Anyway, it's making me feel so amused that you guys are getting a little mad at Yoong. But don't judge the poor guy. I tell you, he's not a cheating betrayer or whatever because I love him so much (that's good enough of a reason, yes. Lolz). Okay, since it's my birthday today (happy lonely birthday, yay!), I will shower you guys YoonFany. Mwahahahahahahahaha

Tiffany POV

*8th-of-October*

"The monsieur has already arrived, Ms. Stephanie." Gregor, my butler, said as he entered my room.

"I see. Thanks, Greg."

"And also, Ms. Stephanie, you have a visitor."

"I already told you I don't want any visitors."

"I'm sorry but he--"

"Just tell him to leave that, I'm sick and can't engage even a little conversation right now."

"A-as you wish, Ms. Stephanie."

"Where's my son, by the way?"

"Master Sunkyu is at the garden playing."

"I see... Thanks. You can leave now."

He bowed and left. I then went back to staring outside the window.

*Sigh*. I know... I know my damned life has already begun.

Ever since the 29th of last month, the day my father demonstrated on me how he tortured Yuri, I'm losing the will to continue my normal ways of living gradually over time. My feeling was still tolerable on the first few days though. Yet, nowadays, it turned to the point I never like to hang out with my friends completely. I never actually do anything except for this... staying in my room and staring outside by the window from time to time.

Yes. I know... I'm starting to adapt the ways of life my mother has after losing her true love.

I walked out the balcony and Gregor was right, Sunkyu was there at the garden alone. Yet, he was not playing around. He was just sitting there staring over nothingness. *Sigh*. Now, I'm making my son sulk by himself too.

I decided to go down and approach him. Yet, when I was already a foot before going out to the garden, Sunkyu stood up and walked towards the outdoor table. My mother was there silently reading a novel and drinking her favorite tea. I hid myself behind the pillar.

Sunkyu sat down on the chair against my mother's. He rested his arms on the table with his chin resting on them. Silently, he just stared over my mom. Afterwards, she noticed his presence. "Can I help you?" she asked as she adjusted her reading glasses while looking at him.

He sighed loudly. "I don't know if you can, halmunee... I'm just stressed, so stressed right now."

She chuckled, "You talk like an old dude. What's your age again, child?"

"Ten. I'm already old, you know, halmunee. I'm already a teenager."

She went back to her reading, "A ten-ager, you mean to say."

"I'm already a teen. See? I already have a girlfriend. Though, appa didn't want me to see her so, we broke up a month ago but that doesn't matter. It's part of being a teen."

She closed her book and looked at him straight, "Sweetie, you having a girlfriend doesn't make you already a teenager. Teenage starts with thirteen, fourteen, fifteen... Notice the common suffix the numbers have?"

"Oh. I see... Now, I get it."

She reached for his hair and messed it. "Now, go back there and play."

"Nah... I'm not in the mood. Like I said, I'm so stressed right now."

"Alright then. Why is it so?"

He sighed loudly again, "Even if umma bought me lots of video games and Xbox too, I couldn't make myself get busy with them. I'm so stressed of thinking of her. She's always there in our room alone, staying there for the whoooooole day. Then, she doesn't eat much too. Have you noticed that?"

"Yeah, I sure noticed that too." mom responded as if playing along.

"And also, whenever I try to approach her and ask if she's okay, she's just gonna stare at me and not even talk. Then, she just hugs me tight. Then, afterwards, she cries but denies it from me. She's hiding her tears from me, I know, but I can hear her sobbing. I'm stressed, so stressed. I want to cry too but, I held it in. I'm the man of our family, I should not cry and show her I'm weak. I can protect her myself without appa."

She stared at him in sympathy. Then, she tried to cheer him up, "It may be just in your mind. You shouldn't worry that much on your umma. She looks fine to me though. She might just be on a diet that's why she doesn't eat much lately."

"No, no, halmunee. I called Yoong-hyung, I called Hyoyeon-noona, I called Sooyoung-hyung, I called Sunny-noona, and they're all saying umma's not hanging out with them anymore. See? It's not only me. And also, my umma will never go on a diet, okay. She loves junk foods so much that even my appa keeps on scolding her about it back then."

"Well... maybe, she's going through a lot of things in her mind right now."

"Yeah, right... But we're just the same anyway. My appa's there at that dangerous prison while my umma's going to get married to the guy she doesn't love. Then, my ex-girlfriend didn't want to get back together with me. See? I even have more problems than her."

All of a sudden a pair of hands covered my eyes. "Guess who?" he asked.

I removed his hands away. Yet, I was startled. I thought it was Yuri. Yoong, apparently, cut his hair short and almost the same style Yuri always has.

"Stop being childish, Yoong. How did you get inside?"

"Of course, I'm an awesome person. I can do extraordinary things."

"Stop bothering me and just go home." I gazed back at my mom and son.

"You shouldn't stress out Sunkyu that much." he said. "Look at him. He's having wrinkles on his forehead just by thinking of you. Tsk tsk. For a ten-year old..."

"Shut up. Aissh- Just go away, Yoong."

He rested his arm over my shoulders then grinned widely, "Nope. I won't."

I sighed in defeat. He redirected to the two. "But, at least, look at that. Grandmother and grandson bonding."

I smiled, "Yeah. My mom's finally smiling genuinely..."

"So, she isn't really smiling at all?"

"For all of her life together with us, yes. There was once when we talked about her past but, that was only one-time. It didn't happen anymore until now."

"Hmmm... Maybe it's destined."

I looked at him, "Huh?"

"I mean, for Sunkyu to live in this house... Maybe, he will be the key for, you know, your mother to smile again."

"Yeah. Maybe you're right."

Then, removed his arm on me and stepped forward to show himself to Kyu, "Hey there, kiddo."

Sunkyu looked at him in total shock at first. Then, he finally snapped out and ran excitedly towards him, "Yoong-hyung!" He hugged him tight and started to cry.

He knelt down, "What's wrong?"

Kyu pouted as he rubbed his eyes, "Y-you *sniff-sniff* you look like appa. Why did you change your hair?"

"I err-- sorry about that. I just thought short one will fit me."

"Yeah it does. But you look like appa now. Grow your hair long. Only appa can have that hair."

He sighed, "You're really like your mother, always against the hairstyles I want to sport." Then, he stood up and went near my mom. "Good morning, Mrs. Hwang." Then, he bowed at her.

"Good morning too, and you are?"
