Jiyeon is a 21 year old girl dating, Luhan who is 4 year older than her. They've been dating for almost 5 year, but their relationship isn't good after Luhan was heir in big company 2 years ago. Luhan is always into his work, sometime he even forgot about Jiyeon while Jiyeon is trying her best to keep up with their relationship because she loves Luhan a lot. But a week before their 5th year anniversary Jiyeon went to a medical check-up & find out that she had heart disease. So she told Luhan to break up with her because he always chooses his work over Jiyeon. But He didn't care about because he was so into his work. So she ran away from him, but in her heart she doesn't want to leave him but she also didn't want him to know about her disease. As days goes by she stay in the hospital & met Suho and they became friends, but he secretly like Jiyeon and he also know about Jiyeon. On the other hand Luhan miss Jiyeon so much and he look for almost everywhere, but he couldn't find her. He asks help from his friends and they couldn't font her, but a year later one of his friends saw Jiyeon and told Luhan about. Luhan went their directly, but when he saw her, he realize that she didn't want him to know about the disease & she was suffering alone. So he apologize about everything and want her to forgive him, but she ignore him lied that she is dating Suho. But one day Luhan and Suho was fighting over Jiyeon and suddenly her condition got worst, and she needs a donor. They both volunteer but Suho told Luhan the truth about him and Jiyeon, and that Jiyeon need him. You can decide the rest.

Extra: Jiyeon's parent is rich and mean and they disagree with Luhan because he is average boy and didn't have parents, so Jiyeon ran away with him. Make Luhan can't be the donor because the donor has to be the same blood type as the patient. Make Jiyeon hard to forgive Luhan. I want sad-happy ending. :'( 

“Hanie, let’s break up.”

Luhan snapped his head up after he flipped a page over, from the stack of papers on his desk. He was sitting at his desk in his study room, whereas Jiyeon was standing right in front of him, in front of his desk.

“Break up? Why?”

“Hanie, don’t you think you’re neglecting me? You’ve been in the company for two long years, and all I’ve received was nothing but cold treatments from you. I understand you’re busy with your work, but can’t you even spare an hour with me? Or maybe even 15 minutes to take a meal with me?”

“I’m busy with work, Jiyeon. You know that.”

“Yes, I know that. I know that which is why I don’t want it to continue now.” Jiyeon whispered sadly before stepping backwards, “Hanie, let’s break up.”

“If you want to.” Luhan nodded his head and tilted it back down to his papers, leaving Jiyeon dumbfounded.

She thought he would at least ask her to stay. She thought he would at least push his work aside for a while, and ask her to stay.

If he did that, she swore she would do as told.

But no.

The cold workaholic let her be.

Jiyeon sighed and walked out of the study room, turning left and walked straight to their bedroom.

She locked the door behind her and turned around slowly. Her eyes caught the documents on the dressing table and burst down into tears, yet again.

She took tiny steps over to the dressing table before grabbing the papers up into her hands, “Hanie… Why can’t you ask me to stay? I would… I would if you just ask…”

She placed the papers back into the envelope as she sniffled sadly, “Why… Why does it have to happen on me…?”

She kept the documents in her bag before lifting her luggage down from the bed.

She had packed her bag long ago, yes.

But she would place everything back if Luhan asked her to stay.

She did pack right. She did the right thing.

Jiyeon looked around the room she slept in for 5 long years, before walking out to the living room to savor the surrounding again.

With a last look at the study room, Jiyeon finally walked out from the apartment they once shared. “Hanie… Goodbye.”

And she left for the hospital, far away from Seoul.

She had her doctor made some appointment with the hospital elsewhere, somewhere far from Seoul, somewhere far from Luhan.

Luhan, on the other hand, was still busy with his company documents, without the knowledge that Jiyeon had already left him.

Jiyeon admitted into the hospital ward which was booked for her, and finally walked into the private ward slowly.

She had severed ties with her parents when they found out about the relationship of hers. They disapproved Luhan being the average guy, and they said he wasn’t suitable for Jiyeon since she was from a wealthy family.

But Jiyeon doesn’t even listen to them.

Luhan was the only one who gave her all his love, and he was the one who gave her everything she needed.

Even something her parents could give.

Luhan showered Jiyeon with love, and as such, Jiyeon left the house with Luhan, and they eloped together.

Till date, Luhan had been a successful businessman, and was appointed as the young heir for their company.

The boss relied on him so much, which caused him to be so busy every single day.

Jiyeon didn’t blame him.

She knew he worked hard for the both of them.

She can take it when Luhan ignored her and continued his office paperwork in his room even when he returned home.

She can take it when Luhan didn’t sit down with her for dinner.

She can take it when Luhan didn’t sleep with her for that night, but in the study room instead.

But she couldn’t take it when she thought about being a burden to Luhan.

She was diagnosed with a incurable heart disease. She had to take treatment to prolong her illness, and she had no idea when her final day will arrive.

The doctor said it will come, just like that.

