Jieun's POV

"Oppa I'm homeee~" I sing-songed when I opened the door. I came home with bags of clothes and food after shopping alone.

"Hey Jieunnie~" Seungho Oppa replied.

"Oh! I didn't know we have guest." I said, rather embarrassed at how I greeted Oppa.

"Hello~" I bowed a little at the guest.

"Jieun ah~ Come sit." Oppa gestured me to sit beside him. Auntie helped me with my shopping bags and placed the food on the table.

"Your sister is cute." The guest said. Why is it that they always behave like that?! 

"Shut up. Don't hit on her, she's taken." Oppa threw a cushion at his face but he managed to dodge it though. Fast reflex.

"What? I'm just saying~" The guest said.

"Fine whatever, Jieun ah~ This is Joon, also from MBLAQ, one of my partners." Oppa introduced him to me.

"Oh, hello-" I didn't know how to call him but before I could continue, that Joon guy cut me off.

"Just call me Joonie Oppa." He smiled. Joonie oppa? Isn't that a little too cute for his image? I gave Oppa a look.

"You can call him whatever you want or whatever he wants." Oppa said.

"Hello Joonie- Oppa." I greeted.

"Aigoo so cute~" This oppa is seriously weird.

"Behave! Stop flirting with her!" Oppa scolded jokingly.

"I'm just being friendly." Joonie Oppa shrugged his shoulders. Their friendship sure is unique.

"Oppa did you fight?" I asked when I saw a small cut above his eyebrows.

"Oh... It's nothing big~" He assured me.

"I'll get a band aid for you." I said as I dug my bag for one.

"You carry them around?" Oppa asked.

"Yeah, Daehyun put them in for me, afraid that I might get blisters from walking too much or get clumsy or something." I scratched the back of my neck.

"Woah~ Knowing Daehyun for so long, I didn't know he's this caring." Joonie oppa said. I smiled.

"Jieun ah~ Listen, I've warned the Dark Tigers and taught them a lesson but somehow they found out that I'm defending you. They don't know that you're my sister though. I know they are gonna create trouble for you so from now on, Joon will protect you." Oppa said. I was in shock. I'm gonna be in trouble?

"Don't worry. He's a good fighter. His muscles are not for show, they're really useful." Oppa said.

"But what about Daehyun? How would he react when he knows there's another guy following me around? How am I going to explain to him? There is no way I'm gonna tell him the truth, after hiding from him for so long." I said, feeling worried.

"Don't worry, I've got it." Oppa said.

"You don't have to take me as another 'guy'. You can take me as your shopping buddy or a friend!" Joonie oppa said. I kind of like the sound of that.

"Or if you don't like me following you around, I can always follow you from a distance, I'll make sure you won't even know I'm around." He added, sounding really hurt.

"Aww, I'm not like that! A new friend then!" I said. Finally, some company!

"Look at how happy you look at the mention of a new friend, like a kid." Oppa pinched my cheeks.

"Aye~ Oppa!" I whined.

"Okay, let's eat! I bought a lot of delicious food!" I said as I dragged oppa to the table.

The next day Joonie oppa went shopping with me and we just strolled around town. I was so paranoid. I kept thinking that there were Dark Tigers members lingering around on the streets and it seemed like Joonie Oppa noticed my uneasiness.

"Hey, relax. I'm here. I promised your bro I won't let anything happen to you. See this? Those bunch of losers are no match for me." Joonie oppa said as he flexed his muscles, smiling. He's so silly. I lightened up a little though I really wished that Daehyun was the one protecting me instead.

"Oppa, I feel bad. I feel like I'm taking up your time." I said.

"Silly! Don't need to feel bad! I take this as a break. How often can I walk around town like that? Not very often." He said.

"I'm heading over to Daehyun's restaurant now. Do you want to come with me? If not, you could leave first. I think Daehyun will protect me fine." I said.

"I'll walk you there first, at least I know you've safely reached before I leave okay?" He said. I nodded.

While walking, he told me more about Seungho oppa, how scary he was. 

