Another Short Story:

"Dad..."

"Yes?"

"..."

"Is something wrong?"

"My girlfriend... she cheated on me. And what's worse, it's with one of my classmates!"

"Oh. I see... That's too bad son... But, tell me, do you really love that girl?"

"Yes, of course."

"Then, give her a second chance."

"What?! Hell no. I've already been hurt too much so, why torture myself even more?"

"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. you are really my son... You see, in love there's always a second chance. Actually, not just two, but many many chances."

"Pfft. don't tell me you cheated on mom back then?"

"No. Actually, your mom was the one who cheated on me."

"Ehhh? Mom did that to you? Are you serious?"

"Yes. And note, it was with my best friend! That in' jerk... I will give him his death if he'll dare touch my wife ever again!"

"Don't tell me it's Uncle---"

"Yes, it's your uncle, your godfather!"

"Okay, dad, calm down. Take a deep breath."

"I'm sorry, son. It was really just a bad past for me."

"So… how did you find out mom and uncle were cheating on you then?"

"Err-- uhh-- uhhmm-- I just felt it, I think? You know, like a man's instinct?"

"Really? So, you didn't have a valid, actual proof that mom cheated on you?"

"Err- sort of, but! It wasn't really like that. You see, it all started when…"

Yuri POV

*13th-of-October*

Blood.

I long for bloodbath.

"Yuri, enough!"

I will kill them all.

"Boss stop it!"

No.

"Hyung, stop it! You're gonna get in bigger trouble!"

I will kill him. Just him.

"Are you really trying to kill them, boss?!"

That ing betrayer.

"Yuri!"

I will give him his death once I'll get out of here.

"Kwon Yuri!" Sir Vincent gripped my wrist to stop me from punching my Block C subordinate. "This is enough!"

I swatted his arm away. Then, I shouted at everyone who were watching, "Anyone else here who will try to disobey my law, will face his very own death in an instant!"

"..."

"Do you all ing understand?!"

"Yes boss!" They all said and bowed at me.

"I don't want any more riot in this building. This will be the ing last time!"

"Yes boss!"

I went out of Block C. Sir Vincent and Tao followed behind. "What the hell was that, hyung?!" Tao asked.

"It does not ing concern you, Tao. Go mind your own block."

"No, no! That was insane. You almost killed your inmate!"

I stopped from walking and faced him, "Can't you just shut the up?! It's my block, my rules, I can do whatever I want with them!"

Tao bit his lip and was about to punch me. Yet, Sir Vincent interfered and held his wrist. "That is enough. Both of you. Don't you dare start a commotion here or else, this might trigger a war between your blocks."

He withdrew his hand back. "Sorry, hyung."

"I'm sorry too."

Sir Vincent then snapped, "Good. Now, let's head back to our cell."

"Yuri." Sir Vincent snapped while the three of us are eating lunch inside the 'suite'. "Tell me, what was your problem?"

"Nothing."

"You never acted like that to your block since only now. That's very unusual of you to settle everything in violence."

Tao then added, "Yeah, hyung, you freaking crushed the face of your five subordinates earlier. Two even got fractured ribs according to the prison's doctor."

I answered, "They didn't follow my rules. They deserved to be punished."

"Yuri." Sir Vincent called me again.

"..."

"You're not telling us something. What is it?"

"..."

"What's bothering you?"

I stared at him first. I can see he's really eager on hearing my answer.

I sighed in defeat, "Remember the guy who I was with when I first got imprisoned here?"

"Oh. Yes. That Im Yoong, you say?"

"Yes."

"So, what about him?"

"I dreamed of him and Tiffany... They... They were making out inside his car then afterwards, even more..."

With that, the both of them laughed so hard, "HAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!"

"You're so funny, hyung!" Tao said while holding his stomach.

"I cannot believe this." Sir Vincent snapped and continued chuckling.

"Ya. What's so funny with what I said?"

"Seriously, hyung? You decided to almost kill your men just because of a silly little dream?"

"Silly?!" I stood and held him on his collar, "Who the are you to call my dream silly?!"

"Yuri, let Tao go and sit down." Sir Vincent ordered as he looked at me sullenly. "I will not hesitate in hurting you right now if you continue that attitude of yours."

I complied. Tao then stood up. "I guess you're not up for any jokes today. I'll just come back when you already stopped on PMS-ing, hyung. Bye. Bye pops." And he left the cell.

"You're starting to absorb the bad atmosphere of this place, Yuri."

"You are supposed to set as an example to everyone. If you have problems yourself, deal it on your own. Don't let it out like what you did earlier. Let me remind you, you were abducted here because you were framed up, not because you did a horrendous crime. In other words, you are not a criminal, you're only an innocent gotten pinpointed. Do you understand?"

"Yes... I... I'm sorry, Sir Vincent, I--"

"I know it's frustrating...Well, we have zero percent news about the outside world. It will really consume you especially when you have love ones out there. But nevertheless, you have to maintain your good moral here until the very end of your sentence. That is the secret for you to survive in this place for long."

"Now, tell me. I know it was just a simple dream of yours. But, I don't think you will react that way if something between you and him didn't happen before."

"I am actually a pretty much intelligent person. And, actually, I was smarter than your father, kid. Why else would he hire me as his adviser if I wasn't?"

"No. The Kwons value money so much that even if you're a friend, you will get cut out if you didn't do your job right. So, mind answer me now, kid?"
