Tiffany POV

I can still feel his embrace. I can still feel his body pressed against mine. I can still imagine his breathing touched my hair.

Why...?

What was that back hug for...?

Why are you making me so confused about you...?

After my encounter with Yuri at the balcony, I headed to my assigned room and lied down on the bed while waiting for lunch call. I couldn't get myself to interact with anyone right now. I'd rather be alone for the moment. Yet, as much as I try to think, to try to explain to myself, to at least analyze his action towards me earlier, I couldn't get myself to comprehend his actions at all...

I need answers... I really do... But, he never gives me one at all... He never does... All he does is to be cold towards me... Now, this...? Was he really just playing with my feelings...?

Someone knocked at the door. "Tiffany?" Yoong snapped from the other side. "Are you awake? Lunch is ready."

"Alright. Go ahead. I'll be right over. I'll just change clothes."

"Okay."

I arrived at the dining hall. Everyone was already here. I sat between my son and fiancé. As the lunch was served and we started to eat,  I couldn't help but glance over my ex-boyfriend from time to time.

Yuri acted as if nothing unusual happened between us earlier. It was all back to the way he was, back to the version of his self. Throughout lunch, he's been doing nothing but flirt and cuddle with Jessica, tease Sooyoung and Taeng, and sometimes joke around with Yoong with regards to the past. Oh. And he's even back on annoying me around like, you know, making fun of me. But, I disregarded that. I want to see through him. I need some answers.

And then... on one moment... I noticed something...

It was the way he looked at his fiancé... It was... It was the very same way when he looks at me before... back when we were still together...

I excused myself and headed for the restroom. I locked the door to make sure no one will get to see me. For some stupid reason, tears shed from my eyes. I cried myself silently.

It hurts. It ing damn hurts...

He was playing with my feelings. That back hug was nothing. That was all nothing. Why are you so stupid, Tiffany? Why are you so ing stupid?

He was just playing with you. That's it. He's back here just to toy with you, to hurt you more. He fell in love with your best friend just to hurt you more. Isn't it too obvious already? That's the answer you've been trying to seek. He just wanted to hurt you...

I looked at myself in the mirror. I couldn't help but laugh at myself. You're stupid. Stop looking at something and assume that there is something more to it. It's all nothing but a simple gesture, Tiffany. Nothing. All nothing.

You got played, you idiot. There's no more reason for you to still seek for him, for the truth. He's trash. He deserves nothing but your hate.

Right. That's it.

Apparently, after lunch, we were gathered in an event hall of the rest house. FYI, when I say house, it's not just a house. It's a big damn hell of a giant mansion in the middle of snowy part of land here in Japan. The vicinity of the place is soooo big. It caters a man-made hot spring inside the place. Then, at the side was a skiing area, a cable car for transport to the top of the nearby mountain. There's also an ice skating rink in the backyard. There's a gym for fitness and sports too. Oh. And there's a big giant garden, somewhat looking like a forest. It was a big barricaded forest, much more looking like the 'Forty-fourth Training Ground' in Naruto, also known as the 'Forest of Death'. And that last place I mentioned is the one Hyoyeon's going to expound right now...

"Alright, everyone!" Hyoyeon shouted in a very gleeful manner. "I gathered all of you here today for the first event of our little vacation trip here in Japan." She then cleared . Afterwards, one of the servants opened the giant LCD screen and flashed pictures of the place's garden-slash-forest. "This place is going to be the venue for our first event." She smirked mischievously. "Paintball!"

"YESSSSSSSSS!!!" all the boys cheered. Then, Yoong realized something, "Wait. We're nine here. The teams are unbalanced if it's team versus team."

"Yes, you're right, Mister Im." Hyoyeon responded.

"So, what? You're gonna make three teams or you're not gonna play and just officiate or---?"

"Duh. Of course, I will play! And I will not split teams into three. We will continue what we all previously agreed upon at Hwaseng Activity Grounds weeks ago. Two teams for three rounds."

"Both teams are going to be unbalanced, okay!" Taeyeon snapped in annoyance.

"Aisishhh--- relax, you idiots! Do you think that didn't cross my mind, huh?!" She then sighed deeply to calm herself down. She afterwards snapped, "Alright. To answer all of your curiosity, I invited someone else. She'll be here any minute now..." She then stared at her watch as she raises her other hand, signaling for us to wait.

"Any minute now..."

...

"Okay, any minute now..."

...

"Alright, she's about to come out..."

...

"Okay, she's almost here..."

...

She then chuckled nervously, "Any minute..."

"DAMN IT, WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?!?!?!"

With the usual grumpiness of Hyoyeon, the visitor she's been expecting finally came out. The door of the entrance to this event hall opened widely then a very familiar woman came inside and greeted cheerfully, "Hello everyone!It's nice to see you all again!"

"Seohyun?!"/"Joohyun?!"/"Seoyeong?!"/"Psycho?!"

Well, we sort of said different names at the same time when we all saw her in terrible shock. She got so many names and aliases, okay. Couldn't help it. But, yeah, the Psycho-nickname? Hahaha-- Jessica shouted that one.

But, yeah, to avoid confusion, let's call her uhhmmm--- Seohyun... Or maybe Psycho? Hmm... It will depend on the situation then.

"Wow, that sure is a very warm welcome for me." Seohyun snapped back. She looked at Hyoyeon. "Sorry, unnie. I was too hungry so I ate lunch first at the mountaintop restaurant. Anyway, what's the deal?" And before Hyoyeon could react, she noticed all of us one by one and cheered as she greeted each."Oh, Yuri-oppa!" She quickly had the latter in a very tight embrace. "Gosh~ I missed you so much!"

