Jiyeon likes her senior, Myungsoo... Jiyeon always watches him from far because she doesn't have a confidence (she thought she not pretty) to confess... Jiyeon sad because it will be the last day she will see Myungsoo because he will graduate and go to university... She always sad at school but her friends will make her laugh... One day she makes a decision that she will makes Myungsoo fall in love with her... So she waits and works harder to go same university with Myungsoo... Of course she knows where his university is and all about him because iu friends with infinite... Jiyeon went same university but a different course... Others I leave it in your hand, authornim.

“Don’t be sad now, Yeon-ah~” Soyeon cooed, her hair gently. “It’s been almost three months already and you’re still so upset?”

“Of course she will be! Her crush for years graduated last year!”

“Yeah! But Yeon-ah, you can’t be sad forever!”

Jiyeon pouted sadly with her head lowered. “I wish I could see him again. It feels empty now…”

“Aigoo… Our maknae is so in love with her senior isn’t she?”

“Yeon-ah. You can’t live like this for a whole year too.”

Jiyeon looked at Hyomin with those sad eyes then. “But I miss Myungsoo oppa now…”

“You’ll get over him soon, silly. He’s just a crush, isn’t he?”

“Of course not, unnie. He’s not just a crush! I really love him a lot!”

“Yeah, Qri-ah.” Boram nodded her head in agreement, “She loves Myungsoo for her whole high school life. She really do love him.”

“True huh.”

Jiyeon sighed sadly as she sipped onto her smoothie.

The day ended with the girls talking among themselves again. As for Jiyeon? She stared into the thin air, table, floor, her smoothie, so sadly – without any smile on her face.

Her friends tried their best to cheer her up though.

They did.

Jiyeon did laugh and smile when they did silly faces and told her silly jokes. She was happier, but only for that moment.

When she thought about Myungsoo again, she turned sad once more.

Myungsoo was a year her senior.

Of course, for a senior, he graduated first.

And Jiyeon was now in her last year of high school. This group of girls with her were friends of hers in her neighbourhood.

They grew up together, enjoyed each other’s company, but they were older than her.

None of them were still in high school. Some even graduated from university already.

Jiyeon wasn’t alone though.

She had a friend in school, Jieun.

Lee Jieun was her seatmate during her high school years ever since they first joined. They had been friends since then, definitely.

They were best of friends.

Jiyeon told her everything, and Jieun too, told Jiyeon everything.

They have no secrets.

Not at all.

And of course, Jiyeon knew she was friends with Myungsoo and friends.

Actually, Jieun tried so many times to make them meet, but Jiyeon backed out every last minute. She was just too shy.

And on top of it, she was not confident at all.

There were so many pretty girls out there, so she felt paranoid, and inferior.

No matter how many times Jieun told Jiyeon she was the prettiest in school – which was the truth – she doesn’t even heed those words in.

She believed she wasn’t pretty at all.

She believed Myungsoo wouldn’t like someone like her.

And so, she lost so many chances to even befriend Myungsoo.

Now that he had graduated, she regretted it so much.

It was another school day again, and Jieun sighed sadly when she saw how sad Jiyeon was. She was the same since school reopened.

Jieun tried many ways to cheer her up too, but whenever she thought about Myungsoo again, her mood dropped to negative at once.

“Thinking about Myungsoo oppa again?”

“Hmm…”

“Silly girl. You should talk to him when he’s still here.”

“I know… I was just… shy…”

“I know that too.” Jieun smiled as she ruffled her hair.

“Class, settle down! Important news today!”

Jiyeon and Jieun looked at each other in confusion. “News?”

“Who knows what?”

“Alright, settle down class!”

The class turned silent at once.

“You’re in your last year of high school now and you know what it means, don’t you?” Their homeroom teacher cooed as she held a stack of papers up high.

“It’s the university form! You have to choose your university now!”

Right at once, the students groaned.

No one wanted to grow up, of course.

But not Jiyeon.

She brightened up when she thought of a new idea. “Jieun-ah!”

“Yeah?”

“Do you know where Myungsoo oppa go to?”

“Go to? Where?”

“University! Which school did he go to?”

“Don’t tell me you’re going to his university.”

“BINGO!”

“Jiyeon-ah. Lower down your volume please. I know you’re excited.”

Jiyeon smiled sheepishly as she rubbed her nape. “Sorry, ssem!”

The teacher simply smiled and handed the forms out to them. “Discuss it with your parents and every one of you have to submit the form back to me by next Monday!”

Jiyeon stared at the form with a wide grin on her face.

“You’re really going to his university?”

“Of course!”

“Alright. I only know he entered Myunghee University but I’m not sure which course he went to. I’ll ask him I see them alright?”

“Myunghee University…”

“It’s a prestigious school though. Can you get into it?”

“Jieunie!”

“What?”

“Are you looking down on me now?”

“Of course not. I’m just worried.”

Jiyeon had her eyes narrowed, staring at her deeply.

“Alright fine! You know your grades too! Can you even take their entrance exam? I heard it will be difficult!”

“I just have to work hard now! I’ll get into Myunghee University!”

“Are you for sure?”

“Have you seen me this serious before?”

“No.”

“Jieunie!”

“I’m speaking the truth though.”

Jiyeon scoffed playfully as she wrote the name of the university she wanted to go on the form. “I’ll get into Myunghee University! Watch me, Jieunie!”

“I’m watching.”

“I will get into the school Myungsoo oppa is in!”

For the next two months, Jiyeon stayed in school till 6PM, when the janitor had to close the school up.

Yes, she was this determined.

She chose Business since she found it easier to study, although Myungsoo was in Science. She would be so happy even if they were in the same school.

Sometimes, she asked teachers for help and whenever they’re not free, she would go to the library for some self study.
