Myungyeon, IU, JB

Jiyeon entering her first year in high school. She already closes to JB and IU earlier because they were from the same school. She began to have a feeling towards JB, but never showed it. One day IU and Jiyeon asked by their teacher to visit Myungsoo in the hospital since he was absent for about one week. Since the beginning Jiyeon never talked with Myungsoo, and just know by the name. While in the hospital she found that Myungsoo was good looking, hot and felt drawn to Myungsoo. But she did not take it seriously because deep in her heart she still likes JB. After that visit, they were getting close to Myungsoo especially Jiyeon. One day Jiyeon injured her leg on the way to school, and Myungsoo showed concern even just in a simple form, but it gives the impression to Jiyeon. JB texted Jiyeon and asked for help with his new crush. Jiyeon cried badly all night. But she chose to help him. Jiyeon trying to move on to Myungsoo, although she knows that Myungsoo never likes her. Day by day her feeling became deeper at Myungsoo, Myungsoo did not know that Jiyeon likes him. She felt heartbreak for the second time because she thinks Myungsoo likes other women but he didn't. He actually likes, no. he loves her.

Note: please make it happy ending authornim^^ and not too sad story kkk~ because I want a playful myungyeon here although in the beginning they are not too comfortable with each other if there just both of them... thank youuu~ 

“LEE JIEUN! WAIT FOR ME!” Jiyeon yelled when her best friend ran into the school building, leaving her behind at the gate.

“YAH! LEE JIEUN!”

Jieun stopped but only to poke her tongue out, and she even shook her to tease Jiyeon.

“LEE JIEUN! YOU’RE DEAD WHEN I CATCH YOU!” Jiyeon was about to run after her, but was being stopped.

Someone just pulled her collar.

“WHO’S THAT?!” Jiyeon growled and turned around abruptly, but her glares turned softer, and she looked at the person shyly.

“JB~ You’re here?”

“Why are you shouting early in the morning, Ji?” JB grinned and ruffled her hair playfully, making the latter pout sadly.

“Jieun left me alone again!”

“Oh man. You two just won’t stay put for a day.” JB laughed in joy and walked ahead, with Jiyeon following him soon after.

“So where’s your class?”

“I’m in class 1-2 with Jieun. How about you, JB?” She was hoping to be in the same class as him too, but to her dismay, “Aww~ That’s so sad! I’m in class 1-4!”

Jiyeon pouted sadly and lowered her head, “We’re in different class now?!”

“Yeah, I guess. Don’t worry! We can still meet up during lunch time! And we can hang out after school too! It’s just like the usual~”

She finally had her smile back, “I guess…”

“Let’s go now. Wouldn’t want to be late on your first day, right?”

“Right. See you during lunch time, JB!” Jiyeon agreed and sprinted to her classroom too. There, she spotted Jieun sitting down at the far end of the classroom.

She dashed over to her and punched her arm playfully before sitting down on the empty seat by her side, “Lee Jieun! Stop leaving me behind!”

“Why? You met you JB too, didn’t you?!” Jieun teased while wriggling her brows, making Jiyeon flustered.

“S-So what?!”

“So… Stop being a coward and confess to him!”

“You know I can’t.”

“You can’t or you won’t?” Jieun raised a brow and eyed her, “Why are you so afraid of confessing? Hmm?”

“W-What about you?!”

“Me? What’s wrong with me?”

Jiyeon smirked. She had successfully distracted her out of JB topic, “You’re so in love with Wooyoung sunbae. I heard he’s in this school too! When are you going to confess to him, hmm?!”

Jieun turned bright red, only to earn laughter from her best friend. “Stop laughing, Park Jiyeon!”

“But you’re so funny!”

Jieun growled and nudged her playfully, and Jiyeon returned the same action to her. With that, they enjoyed a playful fight before their homeroom teacher walked in.

“Class! Please settle down now!” She looked friendly, which made everyone feeling welcomed too. “Welcome to Hanwon High School! Are you guys getting a hang of this school already? It’s not very scary at all!”

“YES~”

The class was participative, which made their teacher happy too. “Okay! I’m Kim Haewon! My name is similar to our school name, right?”

“YES!!!!!”

Ms. Kim laughed again, “You guys can call me Ms. Kim, or just Haewon. I’m fine with anything. Just don’t call me names, okay?!”

“YES!”

“I love how supportive all of you are!” Ms. Kim giggled, “I wish we will enjoy a new school year together, everyone! First thing first, we have to choose seats! Wait, before that, I think I should take attendance first.”

The students laughed at her, and she joined in too. She began calling out names, and everyone was present, except one. “Kim Myungsoo. Oh right, his parents called in to say he’ll be absent. I think he’s sick! I hope he’s fine.”

“He will be, ssem! Let’s arrange seats now!”

Ms. Kim eyed the guy and smiled lovingly, “I like how you call me ssem.”

The whole class laughed and began to call her that too, “SSEM!”

“Awww~ It made me so happy!”

They shared a happy laugh before Ms. Kim drew the class arrangement on the board. She numbered each seats, and made the students draw lots.

Well, thank goodness, Jiyeon was just behind Jieun, and they cheered in glee.

“Kim Myungsoo will be seating at number… 23!” Ms. Kim pulled the last number for him, which happened to be right beside Jiyeon.

“Jiyeon, Myungsoo will be sitting by your side!”

Jiyeon smiled and nodded her head as understanding. The lesson went on, but Ms. Kim let them off for the first day. She simply had some ice-breaker games, just to know more about the class.

Both Jiyeon and Jieun looked for JB when lunch arrived, and they went for lunch together before returning back to their classroom.

It was an enjoyable first day for them indeed.

The three of them met up in front of the gate when school ended, as promised. Jiyeon stood in between the two as they walked down the busy street.

