"Kai... I never introduced you to him did I...?"
"You only told me that I could call you by that name. I kind of wondered what it was, but never really wondered until your other self told me."
"He told you who Kai was...?"
"No, he only told me that it was a stage name you picked out and no one knows why you dropped your dream of becoming a dancer."
"A dancer..."
"Are you still thinking of becoming famous?" Jongin let out a sigh and looked up to the ceiling.
"You know Kyunggie... Some days I do, but other days I just wonder how unreadable it all is. Really? Me, a star? I don't think-"
"You can't think that way. Come on, why're you being so down on yourself? You can do it, but you also have to believe in yourself. You can't just go on thinking badly about your skills."
"You're right... But.... I don't know. I don't think I would want to do it anymore."
"What happened?" Jongin looked around and closed his eyes for a few seconds.
"Do you know of Taemin?"
"The dancer in SHINee? How can you not know him."
"He was my best friend was 7 years... Before he got accepted into SM."
"Is there more to this story? I feel like there is..."
"Yeah there is. You see, we both auditioned. We said we would get in together and we would debut on the same stage. The day of the audition, there was one spot left for trainees... I had a feeling it was between the two of us. I told him that if I get in and he doesn't, I'll drop the spot and we could both go home. I didn't feel like he was willing to do the same for me. All he told me was 'thanks Kai... That means a lot...' When the results were in, it was Taemin who got in and not me. I congratulated him and from that point on, I never gave any thought about becoming a star."
"Some loyalty..."
"It Kyungsoo. It really does when your best friend who you've known for 7 years is up on that stage and all you can do is think of your own position. I wanted that stage."
"Maybe it was a sign. Maybe you're not ready yet and you have better benefits of debuting later..."
"Like what?! I don't want to debut now. There's no point. I've auditioned for something else and got in. I'm happy with that."
"What is it?! You're going away?!" Jongin smiles and takes his finger and puts it on Kyungsoo's heart.
"I got in here didn't I?"
"You're so corny!" Kyungsoo smiles and laughs, "how do you know you got in?"
"What?! Should I go audition for somewhere else then??"
"I'm kidding! Don't worry, you're always a star in my eyes. And if you still want that stage, I will help you fight through Hell to get you on there."
"Thank you very much Kyungsoo." Jongin kissed Kyungsoo's forehead and hugged him tightly. He could feel Kyungsoo's heart beating insanely inside. Jongin knows that Kyungsoo has gone through a lot and this is not the time to focus on his failures.
I do still want that stage. But you are always going to come first. No lights and money could make me turn away from you.
"I could never leave you at all."

Kyungsoo woke up and then found himself lying in someone else's room.
Where... Where am I...?
He took a look around and gasped at the sight of Jongin sleeping next to him.
Oh... That's right, he's back to his normal self. I'm not dreaming... Thank God.
Kyungsoo smiled and looked out the window. It was a beautiful day outside and he felt that today would be great. He looked back to Jongin who was still sound asleep. Kyungsoo leaned in to give his lover a kiss. Jongin's eyes slowly opened and he smiled at the sight of Kyungsoo in front of him.
"Good morning baby Soo."
"What a terrible nickname!" Jongin hit Kyungsoo with little force since he was half awake and just smiled.
"I wanna see you come up with a better nickname. Go ahead." Kyungsoo was silent.
"Umm..... I love you!"
"Thought so." Jongin smiled and then sat up and wield his eyes, "what time is it?"
"It's like 8...? I am not sure." Kyungsoo looked around for his phone and finally found it. He turned it on and noticed that he had a few days left until his exams. "Holy..."
"What's wrong...?"
"I have a only a couple days left until my exams... AHHH I HARDLY STUDIED!"
"What?! Why didn't you study?! You had a good amount of time didn't you?! 2 weeks?!"
"I had other stud distracting me..."
"Like what? What are more important than exams?"
"Umm... I was kind of... Eh... Not to sound weird, but I was kind of... Observing you..."
"What...? What was I doing?"
"You were with Luhan... And I was just really curious and so I spent most of my time helping out Baekhyun and seeing if you were all right."
"You gotta be kidding me. Kyungsoo, you have to focus more on school than something that would've ended very soon!"
"Kai! I had no idea when it would all end. I had no idea when I would be able to see that smile on your face after giving you a kiss. There was no thought in my head of when you would return. I knew it had to be some time, but I had no idea when... I'm sorry..." Kyungsoo started tearing and buried his face in Jongin's chest. Jongin felt really bad that he yelled at Kyungsoo. Jongin patted Kyungsoo's back and kissed Kyungsoo's head.
"I should be sorry. I didn't know what you were going through. I should've thought more about how you felt..."

"Coming! Coming!" The knocking got louder and Baekhyun's anger grew, "damn it I'm coming!" Baekhyun opened the door and was furious about the loud knocking. "Who the hell-"
"Hey baby." Chanyeol stood smiling at Baekhyun in front of his door.
"Chanyeol! What're you doing here?"
"Exams are coming up... Have you been studying?"
"More than you think! I've been studying my off! I want to make you super proud."
"Awe, how sweet. I have a surprise for you."
"What is it...?"
"Come with me." Baekhyun followed Chanyeol and they walked for what seemed forever. In reality, it was only 10 minutes.
"Alright," Chanyeol turned around to his lover, "Put this on." Baekhyun willingly put on the blindfold and was extremely curious as to what Chanyeol had planned. Chanyeol took Baekhyun's hand and led him to a certain location. Baekhyun could feel temperature differences happening and he felt like they were inside now.
"Are we inside somewhere...?"
"Maybe." Chanyeol continued to drag Baekhyun and finally they stopped, "here! But don't take off your blindfold yet." Baekhyun left on the blindfold and let out an impatient sigh. "Why so grumpy?"
"I just want to know what it is already." Baekhyun heard no response. He waited a couple seconds and finally something happened. He could feel his lips being pressed by something soft. He quickly took off the blindfold and saw Chanyeol smiling.
"I thought you would wait after exams..."
"I couldn't hold it anymore... I had to kiss you. Your birthday is also coming up. And I had to give you an early birthday gift. Why don't you take a break from studying tonight? You're sleeping over."
"Are you feeling all right?"
"Yeah, I'm fine! Why?"
"You seem to be so nice today. Umm... I like this! Let me just call my mom-" Chanyeol put his hand over Baekhyun's phone.
"I already told her." Chanyeol took Baekhyun's phone away and pulled Baekhyun in. He grabbed Baekhyun's head and pulled it closer to his. Baekhyun was rewarded well for his studying that night.
