“Would you mind?” You asked a little bit annoyed as you tried to finish your lunch. But the only thing he could do was stare at you like an idiot as you ate. It was slowly starting to get onto your nerves, that he was following you everywhere and that he just couldn’t leave you alone. At one way you thought it was cute that he just kept on going even though you had already shot him down so many times before, but on the other hand he was really pushing your limits. He was drawing the blood from under your nails and it annoyed you that he walked behind you each time he had the chance to do so. But you had never met a guy before who had tried so hard to be with you, to just have you say yes on one date. You looked at him before sighing in defeat, he was never going to leave before the next bell would ring. With an annoyed expression you grabbed your bottle and drank a sip of your water, replacing the fluid in your mouth from left to right before swallowing, the movement seemed to calm you down. When you had decided to transfer to this school this wasn’t really what you had had in mind. 

It wasn’t like you hadn’t been popular at your last school or hadn’t had any friends, no, you had felt sad because you had had to leave everything behind and start over somewhere else. Unfortunately your father had been asked to become the CEO of a new, small company and help it spread its wings and make sure that it would make a good start. You had been devastated when your mother had told you that you two were going along with him, towards a new small city where the people weren’t hardly as interested as at the place you had been living before. At least that what you had been thinking before you had gone towards this school and had finished your first day here. You still remembered the first time you had run into him, Byun Baekhyun, the bad boy of the school. Some of the girls you had become friends with had already dropped his name a few times, in such an admiring tone which already gave you the urge to vomit. Some things just never changed, no matter where you went, there would always be the ones who were up and those who were down. You had always belonged somewhere in the middle and that was a standard that made you very happy, you weren’t planning on changing it. 

But then the bad boy had ran into you during your first science class and from that day on everything had changed. It had always been something about new kids that made them attractive to other students. They were new, mysterious, a new chance to meeting new friends and potential love interests. But you didn’t quite see yourself like that kind of a person. The only reason why you were here was because your old school was too far from your new home and because it wasn’t allowed to quit high school before the authorized age of eighteen. But that did not matter to him, and the bad boy had seemed to have put his chances on you ever since that day. It was as if he had bitten himself into something and refused to let go until he had been able to swallow it. The thing was though, you had never been interested in those kind of people. Image and popularity ranks weren’t really your thing, you just wanted school to be fun and enjoyable, without the stress of a good status coming on top of that. Even though your father was an important man with a big job your parents were suite average, which you liked. There was no one who could say that you were a spoiled, rich brad who thought she was better than others, simply because you didn’t behave like one. 

Your parents had always taught you how to stand up for yourself, but to stay polite in all terms. They told you how important school and good grades were, but also that it was important to have fun and give yourself a break when you needed one
