          "S-so... you're really leaving...? For good...?"

          "Yeah, I guess."

I made her cry again...

Seriously... Why did I even tell her that?

You are really stupid, Yuri. You always hurt her... You could have just said it'll just be temporary, you know...

But, then... I really have to tell her there will never be a chance to be back together again as in for real... It was just a necessary move so she won't be getting her hopes up on me...

Tell me... how can I tell her that in a good way that she won't be crying in the end? There's no way, right?

*Sigh*.

It's been a week passed since I came back here to our residence in Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S.A. My investigation with regards to the address Uncle Vincent given was actually completed just yesterday.

No one has resided on the place mentioned. It was nothing but an abandoned house. Probably, there must have been a GPS or tracking issue. Or, maybe, Siwon Goo might have used a somewhat masking software to hide his true location from anyone who might attempt to trace him.

Nonetheless, I conducted a search simultaneously in several states that he could possibly have resided. Still, I gained no information at all. It's highly possible that he's already back in South Korea, though.

Yes... I felt like it's a waste of time coming over here.

Now, I just wanna return home... Probably, try to explain to Stephanie that I really didn't mean to hurt her...

But... what for? I'm sure she's gonna ask me back if I'm ready to be back together with her... Then, we'll be back in a loop. *Sigh*. Yes, yes... I have no hope in life...

Hmm... Alright. Maybe, I'll just try my best to make myself not bored for the next two weeks, precisely until a day before Hyoyeon and Sooyoung's wedding. Probably, I'll just devote my time searching for that old man and forget about Her...

Aisshhhh... This is boring...

At least, if I'm in Korea, that woman's bothering me so I wasn't bored. But, now...

Email... Messaging... Chat App... *Sigh*. She's not even trying to contact me. Did she really surrender on wooing me now?

I quickly dialed Rap's number and a few seconds, he finally answered, "Yo, boss."

"Rap, where's Stephanie?"

"Hmmmm. According to Changsub's report two minutes ago, Miss Stephanie's still hanging out with Ms. Hyoyeon Kim, Ms. Sunny Lee and Ms. Jessica Jung in Sunny Day Cafe."

"Really? That was just two minutes ago?"

"Yes."

"How often does he send updates to you, anyway?"

"Every Thirty minutes or any change of location, whichever comes first. Just like how you wanted."

"Oh. I see... Rap, can you try uhhmm-- get an update again now?"

"Oh. Okay. Wait..."

*a-minute-later*

"Still the same, boss. The four girls are still chatting."

"I see... Does Changsub also report to you of what is she talking about?"

"Nope. Like you said, boss, privacy concerns. You said we shouldn't eavesdrop and only tail her around."

I sighed, "I see... But... is there a report you noticed that she'll be flying abroad or something?"

He suddenly chuckled, "Now, I see where this conversation's going." He then teased. "Tell me, boss. Are you somewhat expecting her to fly there to chase after you?"

"What?! Heck, no." I faked a chuckle, "Where are you getting that idea?"

"Well... you sounded nervous now, boss. Look. you don't have to deny it from me. I totally know you inside and out now, boss. Just be honest with me. I promise I won't ever tell anyone."

I sighed, "Just shut it, Rap. You got it wrong."

"Oh. Okay. Uhhmm-- so, do you want me to order Changsub to eavesdrop if she got any plans to go there, then?"

"Y-yeah."

"If she did so, should we stop her?"

"Uhhmm-- yes."

"That means no, right? Okay, Roger that, boss." And he quickly ended the call.

And I just bored myself to death waiting for Rap's update. It was only until two hours later when I got a call from him.

"Boss."

"What's up? So, is Stephanie really planning to fly here?"

"Haha! No, boss. She doesn't have an itsy bitsy plan at all."

"Then, why did you call?"

"Remember your side err- minor command you gave us a few years ago? On finding Mister and Missus Walter?"

"What happened? Did our men already found them?"

"Yes, boss. You got it right."

"So... Are they still alive?"

"Yes."

"Really?!"

He chuckled, "Yes, really. They're both fully alive and kicking."

"Where are they now?"

"They currently reside in Arizona. I'll email you the exact address, boss."

"Alright. Thank you. Thank you very much."

"Welcome, boss."

I immediately booked a flight the next day for Arizona. After an hour and half of travel time, I arrived in front of the current residence of Mr. and Mrs. Walter. It seems that they continued their farming business. Hmmm. I wonder if they will still recognize me...

I rang the doorbell. After a few seconds, a woman probably in her forties answered, "Yes? May I help you?"

"Uhhmm, I'm looking for Mister Michael and Miss Amanda Walter?"

"Oh. They are my parents. Can I help you?"

"I'm George Nicholas Kwon. They knew me as Yul." I forwarded my hand for a shake. "I'm a good friend of them sixteen years ago."

"Oh. You're Yul!" She smiled warmly at me. "My father and mother have been sharing some things about you and your wife. What's her name again?" She chuckled. "I'm Jennifer Walter, by the way. Come on in."

"Thank you." We both went inside. I answered her question, "Her name's Stephanie. They knew her as Fany."

"Oh. Yes. I remember now." We arrived at the living room. "Please, have a seat. I will just call my mom and dad."

I complied and sat on one of the couches. After a short while, Mr. and Mrs. Walter seemed to rush inside from the back door. "Yul. Is that you?!" Mr. Walter uttered.

I stood and respond, "Hello Mister and Missus Walter. It's good to see you again."

"Yul, oh dear..." Mrs. Walter went near me and had me in an embrace. "We thought you and Fany didn't survive that day." She broke away and cupped my face with her hands. "We immediately reported the incident to the police, despite us being injured too. Still, we couldn't find you and Fany. We were so much worried about you."

Mr. Walter gave me a hug too. "I'm so happy to see you again, Yul."

"I'm so happy to see you two alive and looking healthy, Mister Walter. I apologize if I took too long from returning. I lost my memories when I was young and only regained it five years ago." I chuckled. "And yeah, I really took too long searching for you both."

"We tried our best to search for you and Fany as well but, w
