Plot: Sequel of Chapter 98. I want Jiyeon to forgive Baekhyun and become friends but Luhan misunderstands them and thought Jiyeon cheat on him with Baekhyun and he leave Jiyeon. So Baekhyun and Sehun thought of a plan and help Jiyeon to be back to Luhan but Baekhyun will always love her secretly and his friends Kai and Chanyeol to become good guys.

The couple had their hands tightly held together as they walked down the streets to school.

Sehun was right beside them, but he was being so-called, outcasted.

Jiyeon was leaning her head on Luhan’s shoulder, while Luhan had his head on top of hers, “I love you~”

Jiyeon giggled when she heard that.

Luhan would say that so often, no matter in Korean or Chinese, he would express his love for her every single day, countless times in an hour.

“I love you~”

“Lulu oppa~ I love you too~”

Sehun rolled his eyes and glared at Luhan, who stole his best friend away from her. Luhan felt the blazing glare on his back and turned his head around, “Yes, Sehunie? Why are you glaring at me?”

Jiyeon too, turned her head around, only to find him sulking. And she knew exactly why he would do that.

“Come on, Sehunie.” Jiyeon held her free hand out, asking for his hand too, but the stubborn Sehun wouldn’t even move. He had his arms crossed and his head was held highly, looking somewhere else.

“Not coming? Really? Then we’ll go now~” She sang, just to , since she knew how he would react.

Sehun ran up to them and grabbed her hand into his, squeezing it tightly, “Don’t leave me.”

Jiyeon smiled and squeezed his hand in return, “I won’t.”

“Seriously, Sehun?” Luhan sighed and shook his head, “You’re like a kid.”

Sehun scoffed and glared at his friend, “You’re even more childish than me, so you have no rights to say that, hyung. And I regretted so much introducing you to my noona. Now noona doesn’t even look at me.”

“That’s because she loves me so much~” Luhan smirked in victory and pulled his tongue out to him. “Too bad, Sehunie~ Get yourself a new best friend~”

Jiyeon shook her head in amusement, but she had a smile on her face the whole time, “Stop fighting you two. Or I’ll go ahead and leave you two alone.”

The two boys stopped arguing immediately, and that made Jiyeon laugh again.

“That’s more like it~”

The two boys were taller, so they signaled each other using their eyes, above her head.

Once they had the same idea in their head, Luhan nodded his head and they tickled the girl in the middle, on both of her sides.

Jiyeon squirmed about as the two taller guys tickled her, and she tugged on their hands to make them stop.

“Lulu! Sehunie! Stop! Stop!”

They stopped their actions, but had their hands still on her waist as Luhan spoke, “Are you going to cut into our arguments again?”

“No! No!” Jiyeon shook her head rapidly and cutely. “No~”

“That’s better.” Luhan brought his hands away, but Sehun continued tickling her. Jiyeon laughed even harder and squeezed his hands tightly, “Sehunie~~~”

Sehun finally stopped as he had his hands on both sides of her waist, “Are you going to leave me behind again?”

“No~” Jiyeon giggled and hugged him tight, wrapping her arms around his neck, “I won’t leave Sehunie alone again~”

Sehun hugged her back, equally tight, and snuggled up into her neck, “You promised.”

“Psh.” Luhan scoffed and crossed his arms in jealousy, “I’m still here.”

“Awww~ Someone is jealous my noona loves me more~” Sehun teased and hugged Jiyeon even tighter, just to tease the older guy.

Luhan smirked and shook his head smugly. “But you can’t do this.” He pulled Jiyeon over to him and kissed her deeply.

Sehun dropped her jaws in an instant and pulled them apart, “That’s cheating! And I bet noona can kiss me too!”

And he puckered his lips up before leaning down to meet her lips.

But right when their lips were about to touch, Luhan had his palm in between them, and he snatched Jiyeon back again, “She’s mine and her lips are mine too, mine alone.”

“Psh.” It was Sehun’s turn to scoff, and he rolled his eyes in annoyance, “WHATEVER! I’m going to school now!”

He walked ahead, leaving the couple laughing at his storming figure towards the school.

“I wonder when he will ever grow up.” Luhan sighed and shook his head in amusement, but Jiyeon thought otherwise, “I rather he stays like this. He’s cute this way.”

“Even cuter than me?”

“Definitely.”

“BABY!”

Jiyeon laughed and wrapped her arms around his waist as she stared up into his eyes lovingly, “He’s cute, and you’re handsome. You two are different, Lulu oppa.”

“I knew it.” Luhan puckered his lips, and Jiyeon tip-toed just to meet his lips with hers. “I love you, Lulu~”

“Nonetheless, I love you too~”

And they finally continued their walk to school.

It had always been like this ever since they were together. Luhan and Jiyeon would become all lovey-dovey while Sehun would cut in sometimes, argued with Luhan and tried to steal Jiyeon away, before he stormed off.

It had been months since the couple got together, and they were living happily together ever since.

However, happy days don’t seem to last forever.

They just have to face more and more obstacles along the way.

Luhan sent Jiyeon to her classroom, kissed her goodbye, and walked back to his own even though he already walked passed his classroom previously.