When they broke away, she noticed Jessica. "." she snapped.

"Psycho." Jessica responded in annoyance.

Then, she finally noticed me. "Tiffany-unnie!" She jumped onto me and hugged me tightly. I felt shivers down my spine. "Oh my gosh! It's been years since we last see each other! I miss you so much!" She then broke away and cupped my face. "When was the last time? When I kidnapped you?"

"Err-- uhmmm--- yeah???"

"Oh gosh~ It's been six years, right? Aww~ I missed you~" She hugged me again.

Weird. She's weird. She's so damn weird as always! And crazy!

"You've become so pretty! A little ier too! I remember you still having a few baby fats the last time I abducted you. Now, you looked so matured! You're so pretty~" She then glared over Jessica. "Unlike someone here who became too ugly."

Jessica then retorted, "Who? You?"

"Not me! You!" Seohyun shouted back in anger. She then redirected back on looking at everyone. "Whoa. Sunkyu is that you?!" She quickly hugged him. "My gosh~ You've become taller and so grown up now!" She cupped his face. "You're so handsome too. Just like a very cute mix of your mother and your father~" She then quickly kissed my son on his forehead which the latter immediately wiped with his backhand.

Then, she noticed Yoong. She greeted in a pretty much professional-sounding way, "Mister Im."

"Miss Seo." Yoong responded.

She then walked a little farther and finally noticed Taeyeon. "Oh. Hi!"

He smiled, "Hi there, Seohyun."

"I missed you so much, oppa."

He chuckled, "I sure missed you too."

Then, all of a sudden, Seohyun wrapped her arms around him and captured his lips. Taeyeon looked startled about what she did. Oh. So are the rest of us, particularly Sunny. She looked too shocked, too much in disbelief with her jaw totally dropped down and totally opened.

Seohyun finally broke away. She even her lips in the end. Taeyeon blushed slightly too. Then, she finally noticed Sooyoung and Sunny. "Oh, hi there, Sooyoung oppa... And???"

Sunny went back to her composure. She offered her hand for a shake and the former accepted. "Sunny. Sunny Lee." It seems that she shook Seohyun's hand so forcefully and tightly that as they withdrew their hands away, Seohyun kinda looked like hurt a little.

"Alright!" Hyoyeon shouted to call everyone else's attention. "I think we're all done with the greetings. It's time for our first event! Paintball!"

[PAINTBALL WARS FIRST BATTLE: Girls versus Boys]

Team Girls: Tiffany, Jessica, Hyoyeon, Sunny, Seohyun

Team Boys: Yoong, Yuri, Taeyeon, Sooyoung, Sunkyu

I had my sniper paintball gun already aimed for my first target. It was Taeyeon hiding behind a bush from 45 meters afar. My team's apparently gathered here at the top of an elevated land inside the area, behind a bush as well. It was a damn hell of a snowy forest and we're all given kind-of-like-white military camouflage suits, pretty much applicable for this kind of war-zone.

I was about to fire my gun on Taeng when all of a sudden, I heard chuckles and giggles behind me. Yeah, I've gotten distracted. Apparently, Jessica, Hyoyeon, Seohyun, and Sunny are just chatting behind my back, talking about the pesky Kardashian sisters while drinking hot teas! While me? Jessica freaking gave me hot coffee! A freaking super strong coffee! Arrrghhhhhh!

I looked at them in disbelief, "So, you're all just going to sit behind me, do nothing and just chat about stupid things?!"

"Uhhmm- yes?" Seohyun answered innocently.

I glared at my best friend and shouted in so much anger, "And why mine's coffee, JESSICA?!"

She smiled annoyingly. She patted my back forcefully. "See? It's working now. Right, Tiff? You're so much agitated. We need you to be like this so I gave you coffee. Tea will just make your muscle kind of relaxed. That will be unfavorable for us."

"For us or for all four of you?!"

"Err-- yeah, that one's much more accurate."

"So, all of you are just going to use me, huh?!"

"Uhhmm- yes?" Hyoyeon answered innocently too.

Sunny then went near and tapped my shoulder. "Bestie."

"Don't you dare 'bestie'-'bestie' me! You're all bunch of users!"

She forcefully turned me to face back the battlefield. "This is now your chance, bestie."

"ing chance on what?!"

"On revenge."

"..."

"Look. Bestie. Who are we currently facing? That ing , right? That Yuri? The one who hurt you so much?"

"..."

"Imagine his annoying proud face if he beats you in this game. Remember how much he's been underestimating your sharpshooter skills? Show him what you got, sistah."

"..."

"You don't need us four. You can sure beat those boys and that jackass singlehandedly."

"Right."

She chuckled, "That's the spirit."

"Right. I can do this on my own."

"Now, go. It's time for you to shine."

"I can handle this. You girls better just sit back there and keep quiet. This will be done in a snap."

"We're counting on you, bestie." Hyoyeon uttered.

I focused back on my first target. 40 to 45 meters afar, Taeyeon switched to hiding in another. I found another target. Sooyoung's around 10 meters near Taeyeon at a branch of a tree. His angle is somewhat harder to aim at so I have to get near. But, yeah, I wouldn't be wasting my time on losing my first target. I quickly shot Taeyeon. I successfully got him hit on his chest.

One down.
