“I’m glad you came with me today.” You said as you wiggled your legs and stared at your feet, knowing that he would be smirking by your confession. “Of course I did, I couldn’t let you go by yourself, especially not after you begged me to come with those big puppy eyes of you.” He nudged your head softly and you threw him a glare, but almost couldn’t keep in your smile. It was so sweet from him that he was willing to come with you even though he knew his muscles would probably ache tomorrow and he had a schedule. The thing was just that you really wanted to continue your scheme but you really wanted to spend your day with your boyfriend. So when you had begged him to go out jogging with you so you could do both, he had agreed, eventually… After you had begged him to come and had threatened not to cuddle with him if he wouldn’t. He had said yes, but you had seen the big annoyance inside of his eyes. 

Thought after jogging your usual tour he seemed to be happy that he had went with you. Now you were sitting on a bench in the local park, after he had begged you for a little bit of rest. You had forgotten that he didn’t have the same physical condition as you had and he didn’t do this every day, unlike you. So you had placed him on the nearest bench and you were actually happy as well that you could take a little bit of a rest before continuing your run and go back home. Normally you used these moments to think about things and to shake your thoughts off, but it was nice to be able to talk to someone for once, because normally you didn’t have the chance to do that. It was great to have him as your company, sometimes he would hold your hand while running and would secretly let you pull him forward. He would make silly jokes or would just ask you about your day and would listen to you, mostly because he wasn’t able to talk himself anymore, it was fun. 

As you looked up as him you caught him massaging his ankle, thinking you might be too lost in your own thoughts to notice. “What are you doing?” You asked and he seemed a little bewildered when he looked up at you, seeing your frowned forehead. He cleared his throat before sitting back up and smiling at you, pretending as if nothing had happened. “Nothing, I guess that you forget that I’m not used to this.” He said nonchalant and you smiled at him, finding it amusing that he was still complaining. This was so typically Baekhyun, if he had to do something he wasn’t used to or wasn’t really into then he would start whining, you were already used to that by now. “But you’re happy so be with me right?” You asked and he hummed slowly before leaning over slightly to your side of the bench. “That and I really love the way your looks in those shorts…” He suddenly said and you felt how your cheeks started to burn as you slapped his arm. “Baekhyun!” 

He chuckled at your reaction but you couldn’t stop your deep blush anymore. He wrapped an arm around your shoulder as an apology and pecked your cheek, but that wasn’t exactly helping you right now. “Let’s get going.” You said, knowing this was the perfect way to punish him for what he said, even though you did not really dislike it. He groaned loudly and tried to make you sit down again, but you pulled at his hand and even though he was protest hardly, eventually he was standing on his feet. ”I hate you.” He mocked as he started to run beside you, his lips formed into a grumpy pout. You laughed and blinked your eyes cutely at him. “I love you too babe.” You said and he bit his lip to hold in his smile. You knew he loved it when you said those words to him, because he knew they meant a lot when they came over your lips. He was your first real boyfriend which meant that he was the first one who had ever heard those words come out of your mouth before. 

“How long will it take for us to get back home?” He asked and you could hear he was already having a rough breathing again, even though you were only running again for a few minutes.