Jiyeon walked into the classroom with a bright smile on her face, but it all faded when she spotted Baekhyun in the room too.

The incident from months ago still lingered in her mind, but it wasn’t as terrifying as before.

Since months had went by, the terror and trauma in her started to fade, but she still doesn’t have to courage to face him.

Baekhyun, on the other hand, would stare at her the whole day.

Ever since that incident happened, Baekhyun had never felt so guilty and regretful in life.

He stopped playing around, and sleeping around with girls, and he even made an effort to go to lessons and study.

That was how Jiyeon changed him.

Baekhyun still had his mind and heart on Jiyeon, and he promised himself he would dedicate himself to her, even though he wasn’t her love interest.

And he made up to his promise.

He saved her from the dark, silently, whenever she was in trouble. When students were about to bully her and trip her because they were jealous about how Jiyeon could be so close to Sehun and Luhan, Baekhyun would drag the girls to a corner and warned them.

That was how he saved her.

From time to time, he would follow closely behind, made sure she was safe from everyone else, before he headed back home.

He never stepped foot on a club again, and whenever his lessons ended, he would head back home.

Nothing else, other than the school, perked his interest after that incident.

Baekhyun, once again, had his eyes on Jiyeon the whole lessons, even though she was oblivious to it. He just had to stare at her lovely features, which was shining so brightly under the sunlight that was shining into the classroom from the window.

*She’s always this beautiful.*

He made no effort to apologize again, and he made no effort to get near her.

He didn’t want her to hate him even further, so he made no other efforts to make her look at him.

No.

Just staying behind her, and keeping a lookout for her was enough for him.

However, fate doesn’t seem to like him.

“Byun Baekhyun?”

Baekhyun finally snapped out from his day-dream, and looked at the front of the class, “Yes?”

“Are you listening to me? You’re being paired up with Jiyeon for the upcoming project.”

Baekhyun widened his eyes, as big as saucers, and he turned his head over to look at Jiyeon. And he was right. She was tensed up again.

“I… Can I change the partner?” Baekhyun had to force himself to say it. He doesn’t want to make Jiyeon uncomfortable at all.

“No. Everyone is partnered up, and the pairings are final. No changes.” The teacher was another stubborn bull.

Baekhyun sighed and returned his attention to Jiyeon again. *I didn’t think it would end up like this. I’m sorry. I can finish the project if you aren’t comfortable.*

The lesson ended, and everyone charged towards the cafeteria for the lunch again, as usual.

Jiyeon packed her things up and left her bag on the chair before heading out of the classroom. And there he was, Luhan.

Baekhyun sighed and lowered his head in shame. “She’s so much better off with that Luhan.”

“Still thinking about Jiyeon?” Kai walked towards his table, when the room was empty, with Chanyeol by his side.

“What do you think, Jongin? His face definitely wrote Jiyeon on it.” Chanyeol snickered and sat on the chair in front of him, having his arms on the backrest as he stared at him.

“When are you going to apologize?”

“I’m not.” Baekhyun sighed and packed his things up too.

“Then what about your project? You guys are paired up. It’ll be so awkward.” Kai raised a brow and leaned closer to him, trying to change his mind.

“Can’t you see she’s still nervous and scared around me? I can’t do it. I can’t get near her. I can’t make her terrified again. The face on her when I get near her scares me. It’s the first time I…”

“We know. It’s the first time you fell in love with a girl.” Chanyeol stretched his long arm and patted his shoulder lightly, and encouragingly.

Baekhyun made no effort of arguing since it was the truth.

“But you still need to finish the project with her.”

“I can do it alone. She can rest. I can make sure our project will be fine.” Baekhyun stood up and walked out of the room, heading over to god-knows-where.

The two friends, who were being left behind, stared at each other and shrugged their shoulders lazily, “He’s stubborn.”

“And stupid.”

“And an idiot.”

“And crazy.”

“And lovesick.”

“And… Oh whatever.” Chanyeol rolled his eyes and walked out too, “Say, Jongin. Why not we make them friends again?”

“How so?”

Chanyeol smirked and a plan came right to his mind. He discussed it with Kai, and he too, had a smirk on his face afterwards.

The bell indicating the end of lunch rang, and everyone returned to their class again.

Jiyeon too, was being sent back to class by Luhan, as usual. “See you after school, baby.”

“See you after school, Lulu oppa~” Jiyeon smiled and leaned up to peck his lips, “I love you~”

“I love you too.” Luhan pecked her forehead and headed back to his classroom, and Jiyeon walked into her own with a bright smile on her face.

Her attention was on Luhan the whole noon, which made Baekhyun sad again.

The lessons for the noon ended, and students were finally able to go home. The two friends of Baekhyun, however, had other plans in their minds.

Kai and Chanyeol skipped over to Jiyeon, even though Baekhyun was looking at them intensely and curiously, and waved brightly at her.

Jiyeon, of course, was taken aback.

She nodded her head slightly and stood up from her seat, attempting to leave, but the duo blocked her ways.

Chanyeol had a sad smile on her face as he lowered his head in shame, “I’m sorry.”

“I’m sorry too.” Kai followed suit immediately, and Jiyeon frowned in confusion.
