Oh no. No way.

My life already found the love and peace I've been dreaming of in my entire life. I can't just let this project jeopardize everything I have now!

"Tiffany wait!" Yuri snapped from behind. I quickened my pace, staying away from the photo studio's street.

"Tiffany!" he finally caught my hand then turned me, facing him. "What the heck is it? Why?"

"Yuri, I can't."

"You've got to be kidding me. You already pulled that stunt on me on our first date."

"Yuri. I just can't!"

"Just freaking tell me why then!"

"Fine!"

"..."

"Not again... Are you gonna tell me or not?!"

"I can't do this because... I..."

"You?"

"I don't want to get exposed."

"To what?"

"Don't you get it? I am supposed to be hiding, not showing myself to everyone else, most especially to my bodyguards. What if my mom and dad see all of this? I'm doomed! The last thing I ever wanted in my life right now is for me not to be seen by my parents again."

"But Fany-yah, you can't just quit like this."

"I can. All I just have to do is inform Mr. Noh about my decision."

"What will you say to him then? That you faked all of your documents just to enroll to his university? That you are really Stephanie Hwang, the only heir of the Hwangs?

"Don't you think it's time for your parents to know where you are, Fany-yah? Your dad misses you a lot. You have to tell them the truth now."

"No. I'll never tell them my whereabouts. Please understand, Yuri-yah, I don't want this current life of mine to be ruined so I'm out of here."

"Tiffany." He gripped my hand and that halted me. I looked at him straight in the eyes. "It's gonna be okay."

"You don't have to hide yourself in the shadows. You don't have to be afraid anymore. In case he'll come here and get you, I will be the one to stop him."

"I will protect you. I will never leave your side."

His eyes show me his sincerity. With that, I know I'm now secured. He's right. I shouldn't be afraid anymore as long as I'm with him. I should stand up against my father if that's the only thing to do. "Okay, Yuri-yah. I have faith in you."

He pulled me lightly and had me wrapped in his arms, "Thank you."

"No, thank you. Thank you so much for everything."

He chuckled, "Now, what is this? You're making it sound like a scene of bidding farewell to each other."

"Sorry."

"Alright. Let's hurry back or the photographers will hunt us down."

The photoshoot turned out to be just fine. They took solo and groupie photos of us. After that, we went to different places in Se Kyung and they took snapshots of us portraying everday school life. Mmm. This actually feels kinda good. Photoshoots, makeovers, lots of people watching the shoot, it's like I'm a one-time celebrity. Nevertheless, this is such a double blade. Oh well... I'm sure my dad won't ever have a spare time reading school brochures, newspaper ads, or even the university website. I guess I'll be fine.

Afterwards, Yuri already headed to BPE with Mr. Goo, our friends went off too on their different activities for the day, while me, I headed straight home. There's nothing better than slacking off during Mondays, you know.

When I finally got back home, I saw a note left by Sunkyu on the coffee table. He said he'll be out and will just come back by 8PM due to his another school group project with his friends. But I doubt this is true, I bet he's just going to Sulli's place again and tutor the latter, just like what he did last week. Taeyeon has been informing me anyway.

Mmmm. I guess this afternoon will just be me alone.

I went straight to our room and fallen myself on the bed. Sleep... I need to sleep...

I was about to answer my phone when the ringing suddenly stopped. The missed call was from Yoong. I checked the two messages I got and they were from him too.

     Yoong: Hey, noona. Are you free now? I'm here in the cafe on your street.

     Yoong: Look... I just wanna talk, you know. It's okay if you're not free now... Maybe some other time…

Oh well... I guess this afternoon's not really for my dream-time.

I quickly stood up and fixed myself, while heading out. Just when I opened the front door, I saw Yoong about to knock. "Oh. Hi Yoong."

"Hi noona." he greeted. I then noticed he's holding two cups of coffee on his other arm. "Oh. I brought coffee for you."

"Thanks. Come in." We both went to the living room and sat on the couch. He handed me one cup. "I'm sorry I didn't get to answer you quickly."

"Nah, it's okay. I should be the one to say sorry for bothering your nap."

"It's fine. It's kinda boring being alone here anyway."

"Where's Sunkyu?"

"He's out courting Sulli again."

"Hmm. Puppy love."

"Yeah..."

"I had one when I was in grade school. Though she never really looked at me."

"Really, huh... It wasn't Seohyun?"

"Yeah. It was someone else. I was studying in U.S. when I was a kid then went back here for junior high school. That's when I met Seohyun."

"Where in U.S. then?"

"California."

"I see... Well, I studied there since kindergarten to senior high. Maybe we have met each other way back then, eh?"

"Hmmm. Maybe... But I assure you I'm not the Prince you were looking for."

I chuckled, "Silly. I no longer care for that guy, okay. Let's just stop talking about him."

"So... I assume he's your puppy love?"

"Hmmm. I guess that's how they call it... Yeah."

"It's quite a good thing you didn't end up with your puppy love, right? You ended up with your true love anyway."

"Yeah. Now I want nothing more but to be with Yuri 'til the end of time."

He then chuckled, "Now that's cheesy. I never thought having this kind of conversation with girls will really be so finger-curling."

"Hmph. Shut up. You're the one who opened such topic anyway."

"Right. Actually... I may be like this but sometimes, I'm really err-- Hopeless Romantic, I guess they call it like that."

"Nah. It looks to me you have such a female heart. You're so into sentimental things though you love boy stuff. And didn't you fell in love with a man before?"

"Yah! He wasn't a man at all, anyway! It was Seohyun all along..."

I couldn't help but giggle, "Sorry. It was just funny."

"Yeah. For all along I thought I was really gay way back then. It turned out I'm really a man."

"So... who's your puppy love, again?"

"That girl... Her name was Annie.
