Myungyeon, Baekhyun

Jiyeon and Baekhyun had broken and Jiyeon was crying in the roof of their school suddenly someone passes her a tissue and there is when she meets a nerd boy which is Myungsoo. They start to talk and be friends he is a senior and she is a junior. He starts to like her but he thinks that she never would like him because of his nerdy look. Time passed and they became more close they started to go out and became best friend she introduced him to her parents and her parents like him.. Chanyeol told Baekhyun about the new relationship of Myungsoo and Jiyeon and he started to make fun of them Myungsoo couldn't take it anymore so he hit him.

Myungsoo walked into his usual spot, but that day, all he could see was a crying girl sitting on his spot.

He stood by the door and fidgeted about, not knowing what to do.

It was the first time he ever saw a girl cried.

And he doesn’t know how to comfort her.

However, strange enough, his heart hurt when he saw how the girl was crying too.

Myungsoo gulped hardly before walking towards the girl, while taking out the handkerchief from his pocket.

“Erm…”

The girl stopped crying immediately, and looked up at the intruder blankly. Her lips was still pouted, and her lips were trembling which made her looked so cute, in his opinion.

“Here…” Myungsoo held the handkerchief to her, and she looked at it for a moment before taking it over.

She took it and wiped her tears away while sobbing, before blowing her nose on it, and returned it to him.

Myungsoo giggled and took it back nonetheless, but he squatted down to her front, flipped the handkerchief to a cleaner side, and wiped her flowing tears again.

He then placed the handkerchief on her nose, “Blow your nose again.”

The girl did as told, but her crying stopped.

“There… Better now?”

“Hmm…”

“Good.” Myungsoo kept his handkerchief and sat down right by her side, “Don’t cry. Pretty girls don’t cry.”

“I’m not pretty.”

“Yes, you are.” Myungsoo smiled as he faced her.

She met his eyes and without thinking much, she returned his smile. “Thank you…” She eyed his name tag right then, “Myungsoo-ssi.”

Myungsoo too, knew her name through her name tag, and he shook his head brightly, “It’s nothing much, Jiyeon-ssi~”

It went silent for a moment before he spoke up again, “So why are you here? Crying?”

Jiyeon pouted sadly once more, which made him flustered, “It’s alright if you don’t want to answer that! I’m just asking! It’s fine!”

Jiyeon shook her head but she leaned it on his shoulder, trying to seek comfort.

But that tensed him up.

“I got dumped by Baekhyun.”

“Baekhyun? Byun Baekhyun?” Myungsoo knew that guy. He was in his class too, and he doesn’t like him one bit.

“Yeah.”

Silence covered them again.

“Why don’t you ask me why?”

Myungsoo smiled as he looked ahead, “You can tell me if you want to. But if you don’t want to, I won’t ask.”

Jiyeon snuggled up into his shoulder as she wrapped her arms around his, “He said I’m childish. He said he doesn’t like couple stuffs that I made for him. He said he doesn’t like to wear couple attires too. He said he doesn’t need a kid as a girlfriend.”

“He said all of that?”

“Yeah… And he even said I’m ugly.”

Myungsoo frowned deeply, “He’s so wrong. You’re not ugly. I think you’re pretty.”

“You really think so?”

“Yes.”

Jiyeon smiled as she buried her red face into his shoulder, “Thank you, Myungsoo~”

“I’m just speaking the fact.” Myungsoo honestly replied, but he couldn’t stop the rapid heartbeat of his right then.

“And… I don’t think you’re childish. He just doesn’t know how to enjoy himself while he has a girlfriend, and he just doesn’t know how to appreciate you.”

“Myungsoo…”

Myungsoo turned his head to face her and smiled again, “I mean it, Jiyeon-ssi.”

The girl mirrored his smile and sighed in bliss, “Just call me Jiyeon! I feel so good after talking to you, Myungsoo~”

Myungsoo ruffled her hair playfully at her words, “Then I’ll gladly be your listener.”

“You will?”

“Of course!”

Jiyeon giggled as she buried her head back into his shoulder, “I’m so thankful, Myungsoo~ I feel so much better after talking to you. It’s as though Baekhyun didn’t even exist before.”

“Then let’s treat it as that. Baekhyun didn’t exist before.”

“HMM!”

“MYUNGSOOOOOOO~”

The said guy stopped his tracks and turned around, only to find her rushing towards him.

And right on time, she pounced right on top of him.

“Jiyeon-ah!”

“Myungsoo~ I’ve called you for three times! Why didn’t you answer me?” Jiyeon pouted sadly as she looked at him, but that only made the guy grew red again.

“I… I didn’t hear you… I’m sorry.”

“It’s okay~” Jiyeon cooed as she wrapped her arms around his, “Let’s go to school together! I didn’t know you live near my neighborhood too!”

“Eo… I lived in that building.” Myungsoo pointed to the building opposite the road.

Jiyeon looked at the building and brightened up at once, “I lived in the building right next to yours!”  She pointed to the building right beside his indeed.

“Really?”

“YUP!” Jiyeon cheered before looking at her watch again, “Oh no… We have to hurry, Myungsoo! It’s going to be late!”

Myungsoo allowed himself to be dragged down the road, as they rushed to school together.

His eyes never left her arms which were on his, and the smile on his face never once disappeared.

They reached school in no time, and finally bade goodbye to each other so they could head over to their own classroom.

“Wait, Myungsoo!”

“Hmm?”

“We can eat our lunch together, right?”

Myungsoo smiled as he nodded his head, “Of course!”

“Call! Let’s meet at the rooftop again, okay? Where I first met you.”

“Sure.”

“Don’t buy any food too!”

“Why?”

“Just don’t buy it!” Jiyeon hollered as she ran towards her classroom, leaving a grinning Myungsoo behind.

“Silly girl…”

They met up at the rooftop indeed, during their lunch break.

“Why didn’t you allow me to buy food? I’m so hungry now, Jiyeon-ah~”

Jiyeon simply smiled as she opened her bag, “You don’t have to buy any food~”

“Then what should I eat?”

“THIS! JJAN-JJAN!” Jiyeon pulled out two lunchboxes, and opened one of it for him, “This is for you!” And she opened the other box, “And this is for me!”

“Jiyeon-ah… You made this?”

“Of course! I made it for us! Does it look nice?”

“Eo… It looks yummy.”

“Taste it first!”

Myungsoo did as told and took the first bite, “Hmm! It’s yummy!”

“Really? You’re not lying?”

“Of course not!”

Jiyeon smiled as she ate hers too. “It’s to thank you for yesterday~”

Myungsoo ruffled her hair, which became his habit, and finished up his share as they talked about all the other things they could talk about.

It had been about three months since they met, and both couldn’t deny the affection for each other.

However, being the shy person they were, they just couldn’t say it out at all.

Myungsoo looked at his mirror and sighed once more, “She wouldn’t love someone like me, right? There are so many other guys out there. I’m sure she won’t even consider me as her other half.”

But right when he said that out, his phone rang, which made him jumped.

“Oh no… It’s Jiyeon…”

Myungsoo was panicking, but once he calmed down, he took a big gulp and picked the phone up, nervously.

“Hello…?”

“Myungsoo!”

“H-Hmm?”

“Myungsoo! Are you free today?”

“Today? Why?”

“Can we go out? You know~ I haven’t seen you for a day and I missed you!”

“You… You do…?”

“Of course! And it’s Sunday now! Shall we go out?”

“Out… To…?

“To… Let’s go to the ice skating ring! How about it?!”

“But… I don’t know how to skate…”

“It’s alright! I’ll teach you!” Jiyeon cooed, “So? Wanna go out with me today?”
