the empty seat behind Hani.

“Hani, raise your hands.”

Hani obeyed, as usual, and raised her right hand up.

“Sit behind her.” The teacher gave Kyungsoo a light push on his back and he walked over to the empty seat at once.

“Class, let’s get back to topic.” Their homeroom teacher continued and the students couldn’t help but to let out a slight groan.

Hani, with her friendly personality, turned around and beamed at the new student, “Hello! I’m Yoo Hani! You can call me Hani!”

But Kyungsoo ignored her as he was pulling out his textbook from his books with a straight expression on his face. Hani saw his face and gulped slightly. *He looked scary with his big eyes. Is he a bad guy? Gangster maybe? Oh man…*

Hani swallowed her saliva and tried again, “Erm… H-Hello! I can bring you around the school later! I can show you the cafeteria!”

Once again, she was being ignored. On top of that, she received a glare from him.

Hani gulped nervously and turned around to face the front again. *Okay… Great job, girl. You just tried to talk to a new student who seems to be a gangster and were being ignored and he began to glare at you. You’re so dead, Yoo Hani.* She sighed inwardly and paid attention to the teacher who was blabbering about history again.

“HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Hani, who just exited the classroom after the end of her last lesson, turned around to see her best friend running down the hallway and jumped right into her embrace.

“Miyoung! I told you not to run in the hallway! You might fall!”

Miyoung rolled her eyes and scoffed playfully, “Girl, I am not clumsy like my best friend.”

Hani raised a brow in confusion, “Who’s your best friend?” And her brain began to twirl after she said that, “Wait… You only have one best friend in this world and it’s me!”

“HEY! I’M NOT CLUMSY!” Hani yelled and pulled Miyoung in for a super tight hug just to squeeze her.

“Ahem.” But just then, their small mini playful argument was being disturbed by a fake cough. They turned around only to find the new student behind them, standing by the door of the classroom. He nodded towards the entrance of the school and rolled his eyes.

Hani gulped and moved to the side while dragging Miyoung along with her after mumbling a soft apology to him.

“Chi.” Kyungsoo scoffed and walked out of the school, leaving the dumbfounded girl behind.

“That… JERK!” Hani yelled while grabbing onto her own hair forcefully, too frustrated to do anything else. However, her best friend thought otherwise.

“HE’S A HANDSOME JERK!” Miyoung squealed after her rage which only managed to receive glares from her best friend.

Miyoung blinked her eyes innocently and frowned a little, “What…? I mean… Well… He’s handsome…”

Hani rolled her eyes in irritation. How could her best friend think of a jerk as a handsome lad?! “So not!” She dragged her wrist and pulled her out of the school compound, just to get some fun after a long and difficult day of lessons in school.

“Now… Where shall we go next?” Miyoung asked excitedly after they exited the ice-cream store.

Hani looked equally excited and clapped her hands happily, “How about… We go to the mall now! Let’s do some window shopping and all, you know~ It’s been long since we hang out at the mall.”

Miyoung beamed as a reply and hooked her arms around her best friend’s arm, “DEAL! MALL WE SHALL GO!”

With that, they giggled all the way to the nearby mall to enjoy their day-out together.

“Oh man, this .” Miyoung pouted sadly after she ended a call with her mom. They just came out from the washroom and were walking towards the toys department store since it’s still quite early.

Well, it’s only 4 in the noon.

Hani blinked and looked at her sudden statement, “What ?”

“I have to go. Mom called me back for dinner. Grandpa and grandma are over tonight.” Miyoung sent her best friend an apologetic frown but Hani waved it off. “It’s alright, bestie! Your grandparents were here! You should rush back and entertain them with your hilarious awkward dance. Don’t think I would ever forget that!”

“Hey!” Miyoung gasped lightly and smacked her arm playfully. “That was so long ago! Please don’t ever remind me again!”

Hani chuckled at her behavior and dragged her to the bus stop. “Well, I’m sure your grandparents will love it.”

And they chatted for a while before one of their bus came.

“Bye, bestie. I’ll miss you. See you tomorrow.” Miyoung hugged Hani tightly and walked up to the bus which just arrived.

Hani simply sent her a flying kiss when she saw that Miyoung was already seated down on a seat and waved widely to her.

*My bestie forever.*

With a happy mind, she waited patiently for her bus to arrive before hopping it.

And within minutes, she arrived at her neighborhood. She took the normal route home with a wide grin on her smile all the way. Just a small thought about her best-friend would send her up to heaven.

To add onto that, her mom promised her to cook her favorite dish tonight: Ddeobeokki!

Well, of course she would be happy!

She hopped up the mini flight to her house and opened the gates.

However, some noise from the house next to hers disturbed her peace. She raised a brow and bent her torso backwards, just to have her head out to see what’s happening with her neighbor.

Boxes and boxes were stacked up outside the house next to hers and she assumed there’s a new neighbor moving in next door.

She shrugged her shoulders and went into the house with her thoughts filled with her mom.

She opened the door widely and took her shoes off and placed them on the rack, “MOMMY! I’M HOME!”

Her mom’s head popped out from the kitchen, exactly what she did before, and beamed widely at her, “Honey, welcome home!”

“I don’t know if you’re calling me by my name or by the sweet honey but oh wells~” Hani giggled and strolled into the kitchen to find her mom baking cookies, “MOMMY! WHY ARE YOU BAKING COOKIES?! IT’S BEEN YEARS SINCE I’VE EVER ATE THEM! OH MY GOSHHHHH!”

Her mom laughed at her sudden changed of behavior and slapped her hands away when she caught her sneaking one out from the jar, “Uh-uh. It’s not for you.”

“Thennnnn…? Who’s it for?!” Hani whined and put on her puppy eyes.

“It doesn’t work on me, honey.”

Hani pouted and sat on the high stool by the counter sadly, “I want to eat some…”

“I’ve saved some for you, honeybunny. But this jar is for our neighbor! Would you be my cute and kind daughter to send it over to them?”

*Right, neighbors!* Hani remembered the boxes outside the house next door and nodded her head, agreeing with her mom.

She picked up the jar of cookies on the table and hopped off the stool, “Alright, mommy. But when I’m back, I want to eat those cookies!”

Her mom beamed widely while looking at her retreating figure out of the house, “My lovely bunny…”

Hani walked over to the house next door and found out that the boxes outside were all cleared. “That’s fast…”

She put on a wide and polite smile and rang the doorbell happily.

She could hear some shuffling sounds from inside the house and soon, the door was unlocked. Hani looked up to see a tall yet foreign looking guy in front of her. She noticed he had some dark circles under his eyes and it’s serious.

“Erm… Hi? I’m your neighbor!” Hani waved a little and waited for response but she received none. Instead, that tall foreigner was staring blankly back at her.

Fortunately, another giant from the house walked towards them. Hani gasped slightly at how handsome he looked. And she noticed he’s uber tall.

“Sorry, this is Tao, and he’s Chinese. His Korean is still below average. I’m Sehun!” He beamed widely, “Don’t worry, I’m a Korean! Hi neighbor!”

Hani giggled at her childish introduction, “Hello Sehun, Hi Tao.” She waved at the both of them and showed them the jar of cookies in her hands. “Well, my mom made cookies for our new neighbors, so… It’s all yours!”

Tao ignored her and went back into the house which made her pout sadly.

Sehun saw her sadness and frowned at Tao’s behavior, “It’s alright! Don’t worry. He’s always like that.”