"I better hope I'll not get on his bad side." I muttered. Oppa laughed.

"He won't do anything to you! He loves you a lot." He said. I smiled. I know, I can feel it. It's genuine.

When we reached, I invited him in. I'm sure Daehyun wouldn't mind.

"Daehyunnie!" I said I as covered his eyes from the back.

"So playful~" He said as he spun around and gave me a kiss.

"Joonie hyung?" He said as he saw him.

"Hi~" Oppa waved.

"What are you doing here?" Daehyun asked, curious.

"I went shopping with your girl." He said. Daehyun raised his eyebrow.

"Gosh, I don't mean it that way." He said.

"Oppa found someone to accompany me shopping." I said, looking around. The restaurant looks really pretty now with the interior done up. I was relieved they didn't do more damage to his baby.

"That I can understand but why hyung?" Daehyun asked.

"He probably likes shopping too." I said, touching the wallpaper. 

"What?" I said when I felt Daehyun looking at me.

"I don't think it's that simple." Daehyun said as he approached me.

"What trouble did you get into?! He's in MBLAQ for goodness sake. How could he be so free to accompany you to shop?" Daehyun said in a deep voice while his arms were around my shoulders.

"I didn't get into any trouble!" I said.

"Then?" He asked, looking at Joonie Oppa. He was busy taking a look at the restaurant.

"Okay okay, I'll say." I said.

"Spill." He 'commanded'.

"Oppa fought with a gang. He's afraid that they would harm me so he gets Joonie oppa to accompany me. That's all." I said.

"Really? That's all? You're not hiding anything from me?" He said, eyeing me.

"Really, that's all. How complicated do you think things would be?" I asked.

"So what's your relationship with him?" Daehyun asked. This boy, I knew where this was heading.

"Oppa said that he's my bodyguard but I would like to think of him as a shopping buddy, nothing more, Daehyunnie." I smiled.

"It better be nothing more." Daehyun grumbled.

"You look like a grumpy old man." I made fun of him.

"Yah!" He armlocked my neck.

"A handsome one. Happy?" I said. He released his grips around my neck and I escaped.

"Wait- Yah! I'm not old!" He yelled after realising what I really meant. Hahaha~ He's so cute.

"This place is really nice and cosy! Once it's open, I'll drop by and check it out~" Joonie oppa said.

"I think you're safe now. I'll make a move first. Bye Daehyun, bye Jieunnie!" He waved and left.

"Jieunnie? He calls you Jieunnie?" Daehyun asked as I skipped into his kitchen to take a fork while he followed behind me.

"Why can't he? I'm cute!" I said as I did peace signs at the sides of my eyes. 

"Yea~ So cuteee!" He said as he pinched my cheeks. 

"I bought cheesecake for you!" I said. His face brightened up.

"What is that expression supposed to mean? You look happier seeing cheesecake than seeing me! That's it! I'm not coming anymore." I said.

"What?! You obviously don't know how gloomy my day was before you came." He showed me the most gloomy expression he could make. I laughed at his attempt.

"Eat up!" I said, feeding him.

"So how's everything? Going smoothly?" I asked.

"Yeah! I think I can open on the official date!" Daehyun said. He sounded so happy. I'm glad.

"How long is Joonie hyung gonna be your bodyguard?" Daehyun asked suddenly.

"I don't know, until the situation dies down I guess." I said.

"Then I hope it dies down soon, like tomorrow or something." He said seriously.

"Are you jealous?" I looked at him. 

"What? I just don't like another having another guy so close to you." He grumbled.

"But I like seeing you jealous!" I teased.

(Daehyun's expression)

"Really? Then maybe I should make you jealous too." He smiled.

"Aww no!" I whined pecking his cheek. 

"There is only space for one person here." I said pointing to my heart. So cheesy~ He tried to hide his smile but failed.

SUPER SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT FOR THIS CHAPTER. I was having serious mental block and didn't know how to proceed on from the previous chapter. I find this chapter lame but~ Whatever~ I hope I'll be able to write more interesting stuff. I find the sequel lower than my expectations~ I hope it'll get better...
