Plot: Myungsoo and JiYeon were bestfriends.. they were inlove with each other but both of them don't want to confess afraid of rejection .. Then Wooyoung oppa * jiyeon unnie's UNKNOWN big brother* came from America to continue his study in Seoul with his younger sister.. Jiyeon was spending most of her time with her brother .. which made a HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING to Myungsoo oppa .. So to clarify this ..

“Myungsoo oppa!”

Myungsoo could literally felt his heart beating faster at that sweet voice.

“Myungsoo oppa!!!”

He got right out of his senses when he heard it again. He wouldn’t want his love to wait for him that long. “Jiyeon-ah! You’re here!”

Jiyeon giggled and placed her elbow on the counter-top before placing her chin on her fists. She looked at the guy opposite the counter and giggled lightly, “Hi oppa~ I’m here~”

Myungsoo smiled widely and poked her nose which made her scrunched it up, “want some cake?”

“Can I?!” Her eyes sparkled immediately and almost drooled.

That’s how she loved food.

“Of course~ Who am I?!”

Jiyeon grinned widely and looked at the cakes in front of her.

“Chocolate?”

She looked at her best friend with a shocked face, “how did you know?!”

Myungsoo laughed and took a slice of chocolate cake for her, “You’re my best friend, honey. Of course I would know!”

*Best friend… I’m always your best friend…*

Jiyeon shook that sad thought away and took the plate, “thank you oppa~ You’re the best!” She showed him a thumb-up and walked over to the table by the window. It’s her favorite spot in the café.

Well, Myungsoo loved the spot that she sat too.

It’s the best view to look at her when she’s eating the cake, when she’s drinking her favorite latte, when she’s looking outside of the window with an amazed expression, when she fell asleep waiting for him, and many other different situations.

It’s just the best spot for him to look at her: Park Jiyeon.

His best friend since 5 years ago.

His crush since 5 years ago.

His love since 4 years ago.

Jiyeon sat down on the seat and ate the cake happily.

Soon after, her favorite latte was sent over to her.

She looked over to the counter where her best friend was at and saw how Myungsoo winked playfully at her.

She laughed whole-heartedly and sipped onto the drink he gave her.

It’s the best coffee she ever tasted.

Well, the main reason was because it’s made by her love.

It had been the same routine every day since long ago.

She would visit his café after her work and would wait for him to close his café.

They would walk home together after he ended his work. Since they lived near each other, Myungsoo would always see Jiyeon walked into her house before disappearing down the corner to his house.

Jiyeon smiled dreamily when she thought about how they met again.

It’s a rainy day in Seoul that night. Jiyeon forgotten her umbrella that particular day and went into the café for shelter. But too bad, she went right in when he was about to close the café that he owned.

“Erm… We’re closed.”

Jiyeon bit her lips and shivered on the spot since she got under the rain, “R…Really?”

Myungsoo gasped at her wet figure and made a latte for her immediately, despite her being a stranger.

And that’s how they met. She began to visit the café everyday and drank his latte. It soon became a habit and that made him real happy.

As time goes by, they fell in love with each other but both wouldn’t dare to say it out loud.

They were satisfied with their current position: best friends.

But when they saw couples walking down the streets, they couldn’t help but thought of confessing.

They wanted to confess real bad, but when they thought about the chances that the opposite party would reject their own confession, the confidence level in them lowered at once.

Jiyeon’s head turned to face the outside world again.

Myungsoo giggled and looked at her dreamy and amazed face, looking outside the café at the roads, before returning back to count the money.

But he didn’t know how wrong he was.

She wasn’t looking outside.

She was looking at the reflection.

That spot she sat.

The window she was looking at.

It showed the right reflection of the counter, where Myungsoo was working.

Jiyeon giggled when she saw his confused face, counting the money. “That’s right, I love you, my silly best friend.”

“I’m done, Jiyeon-ah!”

Myungsoo hollered and walked over to the spot she was sitting at.

But he toned down and tip-toed towards her when he saw her head lying on the table, above her arms.

“You must be tired huh?” He giggled lightly and brushed her bangs away from her face.

He took off his coat immediately and placed it on her, “you would catch a cold, babo~”

Jiyeon woke up a while later and jumped up, fully awake. “Myungsoo oppa!” She slapped her forehead and looked around only to find Myungsoo sitting opposite her, looking at her with an amused expression.

“Hello to you too, bestie.”

Jiyeon bit her lips shyly and wrapped her in his coat tighter, “Hello~”

“Let’s go now? It’s late and you have work tomorrow.”

Jiyeon giggled and stood up from her seat, “okay!”

“Wait outside okay? I’ll go out once I’ve locked this up.”

“Yes sir!” Jiyeon skipped out of the café which melted his heart all over again. “I would die many times if your cuteness would kill, Park Jiyeon.”

“Let’s go!” Myungsoo walked out of the café when he locked everything up and hooked his arms around her shoulders playfully.

“Oppa~”

“Hmmm?”

Jiyeon giggled and shook her head, “Just feel like calling you~”

That killed him again.

“Oppa~”

“Hmmmm~? Feel like calling me again?!” He stopped his tracks and knocked his head on hers which made her squealed. “Nope~”

Myungsoo raised a brow and looked at her, “then?”

Jiyeon smiled shyly and used his coat to cover him as well. They’re both under his coat now.

“You’ll catch a cold, oppa. Let’s share.”

Myungsoo was being killed by her cuteness again. He wrapped them up tightly in his coat and rubbed her cold arms, “Okay, you little one. Let’s share~”

And in that way, they walked back to their house happily.

Well, both of them simply made a small wish at that moment.

*I hope the time would stop right this moment…*

The next day came as usual, and as quickly.

Myungsoo was brewing coffee for other customers the whole day, and serving them with his bright dimple smile.

Soon, evening time arrived again.

And his feeling went right up immediately.

His eyes darted towards the door when it reached 8PM, the time when Jiyeon would enter daily.

But nobody came in.

Then, a customer asked for sugar and he gave it immediately. He looked at the clock and it showed 8.03PM.

No sights of her and that made him frowned deeply.

Bad thoughts began to fill his mind.

But at 8.06PM, the door bell rang, indicating there’s a customer. He widened his eyes and brightened up immediately.

He turned his head towards the door, ready to greet his best friend but his brightened expression were replaced by a frown and sad eyes.
