"Do you know how to cook?"

"No sir."

"Wash dishes?"

"Err… I am not the one doing that at home but at least I'm knowledgeable about it."

"Don't tell me you don't even sweep floors?!"

"I. Uhhh. I do not, sir. But I certainly know how to do that!", I said proudly.

"Okay…"

"I'm hired??"

"NO, GET OUT!"

Pfft. Who am I kidding?

Even I would not hire myself. I don't even know how to cook instant noodles.

But don't judge me, okay. I'm not really that much of a princess.

...

Fine, maybe I am.

I came from a "slightly" rich family so we have maids to do those!

So anyways, let me introduce myself. I am no trouble. I am Stephanie Miyoung Hwang, but you can call me Tiffany, the only daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Hwang. I lived in the U.S. for almost half of my life. I decided to run away from home because my parents forced me to marry the only son of my dad's bestfriend. We are set to be engaged 13 months from now.

At first I do liked the idea. His mom told me he's a very pretty boy and we look perfect for each other. I only met him when I was 9. He's a chubby boy. Scratch that, a very very fat, not-so-good-looking boy whom like you'll never see without holding a snack. *Sigh*. Parents will really never say bad things about their children.

Alright, he's a bit cute, maybe, but not really the kind of cute I am looking for.

I know appearance is not only the factor to like someone. But come on, if you are in my place and forced to marry a complete stranger that looks like Snorlax, I bet you won't too.

Actually, I have another reason why I cannot accept that arrangement. I am in love with my prince. My first love. His name is...

Uhhh...

I sort of forgot his name. But let's just call him my 'Hero'. He was my knight in shining armor. I met him way back in 4th grade. I get bullied a lot in school and he was always there to save me from those lowlife bullies.

*flashback*

"Give me back my doll!"

"Oh whatcha gonna do huh? Cry?" The fat boy said. His other two friends started to pull my doll from both ends.

"Don't do that!" I started to cry hard. "Daddy! Mommy!"

"CRYBABY! CRYBABY!" They all chanted.

"Stop that." A boy wearing a knight-armor said.

"Oh. And who are you?" The fat boy demanded.

"I'm the Hero."

He wielded out his sword and defeated the three bullies only by himself.

*end of flashback*

What?

Believe me it's all true. Maybe minus the knight suit and the sword thingy but that's how I remember that moment. He was sooooo chivalrous.

And so, I fell for him. I like him. He likes me back. A typical puppy love for you, perhaps. But for me, it's eternal.