“Ah! I left my phone in class! I’ll go get it now! You guys go ahead first!” Jieun cooed and ran back towards the school.

Of course, Jiyeon caught the wink she sent her, causing her to flush red. *That kid!*

JB laughed and shrugged his shoulders, “Let’s go then. She’s always like this!”

“Yeah… Let’s go.” Jiyeon smiled and followed him, walking down the street by his side, “Are you going home?”

“Yup. Omma told me to get back home. She said she made lunch.” JB chuckled in joy, “She always does things like this.”

“Because she loves you, that’s why~” Jiyeon smiled. She was fighting with herself, on whether to confess or not.

But even before she could decide, they reached her house. “You’ve reach, Jiyeon-ah! See you tomorrow!”

“Eo? Eo…” Jiyeon waved and sent him away with a smile, “See you tomorrow.” And she walked into her house while dragging her feet.

“Fail again. FAIL AGAIN!”

“Woah! What’s wrong?!” Her mom came out from the kitchen and looked at her since she heard her yells.

“Nothing, omma~ I’m home.”

“Hmm~” Her mom smiled and pushed her towards her bedroom, “Wash up. Lunch will be ready soon!”

“Okay~”

Jiyeon plopped down on her bed and right at once, her phone rang. “Hello?”

“Park Jiyeon! How did it go?! Did you confess?! Hmm?!”

“No.”

“AWW MAN! I gave you such a nice chance!” Jieun shrieked in horror and blamed her, “You always missed the chances I gave you, Park Jiyeon!”

“I’m sorry, Jieun-ah. I just can’t bring myself to confess.”

Jieun giggled in the end, “I guess he’s not the one then. Maybe you love him like a brother~”

“That can’t be…”

“Whatever! I’m coming over for lunch since your omma called me!” Jieun chuckled, “Your omma seemed to love me more than you~”

“Yah, Lee Jieun.”

“Alright, alright. I’m joking!” She laughed it off and hanged the phone up, since she had reached her house.

They were best friends. Best of the best. Their parents knew each other too, and would usually hang out together.

Moreover, they were neighbours.

They shared a happy lunch together, and Jieun even stayed for dinner before returning back home.

JB, on the other hand, lived a few blocks away from them. It wasn’t far too. They went to the same middle school, which brought the three of them together.

Then, they promised to go to the same high school too, and there they were. All three in Hanwon High School.

Jiyeon was happy since she was with her best friend and her crush. She could still meet them as usual, but she just couldn’t bring herself to confess.

It was… hard for her.

A week had passed easily since the first day of school, and it was another new week.

Jiyeon was still looking at JB from afar, not daring to confess, which made Jieun so frustrated. She gave Jiyeon so many chances, but she blew it up all the time.

And she would say to her: “Maybe he isn’t your true love.”

Jiyeon would brush her words away, thinking she was joking, and continued living with her crush on JB.

Well, she was satisfied just by looking at him from afar.

“Class! Settle down, kids~ It’s a new week so let’s enjoy our time together again!” Ms. Kim cheered and took the attendance again.

“Right. There’s bad news, kids. Kim Myungsoo was actually admitted to the hospital since last week. It had been a week since he was in the hospital. Jiyeon.”

The said person looked at the teacher and blinked in confusion, “Yes, ssem?”

“Can you head over to the hospital? I think he needs help from his fellow classmates. Since you’re his seatmate, I’m appointing you to go on behalf of our class, could you?”

Jiyeon thought about it and nodded her head in the end, “I can go. It’s not a problem! I used to take care of Jieun when she fell from the tree too!”

The class burst out in laughter, making Jieun red. “YAH! PARK JIYEON!”

Ms. Kim was laughing too, “That’s cute, Jieun-ah. You climbed trees huh?”

“Jiyeon told me to climb it and since I saw a big ant on it, I fell!! That’s all!”

That earned more laughter then. “Alright. Since you girls are best buddies, I shall send the two of you over, alright?”

Jiyeon nodded her head in agreement and went up to get the address from Ms. Kim.

When school ended, the both of them met JB and told him about it, before heading over to the hospital.

They took quite some time to locate the ward since it was big, and they finally did after a long half an hour.

“It’s so confusing here…”

“I know right.” Jieun smiled and pointed to the name tag right outside the ward, “Kim Myungsoo. It’s him! Let’s go in!”

The girls entered the room, and Jiyeon was awed by the interior. “He must be rich to stay in a private ward, and it’s so nice for a hospital.”

They saw the figure on the bed as they walked further into the room. Jiyeon stood by his side and monitored his features. “He looks cool and handsome.”

“Aww~ I see someone is changing her love interest~” Jieun giggled as she nudged her playfully, but Jiyeon simply shrugged her away.

“I was just saying. He looks hot, that’s the fact!”

“Right, right~” Jieun nodded her head, more to the sarcastic side, making Jiyeon speechless.

“Whatever!”

“Psh. You lost.” Jieun giggled and looked at Myungsoo again, “Eo! He’s awake!”

Jiyeon turned her attention to him too, and indeed, his eyes were opened, and they were staring at them in confusion.

“W-Who are… you?”

“We’re from your school!” Jieun introduced, “I’m Lee Jieun, and this is Park Jiyeon! We’re both in your class and she’s your seatmate so Ms. Kim appointed us to come to help you!”

“Help me? I don’t need help though.”

“But you’ve been in the hospital for a week!” Jiyeon exclaimed, “Where are you sick?”

Myungsoo looked up and found the prettiest girl he’d ever seen. *She looks just like an angel.*

“Hello? Myungsoo? Where are you sick? Are you in pain now? Are you okay?” Jiyeon cooed and waved her hands in front of him,
