A family is a place where minds come in contact with one another. If these minds love one another, the home will be as beautiful as a flower garden. Family faces are magic mirrors looking at people who belong to us, we see the past, present, and the future.

It’s December already which means, this year will end soon and this is my favorite month (next to August). Gosh! Time flies so fast. The kids are growing up, especially Isabella. She is really changing everyday and she has already adjusted with Gabriella and I’m really happy about it.

Last month, I won an award for best editor at the National Magazine Awards that was held in Busan. Well, it’s not only me who won but YG RUNWAY also took home the Magazine of the year award and I swear! We didn’t expect it. President YG is super happy about it that he promised the whole team that he will add another studio in our office so that we can have photoshoots at the same day that will surely make our work faster.

My life is turning out well but I’m actually in fear coz G-dragon told me about Lauren’s evil plans again and she really is so desperate. I was shocked when my husband told me that Alfie was the one who warned him about it and he even told G-dragon that he’ll be helping us with Lauren. I actually told my husband that I still don’t trust Alfie, yes, he did look and sound sincere but I still have a feeling that this is all an act.

G-dragon and I are waiting for that day when Lauren will have her first attack. We already told President YG about it and he himself is also in red alert but we are praying that she will come to her senses already and just leave us and our family alone.

“Babe? Wake up…your alarm is already ringing” G-dragon whispered in my ear while hugging me.

“5 more minutes….I swear! I’m still in dreamland” I answered and he laughed.

Gabriella cried non-stop last night and Isabella is so hyped up that she slept so late awhile ago, I was left all by myself yesterday coz G-dragon is busy with their recordings.

“I don’t want to go to work today but I can’t” I whined and he opened his eyes to look at me.

“Babe…if you don’t feel like going then don’t” he said and I pinched his nose.

“I can’t…Isabella will be having a photoshoot today remember? She’s going to be one of our models for this Holiday’s issue” I told him and he pinched my nose as well.

“I already forgot about that…what time will the shoot start?” he asked.

“Around 10…so we really have to be there by 9” I said and looked at the clock.

“Gosh! It’s almost 7 now…I’m gonna drag my out of this bed and cook breakfast” I said and sat up but he hugged me.

“I’ll cook breakfast for you…just stay here for a little while…nap a bit if you want...I’ll wake you up once I’m done” he said and I kissed him.

“You’re really one heck of a husband Kwon Jiyong…I love you so much!” I said and he kissed again.

“I love you too” he replied and got up.

After years of being together, his sweetness never changed and it’s becoming more intense every single day. My mum always gets shocked whenever I tell her stories about her son in-laws sweetness, according to her, if you already passed that one year mark, there is a huge possibility that your husband will change. Well, maybe he’s changing for the better.

I wasn’t able to take a short nap because Isabella already woke up and of course, she started talking the moment she saw me. I really love how talkative my daughter is, she’s my total opposite. She voice out whatever she wants to say which for me is good because we don’t have to read her mind or weigh her emotions just to know her thoughts and feelings.

“Mum…why do they speak different from ours?” Isabella asked while watching a Korean cartoon.

“Baby girl…you’ll soon learn how to speak Korean because you’ll be going to school very soon” I answered.

“Dad knows how to speak Korean too?” she asked.

Isabella knows that she’s half Korean and I’m so sure that she’s aware that she’s in Korea, thing is, because I don’t know how to speak the language, G-dragon and even my in-laws are talking in English whenever I’m around.

“Of course baby girl! Dad is born and raised here in Korea…it’s his first language” I explained.

“Are you going to learn Korean too?” she asked again.

“I want to” I answered.

“Is Gabriella going to speak Korean too? Is she Korean like me?” she asked and I laughed upon hearing her question.

“Baby girl…you and Gabriella are sisters…you both have the same parents which means…she’s also half Korean…and yes…once she starts going to school…the two of you are going to speak Korean too like dad and Grandpa and Grandma” I told her.

“And uncles too?” she asked.

“Yes” I answered.

I’ve read in books that toddlers are really talkative and curious about their environment, they will ask whatever question they have in mind and I’m telling you, some of Isabella’s questions are so hard to answer that even my smarty smart brain cannot handle. Yes, she did asked where Gabriella came from and how she was made, and I let her dad explain it to her (G-dragon almost went nuts at that time).

“Oh! You’re already awake baby girl?” G-dragon walked in our room and Isabella lying beside me in bed while watching television.

“She’s a talk show host once again” I told him and he laughed.

“What kind of questions is being asked Mrs. Kwon?” he asked and sat beside me.

“Well…she asked if you can speak Korean and is Gabriella a Korean like her” I answered and he laughed while pinching Isabella’s cheek.

“Aigoo…she’s totally curious about everything” he told me and I nod.

“Wait…I’m gonna bring breakfast here” he was about to stand up but I stopped him.

“No need for that…we can all eat at the dining area…c’mon baby girl…let’s eat some kimchi fried rice!” I carried Isabella and went out of the room followed by G-dragon.

G-dragon and I have our own morning specialties, he always makes Kimchi fried rice while I make pancakes and sausages.

“I want more egg mum” Isabella said and I gave her half of my egg.

“Here” G-dragon gave me his and I looked at him and chuckled.

“Why did you give eat to me? Babe…I know that this is your favorite meal of all time so eat this and I’m fine with this half egg” I told him and put the egg on his bowl again.

This is typical of G-dragon, he always gives what he have even if he likes it. I always tell him that he doesn’t have to sacrifice whatever he wants just for me.

“Baby girl…are you ready for your modeling job later?” G-dragon asked Isabella.

“Yes! I’m going to smile like this” she smiled widely “and stand like this” she stood up on the chair and posed like a real model.

Because she’s always with me and she has watched a lot of photoshoots already, she already knows how to take pictures and how to pose. According to one photographer, Isabella knows her angle even in such a young age, she knows when to pose and when to smile also. Oh gosh! I think we’ll be having a model in the family.

In the middle of breakfast , Gabriella started crying which is her way of telling us that “Hey guys! I’m already awake!”

“She’s really heavy babe” I told G-dragon when I walked in the dining area while carrying Gabriella.

“She’s getting bigger everyday” he said and got his daughter from me.

“Is it me or is Gabriella looking more like you? I mean…Isabella looks like you before…but her face changed” I said and he stared at his daughters for a minute.

“I don’t know...all I know is Gabriella’s eyes looks like yours and Isabella looks like you in so many ways already” he said and I smiled at him.
