Two weeks have passed by and my wife is still in coma. Things are much complicated now coz her seizures are still attacking her and everytime her attacks hit her, my mind goes wild and all I can do is wait for the doctors to do their thing.

I’m in Japan right now with the members for we have an awards show to attend to, my daughters along with Omma and Dami-noona are also with me. I’ve decided to bring them along for them to breathe new air and to relax. Things are really suffocating back home and a different environment can help us freshen up our minds. It is so hard to leave my wife, but then I’ve got to do what I have to do. My life has to continue so that once my wife wakes up, I can tell her that I’ve done something good while waiting for her.

“Hello?” Daryl answered after a few rings.

“Hey Ji! What’s up?” she asked.

“Same thing…I’m still praying and hoping that my wife will wake up once I go back” I answered and she laughed.

“Don’t worry Ji…I think you’ll get that wish” Daryl answered and I suddenly felt a little weird.

“Wait…is she already awake?” I asked full of hope.

“Ji…not yet…but the doctor checked her awhile ago and he said that _________’s blood pressure and other vital signs are doing good…he got shocked as a matter of fact because they’re not expecting that kind of result” she said in a cheerful way.

“Really? If that’s the case…well….I think she’s really going to wake up in no time!” I said.

“Ji…let’s not expect too much…you know that her current state right now is unpredictable…one minute she’s fine…the next minute…here goes the tubes again” she said and I nod.

She’s actually right. I shouldn’t expect too much since my wife’s situation right now is unpredictable. I have faith in her though, I know that she will wake up very soon.

We are going back to Korea today and I can’t wait to see my wife already. Two days of not seeing her made me miss her more. I know that she will not congratulate me for our win and that saddens me coz whenever Big Bang wins or achieved something, she will hug and kiss me right away upon seeing me. It still hurts because I miss the days that we spent together and our family time. I miss my wife in general and it’s really hard to accept that she’s still lying in a hospital bed with tubes in her body and a machine which helps her to breathe.

“Dad! Look at this!” Isabella came running in my room.

“What’s that?” I asked.

“Aunt Dami made this…I have one too and Gabriella also…this is for mum” she said and I smiled at her.

Isabella is really taking good care of Gabriella, she thinks that because mum is not yet awake, she has to be a mum to her sister. She thinks maturely for her age and it shocked me coz I didn’t even expect that she’s going to change into this big girl in a snap.

“Baby girl…I’m sure mum will be really happy when she sees that” I told her and she giggled.

“You want one too dad? I will tell Aunt Dami to make you one” she said and I nod.

Sometimes, I just want to trade places with Isabella or Gabriella or to any kid on the street. How I wish I also have that “everything is not so serious” personality that only kids have. They tend to treat problems like it’s nothing and it’s not even affecting them that much.

“Dad!” Isabella came back after a few minutes.

“This is for you…Aunt Dami told me that you’re the star of our family that’s why she put a star in your bracelet and the string is black because that’s the color of mum’s bracelet too” she said and I put the bracelet around my wrist.

“No baby…mum is the star of our family” I told her.

“You and mum!” she said.

“Can you give dad a big hug and a kiss?” I asked.

That hug and kiss can make all my worries vanish in just a snap.

The moment we arrived at the airport, fans are all waiting for us already and once again, I’m having problems on how to protect my kids. As much as possible, I want them away from the cameras. TOP hyung thought of a good plan and that is, I’ll be carrying Gabriella and Youngbae and Daesung will be guiding us while TOP hyung will carry Isabella and Seungri will be guiding them. The plan actually worked and we’re able to get through so many people.

One reason as to why I don’t want my kids to have their pictures taken by the fans or “paparazzis” is because my in-laws told me that they don’t want to see any pictures of their grandchildren on the internet and because I’m really an obedient kid, I will do what they want.

Well, my in-laws are still cold to me and as days pass by they’re getting far away from me already. Before, me and my mother in-law will always talk about certain things and even talk about non-sense things but now, she’s this cold, strong and heartless woman who is treating me like I’m just a vase on a table or wind. I apologized to them for so many times already but I guess it’s not enough.

I chose to go straight to the hospital when we arrived in Seoul for I want to check on my wife already. I know that she’ll still be the same, lifeless girl that I left two days ago but there’s something in her that changed. Her color is much livelier now and she looks a bit fine to me already.

“Babe…I’m already here…how are you?” I asked while caressing her cheek.

“The kids had a blast in Japan…they enjoyed Hello Kitty world so much…they don’t even want to leave the place…TOP hyung and Youngbae have to chase Isabella just to make her go home” I said and laughed.

“I’ll take you and the kids there again…so wake up now…I love you so much and I miss you” I told her.

I wonder if she can really hear me, I’ve asked nurses and doctors about this already and they all answered the same and that is, she can hear me coz her brain is still functioning or something like that. Whether she can hear me or not, I will not stop talking to her. She has been my diary for two weeks now and whenever I tell her about my day, I feel like she’s also a part of it and she was there to witness everything.

“Hey Ji!” Daryl greeted.

“OH! I thought you guys are still in a photoshoot?” I asked.

“We ended early so we decided to drop by and check out Sleeping Beauty” Railey answered and I chuckled.

“Where’s Isabella?” Daryl asked.

“They’re at home already…Dami-noona will bring her here later” I answered and they laughed.

“How was Japan? We heard you guys won!” she said and I nod.
