Today is a special day for me and my wife. IT’S OUR FOURTEENTH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY BABY! Yeah! Well, I know that fourteen years is not that hardcore yet for we have to reach fifty for us to be able to say that we are really a kick couple. But then again, surpassing the crucial ten year mark is already an achievement. We know that if it’s not for our hard work, teamwork, love and long patience, we wouldn’t be where we are today. These four year bonus can be called “The Bomb” already.

OK. So for today, I would do what I do best. Yes, I’ll surprise her like I’ve never surprised her before. Well, ________ and I kinda had this agreement that we will not celebrate our anniversary in a grand way anymore for we have been celebrating it at its max for the past fourteen years already. This is also our way of saving our money. Honestly, I’ve never followed this agreement even once for I just can’t help but give her awesome surprises and gifts, though she keeps on telling me to not do it anymore. After all, she cannot do anything about my surprise once she’s already there and once I’ve given my gift to her already.

“Good Morning” Dami-noona answered after a few rings.

“Noona! It’s Jiyong” I told her and I can hear Omma and Appa talking on her end.

“Oh! Wae?” she asked.

“Do you know what date it is?” I asked cheerfully and she went silent for a while.

“OMO! It’s your wedding anniversary!” she shrieked, making me giggle.

“Neh noona…it’s the twenty-fifth…_________ and I are already fourteen years married” I told her proudly and I can already imagine the smile on her face.

“Aigoo…I’m so happy and proud for the both of you…fourteen years of pure love and extreme understanding and patience….yaaa….________ is really the woman of the century…..up till now I still cannot believe that she was able to handle you… I mean…you know how much I love you Jiyongie…but your craziness and sometimes stupid attacks can really bring a human being on the brink of insanity….and fourteen years of being with you day and night…every hour of everyday…I don’t think I can last” my loving noona said and I laughed so hard.

I know that I’m not the best man this world has ever produced and I have my own fair share of stupidity and craziness, but one thing is for sure, the love that I’m giving my wife twenty four hours a day, four weeks a month and three hundred sixty five days a year is what’s keeping her sane. ________ is not only the woman of the century for me, rather, she’s the woman of my eternity. Just by thinking that she was able to handle give birth and take care of seven kids, now going nine, is unbelievable. Not to mention all the that happened to us because of Lauren and all the villains that come and goes in our story.

“What are you planning to do now?” noona asked after teasing me and basically annoying me.

“I want to bring her to Café Isabella with the kids…you know so well how much she’s missing that place and she’s really dying to bring all the seven kids there…..ah! I want to relive my proposal to her…you’ve got it on tape….right?” I asked.

“Neh…I still have it here…so that’s it? No expensive things?” she asked and I started thinking.

Actually, I’m not really planning on buying a gift for her. One reason is, I can’t think of any material things to give already coz I’ve given her everything. If only I can give her the world, I will but of course, that’s not possible.

“You know what your wife wants?” noona asked and started laughing.

“Yah noona! Do you mind telling me first what you’re thinking before you laugh?” I asked and she catches her breath.

“Jiyong-ah! This will really crack you up” she said in between laughs.

“What?” I asked impatiently.

“________ will really love it if you’ll give her Lauren’s head…in that way…her mind will be at peace already” she said and we both cracked up laughing.

“I’m sure she will love that…if only it’s possible” I said.

Well, I know that if there’s one thing that my wife would truly love, it’s Lauren giving her some peace. In all fairness to that girl, she’s already trying to get back in shape but I still don’t trust her simply because she is already hopeless.

So the plan is actually simple. I’m going to leave our house in an hour with our kids. Dami-noona will take care of the things on Café Isabella and the kids will take part in the event. I know that leaving _________ alone here is a bit risky for she’s not in a stable condition yet, but there’s no need to worry for I’ll ask Daryl and Railey to watch over her. Those two have been bugging me about my plan for days now and I know that they’re up to whatever I trip on doing.

“Dad? Why are you here so early?” Isabella asked the moment she saw me peeked inside their room.

“Morning baby girl!” I greeted with a wide smile on my face.

“Morning dad! They’re still sleeping…so let’s keep our volumes down…you can take a sit there” she pointed at a small pink chair and I do what I was told.

I know that it’s a bit weird to be following a little kid, but my daughter is really the cutest whenever she gives orders for she’s all smiles at you. Aigoo. Seeing my four girls just reminded me of the fourteen years that their mum and I have shared together.

“Do you know what date it is?” I asked and she looked at the calendar on the wall.

“It’s November twenty five dad” she answered and I just smiled at her.

“What’s with the smile dad? You look so happy” she said and I pinched her cheeks.

“I really am” I said “Because…it’s your mum and I’s anniversary today” I told her and she gasped in surprise.

“Really? Is it today? OH MY!” she shrieked, totally waking the girls up.

“What is the noise all about unnie?” Gabby asked with her eyes still closed.

“Wake up girls! WAKE UP!” Isabella shouted and I shook my head for her to stop.

“WAKE UP!” she stood up from her seat and went to the girls’ beds, she slapped their butts and Gabby fired back with a kick.

“Aigoo!” I said and stopped my daughter from being Jackie Chan.

What can I say? This house is just so full of estrogen and they are really fighting like total amazonas. I’m telling you, if I’m not here and Isabella happens to bug the other girls to wake up, I’m so sure that they’ll be kicking each other till one of them cries.

“Dad!” Gabby said as I grabbed her foot to stop her from kicking.

“Stop kicking your sister” I said and she sat up.

“Why are you here dad?” she asked while rubbing
