CRASH

"Um... Nice meeting you here..."
"Same with you..." Luhan felt extremely awkward, but he wondered if he should stay. 
"How have you been?" His mother continued looking for her shampoo while answering him. 
"I've been fine. The house has been nice and quiet. Your sister's wondering where you are." Luhan looked at his hand and remembered that he shared the same shampoo with his mother. He handed it over to his mom and she took a look at both Luhan and the shampoo. Her facial expression was one of confusion. 
"You can tell her that I-" 
"I told her what happened." Luhan sighed and nodded. 
"I guess you shouldn't lie to her." 
"Not at all. Lying isn't in our blood." Luhan felt his boiling, but he kept himself calm. He wanted to just leave and get back to Sehun and feel comfortable again. 
"It isn't... At all." Luhan's mom pushed away the shampoo and gave him a disgusted look. He was quite offended and stopped her from pushing her cart forward. "What? You always get this shampoo." 
"I don't know where your hand has been." 
"Are you serious right now?! You're worse than a child!" 
"Luhan, you're causing a scene." She said monotonously. 
"I don't care! You will come to accept me, whether it would be now, or later. I know you will-"
"You don't know anything. You will never understand how I feel." 
"Maybe that's why you don't understand me. If we can't understand each other, I'm glad I'm not living with you."
"I'm glad you're not living with me! It has been much better without you! I don't need you in my life!" She said with tears welling up in her eyes and her hands shaking. Luhan felt the same way and was speechless. His own mother had stated that she did not want anything to do with him. That hurt more than anything Luhan has ever felt before. Shoppers who were doing their shopping were taking a look at the scene. Some of them with sympathetic looks and others were just confused. 
"You're so evil. You're heartless and cold. I've never met anyone like you before." 
"I'm glad. Go run off with your boyfriend and live with him. I'm sure he'll make everything better for you!" Luhan felt a little embarrassed when his mother blatantly stated his uality. He was trying to ignore the eyes who he felt were glaring at him. 
"I will! And I'm proud of who I am! I don't care what you think of me because I'm proud I'm gay!" A lady who was watching clapped and cheered him on. He felt happy and content with himself and others around her did the same. Luhan smiled and turned back to his mother. "Goodbye, stranger." Luhan walked away feeling proud of himself. His mother stood and shock and looked around as people shook her head at her. She quickly grabbed the shampoo she was looking for and quickly left. Luhan turned the corner to the isle and was surprised to see Sehun. He looked upset and Luhan wondered why. 
"What's wrong?" 
"I saw what happened... Are you alright?" 
"Of course I am. Are you?" Luhan smiled and waited for the boy in front of him to smile. 
"Are you sure you're alright?" 
"As long as I have you in my life, I will always be alright." Sehun smiled and landed a kiss on Luhan's lips. 
"Come on, let's get the rest of this shopping done." Sehun nodded.

Sehun and Luhan were both walking home and talking to each other when they met the intersection that was before his house. They both looked both ways and saw a car coming. Luhan had decided to wait for the car, but he had made a mistake. The car began driving in their direction and Luhan realized this. He backed up and pulled Sehun out of the way as much as he could. Sehun dropped all the bags of items on the ground and were crushed by the oncoming car. Sehun had just missed the car by a couple of inches. Both the boys' hearts were beating like crazy and watched as the car zoomed past down the street. A man who saw the incident came running out and checked if the boys were alright. 
"Yes, we're fine... Sehun, you alright?"
"Wh-what just happened?" 
"A car-" 
"I know! But seriously? What the hell..." The man looked at the crushed items on the ground. 
"Wow, you boys had a lot of items! Do you need money to buy these items again?" 
"No, it's fine sir! Thank you, though. I'm sorry to have disturbed you with this raucous." 
"Don't be sorry! You've done nothing wrong at all. Where is your house?" Sehun pointed to across the intersection. 
"Be careful, I hope you get home safely!" 
"Thank you mister!" Sehun and Luhan bowed before walking home and carefully crossing the intersection. Once they had arrived home, Mrs. Oh wondered where the items were. Sehun had explained the situation and Mrs. Oh had understood. 
"Oh my goodness. No more errands for you guys at night. This is crazy! I'm so sorry you went through that, Luhan! I hope you're alright!" She grabbed Luhan and hugged him tightly. 
"Ah, I'm fine! Thank you, Mrs. Oh!" 
"I don't know what I would've done if you two were hurt! Don't worry. I'll get the items tomorrow. Sehun, can you give me the list?" 
"Yeah sure!" Sehun took the list from his pocket and handed it to his mother. That's when they noticed his bloody hand. 
"Sehun, when did you start bleeding?" 
"Oh my gosh! I have no clue! I didn't even feel it!" 
"Do you feel it now?" Sehun touched his hand and nodded. Luhan came back from putting away his shoes and his eyes widened. 
"What happened?"
"We just saw it now. I guess it wasn't too bad before." Sehun brushed his mom away and signaled Sehun to follow. "Help me clean this, please babe?" Luhan smiled and nodded. They made their way to the bathroom upstairs and began cleaning the wound. It wasn't bad, just a few scratches.

That night, Luhan laid in bed and wondered about the incident. He kept replaying the incident over and over in his head. 

Why did you do that... Mom...
