“Dude, be quiet!” You hissed as you slapped your friend against his arm who shot you a glare before sniffing and grinning at you. “Why? Is it still that hard for you to talk about it, even now that it’s been weeks? You’ve got the phone number of e celebrities and he texts you in the morning, every single moment he’s free during the rest of the day and at night he calls you to say goodnight. I don’t want to assume anything, but it’s that a little bit too much?” You just rolled your eyes at her as you looked down on your phone and saw that you had a text. It could only be from one person, he’d always text you around the same time or if he didn’t have a schedule. At first his text had been very held back, because of course he was a celebrity and you were a stranger. Who knew what you were up to and maybe you just wanted to talk to him like all his other fans did. But he had quickly noticed that you hadn’t even recognized him on the plane and that the only thing you knew about him was his name and that he was in a band. 

When you had first confessed that you had had no clue about who he was he had chuckled, but overall he had seemed quite satisfied with that. He was probably happy that you couldn’t judge him and that you weren’t talking to him because he was famous. By now you were both able to laugh with the situation but at first you had been really embarrassed that you hadn’t known who he was during your plane fight. When your friend had told you about him at the airport it had all made sense, why his face had been so familiar. But back then you hadn’t really given it any attention, because you had been too busy having a talk with the cute stranger beside you to care. But slowly you had noticed that he had thrown his suspiciousness aside and all of a sudden he had opened up to you, from one day on the next one. He had told you everything about him and you felt as if you had known him for your entire life instead of just a few weeks. 

If he’d have a free moment then he’d text you, he’d ask you about your day or talk about his and if there was nothing special to say about that then the conversation would go into another direction. If you’d wake up in the morning and he had an early schedule then you’d already having a text on your phone, from him wishing you a good day. At night he liked to call you, he said that it was because at night he liked someone to talk to but your friend said that he just did that because he wanted to hear your voice. She was assured of the fact that he liked you and had a crush on you, while you said that everything that was going on between you was nothing more than just a great friendship. Honestly you had no idea who you were trying to convince, your friend or yourself. You were very aware now of who he was and what his status was, which was much higher than yours. 

He was a guy who traveled around the whole world to meet his friend and who was recognized everywhere for his wonderful voice, good looks and great sense of humor. He was admired by millions of girls out of so many different places, and what did that make you? It made you on of those million girls who admired him, the only different was that you had his phone number and that you had been lucky enough that he had asked you tissues on a plane so that he had started talking to you. Everything else was the same though, the only thing you could do was watch him on the screen of your TV and think about him at night, wondering what he’d be doing. The only thing you could do was download his music and replay it almost ten times a day just to hear his voice singing to you. You didn’t feel more special than all those other girls, though you did like it that he made so much time to stay in touch with you. Though, ever since that plane ride you hadn’t seen him anymore and he hadn’t suggested to visit you. Which you understood of course, because he was super busy and he didn’t have time for things like that. 

“I’m just saying that if you wouldn’t mean anything to him then he would’ve stopped texting you after that first day. But he keeps on talking to you, I can’t even imagine what you still have to say to each other after such a long time of texting every day. If the conversation can just keep on going like that then it’s obvious there’s something more going on between the two of you. Come on __________-ah, he askes you if you’re dating, what kind of boys you like and suddenly informs you he’s accidentally single as well, which is normal and everyone knows. But that is a sign! don’t be too blind to see it! Ask him when he gets back in town.” She pointed at your phone and you bit your lip while you looked down on his name at your screen. Actually you really wanted to see him, of course all those conversations over the phone were amazing, but you really wanted to see him in person once more. But how could you ask that from him? He was busy and he had so many other and more important things to do than to worry about a girl like you and you didn’t want to distract him or ask too much from him.
