"It's been a while since we had a date." Tiffany snapped from the passenger seat.

"Yeah. It sure is..." Though, I hope there will be no more unfortunate events to happen for this day. "And I'm glad you agreed to let me take our new car for this day."

"Well, I don't want to spoil our outfits by riding the truck instead, you know. That doesn't go well."

I chuckled, "Good thinking."

"But promise me, this will be the last time we'll be using this car."

"Oh come on. Just give that up already. No matter how you look at it, there's nothing suspicious on my dad's intention."

"Yuri. We can't just ac---"

"I know, I know. We can't accept all these good things my dad gives us because their extremely unbelievable. But, can't we just give him a shot? It's been more than a month and nothing's bad happening on both of us."

She sighed, "Yeah, you're right. I must've been thinking too much."

"You know what? We should just relax for this day, okay? Let's not think about anything else but only ourselves. What do you say?"

Her eyes formed like perfect crescents as she smiled on me. "Yes, you're right. This day is our special day. Let's not ruin it with negative thoughts."

"That's the spirit."

After few minutes of driving, we finally arrived at the front of the Italian restaurant. And you will not believe it this time. That restaurant was on fire, as in literally!

"Whoa, whoa. This cannot be happening!" I got out of the car and asked a man watching the fire, "Excuse me, sir. What exactly happened here?"

"The fire is at the back kitchen. Rumor has it, the cook made out with someone, ending up the meal he was cooking got burned and that's where the fire started. Good thing, everyone got outside safely before the whole thing's damn hell on fire!"

"Oh. Th-thanks for the info."

Damn it. How could this happen to me?! It's like I have this jinx that I can never go on with my plan perfectly.

"Come on let's just go somewhere else." Tiffany snapped beside me.

"But I already paid the reservation here."

"Err- okay. Do you want to wait for this whole thing to be burnt down completely first so we can eat afterwards?"

"Alright, let's go somewhere else."

"Why don't we go to that favorite jajangmyun shop of ours instead?"

"Jajangmyun? Seriously?"

"Yeah. Come on. Don't you remember in that place was when the second time you treated me food back then? It will be great to just spend our lunch there."

"Okay... but I promise you then." I held her hand and kissed it. "Fancy dinner tonight."

She giggled. "Okay, lover boy."

*At-the-jajangmyun-shop-two-blocks-away*

"Mmmm~ gosh I miss this." Tiffany uttered as she finished her first bite of her favorite jajangmyun.

"I'm sorry if I could only bring you here. It wasn't supposed to be like this."

"Nah, it's okay. I prefer to eat here anyway. Besides, isn't it romantic we're spending our lunch here?"

"Oh I see. I never thought a loud and crowded small place can be that romantic. Or this is exactly the very definition of romantic to you?"

"Oh, stop it, Yuri-yah. I am just saying we had a history in this place and that what makes this romantic."

"Aishh- I still cannot believe that resto had no fire safety measures. Seriously, a high class resto like that burnt down so easy? You've got to be kidding me."

"It was all just an unfortunate event, okay. It's not like an arsonist burned down that restaurant for his own desire. Forget about it."

"Yeah right but my plan was ruined!"

"We still have the rest of the day. I'm sure it will be completely fine."

*Sigh*. "I hope you're right..."

"Anyway, I want to tell you something."

"What is it?"

"Sunkyu and I went to the prison to visit Tao yesterday AND when our conversation went deeper, he told me the truth that he knew all along that I was his long lost sister."

"Really? But why he decided to join Seohyun on kidnapping you then?"

"He said it will be better for him to take good care of me under Seo's custody instead as that girl's really unstoppable even if he'll try to stop that incident beforehand."

"That's great then. So, it only just means... you were really safe back then? Like you're never gonna die even if we didn't try to save you?"

"Now, what's this? You're regretting your efforts on saving me?!"

"Whoa, whoa. I didn't say that."

"But you just said that impliedly!"

"Relax. I'm just trying to mess with you. But really, I'm really grateful to him. Who knows what those other kidnappers will do to you? What if they harass or molest you or something."

She chuckled, "You know, that's what Tao has been worried of too that's why he took the job."

"Your brother sure is a nice guy. Tell him my thanks when you visit him again."

"Sure... Anyway, Where are you taking me next?"

"Hmmm. It's a secret."

Though I hope no more jinx. No more jinx, no more jinx, please...

*An-hour-later-at-Lotte-Theater-House*

"WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU SCHEDULED MY RESERVATION IN THE NEXT WEEK?!"

"I am so sorry, sir. I have mistaken what you said on the phone to 9th instead of 29th." the theater manager responded.

"You could have called me again for clarification!"

"Unfortunately, sir, we only call for confirmation if it will be three days left before the reserved date."

"Then, mister, you just have to renew your policy!"

"I am so sorry again, sir."

Tiffany nudged my arm then whispered, "Yuri, it's okay. Let's just go."

"Go and get my plan ruined again?!"

"Look. Let's just go out for a stroll... maybe in the park! Don't you remember we love doing that back then?"

I sighed loudly, "Alright. Fine."

"Cheer up, lover boy. Our day's not over yet." She then excitedly grabbed my hand and dragged me out of the theater. Unluckily, as we just got out, it rained all of a sudden. It was sure damn raining hard.

She looked at me. "So... wanna go watch movie inside?"

"I'm sorry. All of my plans for us today are getting ruined one by one."

"Oh, don't say sorry, Yuri-yah. I'm actually enjoying this day, I swear." Tiffany responded.
