You walked into the cafe where you worked in the weekend. You had always told yourself this was something you would never do, but after trying it out you had really liked it and you had decided that this was going to be your new job. Now you were already working here for 5 months and you had made many friends, since apparently bartenders were quite populair, and specially female once. Men really liked to flirt with you and you found it amuzing, surely since you had a boyfriend and no one would be able to steal you away from him. 

"Hey Chen!" You screamed over the music which the dj was testing out. The bar would only open in an hour but you always came a little earlier to prepare everything. At these moments it was only you and Chen, because everyone else was too lazy to help with the preparations. You didn't really care though, Chen was the one who you liked the most to work with. He was funny and always made time pass really fast. You could say that since you worked here he became kind of like your new best friend. 

Chen looked up from his work and shot you a big and bright smile. He mentioned that you had to come over, probably to help him out and so you walked over to the bar. "What are you doing?" You asked and sat down on one of the crutches in front of the counter. "I'm washing the glasses. And because you're here you have the big honor to help me." He said with a smirk and threw a towel in your direction. You giggled as you catched it just before it would land in your face and stood up from your seated position. After all it wouldn't be fair if you would let him do everything by himself. 

The hours you had to work were quite long. You woked from 9 until the cafe closed. The doors opened at 10 PM for costomers and until that time you had to make sure everything was ready to receive them in a neat cafe. The closing time changed from day to day, sometimes everyone would leave early, but other time there were those people who wanted to party until the middle of the night and since you couldn't send them away just like that you had to stay until they left. After that you still had to clean everything up so you wouldn't have to do that the day after. It was hard working in here but it was something you were willing to do. 

"How was school?" Chen asked, getting you out of your daze. You sighed dramatically and he laughed, already knowing what you would anwser. "It was horrible, the classes are just always so boring." You complained and put down the next glass you had dried. You only worked here in the weekends because you had to go to school during the week.
