You had woken up after a long day practice with Hyuk the day before. You both decided to fake the kiss to prevent any kind of awkwardness between the both of you. You still didn’t feel comfortable around him. But all you could think about how to win over him. His smile irritated you, even though you had never been good to him. He still would smile at you. You thought he was trying to annoy you, by letting you think that he was better than you in everything including his personality

His smile always made your heart warm and it calms you down when you are angry. You hated that part about you.

After you had washed up, you went to make breakfast for yourself. You were living alone as your parents worked overseas. Suddenly your door bell rang. You jumped from the shock. You didn’t expected anyone to visit you right now.

You went over to open the door. To your surprise, Hyuk was standing in front of you. You looked at him in confusion “what are you doing here?!”

“Waking you up, we have a lot of work today”

“I asked for your address, it wasn’t hard to get it” He smiled. “Are you going to make me standing here for so long?!”

“Ah… sorry come in” you stepped aside as Hyuk walked in. you closed the door behind him.

“You look comfortable” He said, giggling, eyeing you from up to down. You looked at yourself to find that you were still in your oversized t-shirt without pants. Your hair was somehow messy and you had no make up on. You closed your eyes from embarrassment.

“You can have a set” you said, running back to your room and closing the door. The last thing you wanted was Hyuk seeing you like this. You changed your clothes quickly doing your hair. You didn’t put make up as you didn’t want him to wait so long.

Why do I even care? You thought as you opened your room’s door, whatever!!

“Have you had your breakfast yet?!” you went to the kitchen, to continue preparing the food. Hyuk followed you inside. Leaning on the wall.

“No” he said.

“Good timing” You smiled, tying your hair up into a bun. “Let’s eat together”

“Want to help or are you going to discover the lost designer inside you?!”

You both started making your meal together. Unexpected laughing filled your house that had been silent for so long. You felt a life again. Hyuk helped you cutting the vegetables while you done the rest.
