It’s been three days and she’s still sleeping. I know that she can hear me, I know that she can feel my heart beating. I never left her side ever since and I basically live in this room with her. My life stopped and I can’t seem to do anything, all I do was stare at her and pray that she’s going to move a finger or open her eyes.

Our daughters still don’t know anything. Isabella keeps on asking me to bring her to her mum and I always tell her that her mum is working far away but she’ll be back soon. It hurts seeing my daughters longing for their mum’s touch and her voice.

The doctors are always telling me that they are trying their best to save her but as each second, minutes and hours pass by, I’m slowly losing hope that she’ll wake up. I know that I shouldn’t be negative and I should trust her, but how can I not lose hope when she’s just lying in that bed without even moving.

My in-laws already know what happened and of course they are angry at me. I’m afraid that they will really take her away from me, but I deserve this. Maybe if I gave in to her dad before, she wouldn’t end up in this hospital. Well, regret always comes last.

“Ji…you should go home first and sleep comfortably” Daryl said.

“I’m fine…I don’t want to leave her” I said and she sat at the edge of _______’s bed.

“Y’know what? Your kids need you too…I mean…I’m sure Sleeping Beauty wants you to take care of them for her” she said and I laughed.

The girls gave her the nickname Sleeping Beauty and it already became her name for days now.

“I’ll go home later…I just want to stay here for a little more…I have a feeling that ________ is going to wake up anytime already” I said and she chuckled.

“Ji…you’ve been saying that for two days already…but yeah…we should be positive” she said and I stared at my wife again.

Her skin is not as beautiful as it was days ago and her color is not pinkish anymore. She’s still beautiful though, the girls never fail to put make-up on her and they even colored her nails. I can’t wait to tell her all the silly things that her bestfriends are doing to her while she’s unconscious, I’m sure that she’s gonna declare war to them once again.

“How’s the magazine going?” I asked Daryl.

“Well…we’re still in the dark room…Railey is working her off to make things work…but of course…it’s still different…we feel like we lost our heart” she answered.

“Yes…you’re right…I lost my heart as well….this girl right here took it with her to dreamland and she has to give it back already” I told her while holding my wife’s hand.

“Are you going to perform later? The boys told me that you guys have a performance…right?” she asked.

My career is slowly coming back in shape now after Lauren admitted that she’s the one behind all the stories and none of them are true. I’m happy that I still managed to keep my career running but it really is bittersweet coz in exchange of that, my wife is suffering.

“I don’t know…I don’t think I can give a good show…I mean…my mind and my heart is not there” I answered.

“I know…but Ji…life has to move on…the show must go on for you….I’m not saying that you should leave or whatever…OK?  But I’m so sure that _______ wants you to live normally” she said.

“I’ll live normally once she wakes up but right now I don’t think I can” I said and she smiled at me.

“You really love Sleeping Beauty…huh? Prince charming?” she asked and I laughed.

“I really do…I won’t stick myself in here if I don’t” I answered.

“Gosh! Heard that sis? Your husband loves you BIGTIME! So get your up now!” she said while shaking my wife’s leg.

“Wait…how’s it going with Lauren? Is that girl going to rot in jail?” Daryl asked after a long silence.

“The lawyers said that we’ve got a strong case” I answered.

“But I heard that she’s going insane? Is that even true?” she asked and I laughed.

“We had her checked by a psychiatrist and she said that Lauren is traumatized by what happened…she did want to kill _______...even if she keeps on telling that she doesn’t mean to hurt her” I answered and my heart is once again filled with anger.

We filed a legal case already and we are expecting to win it. Lauren has been acting like a psycho and keeps on doing things that a crazy person would do. When I saw her yesterday, she was talking to herself and her act is really convincing but according to the psychologists that checked her, she’s just acting but she’s also emotionally disturbed coz in her mind, she had killed my wife and she’s already dead.

“I’m going to work first…I need to finish a lot of things there…Railey is already on her way here…she’s going to bring lunch for you” Daryl said and I nod.

“I’m going now hot momma! I want to see your big eyes open when I come back…love you sis!” she kissed her on the cheek and walked out.

Now I know why my wife really loves her friends, they really have this strong bond between them that even I cannot break. Daryl and Railey drops by everyday and even stay at night to be with her and I’m thankful coz they’re making things easier for me.

“OK babe…time to take a bath” I told her and brushed some hair away from her face.

I’m the one doing all the works instead of the nurse coz in my mind, this is my way of showing her how much I love her and that all I want to do all my life is to take care of her.

I freshen her up, change her clothes, brush her hair and massage her arms and legs everyday. This is the least that I can do for her and I’m willing to do it even if it takes her years to wake up.

“Aigoo…your losing weight babe” I told her while massaging her arm.

“I actually have a performance today but because I love you so much…I wouldn’t go…after all…I want you to be there and since you’re not going…I’ll just stay here” I said and smiled at her.

I know that even if she’s not reacting to whatever I say she can hear me. The doctor actually told me that it’s better to speak to her all the time for her to know that she’s not alone and somebody is waiting for her to come back.

“Your husband haven’t eaten yet and it’s almost lunch already…I’m hungry…I want you to cook for me” I said while i