And she doesn’t want to be a burden to Luhan, so she left.

But if Luhan had asked her to stay, she would. She would stay with him, and be with him. When she felt her final days were up, she would leave quietly.

But no.

Luhan didn’t do that.

Jiyeon sat on the patient’s bed and sighed sadly, while scanning the huge empty big ward. She had money.

Even though her parents severed ties with her, she had the money. She worked too, and she had lots of savings.

Her parents knew she had this illness, but they didn’t bother to look for her since they said she wasn’t their daughter any longer.

Jiyeon was left alone.

Whenever she felt that she was really alone, she would cry.

And this time too.

Jiyeon burst into tears, thinking everyone left her.

With that, she fell asleep as she cried.

Jiyeon woke up only to find herself in the same position as the day before.

Right on time, the nurse walked in with a bright smile on her face, “Park Jiyeon? Why haven’t you changed into the hospital clothes?”

“I… I fell asleep…”

“While crying.”

Jiyeon bit her lips as she looked at her fingers nervously.

“I heard it last night.” The nurse continued, but careful on not to hurt her. “Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone.”

Jiyeon looked up only to see the nurse sending her a wink. “I’m your personal nurse from today onwards until you’re better, and I’m Park Hyomin! I’m older than you so you have to call me unnie, got it?”

“Hyomin… unnie…?”

“That’s right!”

Jiyeon finally let out a small smile, “Thank you, Hyomin unnie.”

“It’s my job to make you happy so you won’t fall sick.”

“But I won’t get better too.”

“At least when you’re here, you have to live to the fullest.” Hyomin explained, “Got it?”

Jiyeon looked at her as they exchanged an intense eye-contact.

“Got it?” Hyomin’s words came out a tone deeper, which caused Jiyeon to nod her head obediently. “That’s my good girl.”

Hyomin settled her in, and made sure she was fine before going off for her duties.

Jiyeon took her hangbag and placed it on her laps before digging her stuffs out to settle in too. But once she took a photo frame out, she burst into tears again.

She hugged the frame tightly against her chest as she sobbed sadly to it.

Right.

It was a photo of Jiyeon and Luhan when they were still so in love, 4 years ago, during their one year anniversary.

All of the sudden, her breath stopped, without her knowledge, as she heard her door room slammed opened.

She stared at the stranger as he closed the door in a hurry, before rushing to her bed, hiding away from the door.

Jiyeon stared at him with her eyes widened, and the guy simply placed a finger against his lips. “Shhh…”

The door burst opened again, and Jiyeon blinked at the new intruder. “I’m sorry, but have you seen a guy? He’s this tall… And he has an innocent angelic look.”

Jiyeon gulped and finally shook her head slowly, “No…”

“Oh… Okay. Thanks.” The strange female bowed slightly before walking away after closing her door.

The stranger in her room stood up and heaved a huge sigh, “Thanks, erm…” He rushed to the back of her bed and eyed her card on the slot, “Jiyeon-ssi.”

“It’s okay… But… Who…”

“Ah. I’m Kim Joonmyeon. But lots of people call me Suho since it’s easier. Just call me Suho then! I’m sure I’m your oppa so just call me Suho oppa! And the girl who came in just now was actually my sister. She dragged me here because I have been vomiting the whole morning. But I know it’s nothing big so I don’t really wish to see the doctor.”

Jiyeon blinked innocently as she looked at him, which made him flustered.

“I’m sorry.” Suho giggled as he rubbed his nape, “I think I speak too much huh?”

Jiyeon let out a smile and shook her head happily. This was the first time she felt like laughing after her sad situation, thanks to him.

“You’re cute though, Suho oppa.”

Suho turned bright red as he went over to the chair by her bed side, “I’m not cute.”

Jiyeon pulled her hand out and ruffled his hair playfully, “Yes you are~”

Suho looked at her and finally broke out into a fit of laughter, “You’re cute too.”

Jiyeon turned red and pulled her hands back shyly, causing a comfortable silence to form between them.

“Wait.”

That caught her attention at once.

“You were crying when I entered just now. What’s wrong? Are you hurting? Should I call the doctor over?”

Jiyeon bit her lips and held her photo frame tighter, “I’m okay…”

“You’re not okay.” Suho whispered and took her hands over, unknowingly, “You can tell me if you want to. I can be your listening ears.”

Jiyeon looked right into his eyes and burst into tears again.

With no other choices, Suho sat on the bed and pulled her in for a tight hug, soothing her down as he listened to her story.

“It’s okay. Shhh… You’ll be fine.”

Suho felt Jiyeon calming down so he tilted his head, only to find her asleep. He let out a small chuckle before placing her back down onto the bed, her hair as he looked at her cute features.

“I will come again, Park Jiyeon. Wait for me.”

He went off to catch up with his sister before rushing back home after getting the ingredients for chicken herb soup.

He wanted to do something for her, and all he knew was to cook.

He returned to the hospital that night, finding Jiyeon sitting on the bed staring into the thin air, “What’s
