Your first meeting with this company.

There was nothing but talking about work like; the plans to make the company bigger and how they should increase the company communication and sales.

But you weren't that concentrated in the meeting. You couldn't help but notice the body language of Hoseok's father whenever his eyes fell over his son, and his cold glares. However, Hoseok who was sitting opposite to you on the long meeting table, seemed to be concentrated with the meeting and you wondered if Soohae's words were true. And you were curious to know about the family meeting he had the day before.  Was his father always like this even at home? And what was Hoseok interests that his father was so against it?

You were curious to know more. Somehow you felt that you were involved with Hoseok so you had the right to know. At least, you wanted to know because you found him a good friend to you.

You blushed when Hoseok turned, catching you staring at him. You wanted to look away but you couldn't as he smiled and mouthed, "What?"

You shook your head slightly and looked at the few papers that was in front of you. Meeting his eyes would be hard when he caught you staring.

You tore a paper from your notebook and wrote something on it before sliding it to Hoseok without the other noticing.

Hoseok opened the paper and saw your note.

» Smile a bit, will you?

He suppressed a smile before writing something and slide it back to you.

»I just did, didn't I?

You smiled at his remark. He really did smile when he met your eyes.

» I mean more, smile more. You look so gloomy. And... Would you like to go somewhere after this?

You wanted to do anything to make Hoseok feel better. From his expression a while ago, he didn't look good and you concluded that something must have happened in his family meeting.

Maybe, going out would refresh his mood.

» I would love to.

You looked up after reading Hoseok's note and looked up at him with a smile.

He winked at you and you immediately looked away. You assumed that your face was like a tomato. Why did he wink at you? 

Some of your colleagues elbowed you slightly and you jumped a little bit.

"Yes." You hissed.

"Are you okay?" She asked and you nodded, giving her a confused look. "Wae?"

"Your face is red. Do you have a fever?"

"No, I'm fine."

She patted your shoulder and smiled at you.

Damn! You glared at Hoseok who seemed to be trying hard not to laugh out loud in the middle meeting as your hands cupped your cheeks.

On the other hand, Mark noticed the eye contacts between you and Hoseok and the way you were communicating with each other. He was watching you the whole time.

He bit his lips and clenched his fist, remembering that he was the only one who could make you blush like this even after 2 years of friendship and 2 years of dating he was the only you would blush for. And that he was the only one who could understand your eyes and the words that was inside you and that was never out of you. Seeing you blushing for another guy and having a good communication made his heart burn with jealousy. He was dying from inside.

   Flashback.

"Mark, leave that, down." You ordered as you took steps backward.

"What?" Mark gave you confused look and shrugged, "it's just a cake, darling."

"Yeah, I know just a cake." You said, amused with his excuse. "Leave it down."

"But it would be prettier over your face, right?" He winked and approached you slowly.

You and Mark were celebrating your first anniversary and your third year friendship. You had prepared a small ice cream cake, since both of you loved it. But Mark was playing with the food instead of eating it.

You couldn't help but scream, running away from him as he approached you more and more "Mark, I swear if you didn't put the down I would..." You didn't find any good thing to threaten him with.

Mark smirked, "you would, what?"

"I will run out of the house... And I will scream really loudly" You found one quickly, but it sounded so weak.

Mark laughed and stretched his hand that was holding the cake in the air. "Okay, fine. Come and get it then."

You shook your head. "No, no, no. I'm not going to fall in your trick."

"You don't trust me?" Mark's eyes widened and you nodded. "Yeah, I know you would push it into my face once I'm near you."

Mark frowned and suddenly looked serious which made your heart beat raise. "After 2 years of friendship and a year of dating you are telling me you don't trust me." He put his free hand over his chest in a dramatic way. "After being in love for 3 years you don't trust me. Oh my heart."

You rolled your eyes. "Mark your heart isn't on your right."

Mark looked at his hand to find it lying on the right side of his chest."I'm not like other, don't you know?"

You laughed at his silliness. Mark was really not like the other. Of course he has his heart on his left chest, but just being himself, made everything, he made special he wasn't like anyone.

"Now come here and let's eat the cake."

"Promise me that you won't do anything stupid."

Mark smirked, "it depend." He started to run after you again. This time he caught your arm and pulled you toward him, which made you end up crashing on his chest. Mark managed to make the cake away from you so it won't dirt your clothes.

Once you see how close the both of you were, your cheeks heated up and became pink.

"I like that." Mark commented.

"What?"

"Your shampoo's smell."

You blushed even more and pushed him away out of embarrassment.

He trampled over the ground and fell down, and the cake fell down on his face and his shirt

You couldn't help but laugh out loud.

Mark rolled his eyes and stood up. "Is it that funny?"

"Yeah." You nodded. Tears slightly formed in your eyes from laughing too much. "Do it again! I need to take a picture."

"I'm the one who shouldn't trust you." Mark narrowed his eyes and you couldn't help but to
